Service class 1 means nbn are changing you from FTTN to FTTP. It says you're not eligible because Buddy Telco doesn't process FTTP…

Leaptel is another good choice. Alternatively there is Buddy Telco. It's Aussie BB without the call centre.

I haven't had any problems. There are worse nbn providers network wise that only have 1 POP.
