Gigabit HFC is available in all areas. Not being able to get Gigabit HFC is a limitation of Southern Phone's network in selected areas.

Login to the old TP-Link and go to Advanced, Network, IPTV/VLAN and check if the VLAN ID is set to 2 or off.
