- Our t-shirt competition ends today.
- We're preparing for meetups in November to celebrate our 16th birthday.
- I love seeing people win comps here especially when it's well deserved. Our biggest comp winner for August was Win a Aspire Rembrandt Lift Recline Chair Worth $4,495 from MobilityHQ who won a recliner chair for her daughter who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis.
- Oursteps is the biggest referral of traffic outpacing Facebook and Whirlpool. Ni Hao! 👋
For the first time ever (other than removing for auditing), the amount of stores in our referral system went down. It sits currently at 653. Generally speaking, in a recession, it's the marketing department's budget and staff that tend to go first. Will be watching this to see if this is a trend.

MiaSanMia for posting the most popular deals in August — Qatar FIFA World Cup 2022 on SBS. Lots of footy fan here on OzBargain — and the deal won't start until late November.
thriftee for posting the most clicked deals in August — Free Large Pizza at Pizza Hut. Still a very popular deal, but somehow it got worse and worse (compared to 2021 and 2020), as the execution on the Pizza Hut leaves much to be desired.
Phalaxis for posting the most entered competition, Win $25,000 Cash from Nine Entertainment, and the most voted competition, Win a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander from Network Ten. Phalaxis has also posted 186 competitions in August.
HamBoi69 for posting the most deals in August. He has posted 57 deals with +31.4 average votes, the highest voted being Whittaker's Chocolate Blocks 250g $4.50 @ Amazon AU.
