7-Eleven Fuel App Watch - Nationwide - January 2017 to January 2022 » All Comments

    • +3

Are you using the modded APK?

      • -3

        oh I'm not
I'll have to download it and use that instead of the formal app? Sorry I'm still getting my hand at using android

        • +2

You do have to download and installed the modded APK.

It's on page 72 of this thread by Masters. I'd link it for you but I haven't figured out how to just yet.

          • @lightcn: Done it. Got mocklocation working. I downloadrd the modded apk file from.Jan 2019. Now needing to solve the foxtrot login issue

What's with the neg votes on someone's post sincerely needing help?

            • @mech81: I think it's because after 80 pages it's been answered so many times, with a quick search it would have solved your question.

The foxtrot issue was talked about a few pages back too.

              • @Freighter: I used the solution with the Nox issue on my Windows PC which was really useful

I'm having the same foxtrot issues the modified apk on my Samsung S10 which now has android version 9, hence the question. I always read the forums first before posting but had forgotten about the modded apk. I understood the fix for the foxtrot error is for the nox app - not for android phones. Happy to be corrected if it is

  • -3

Hi, my app is not working via Nox (mac) as it doesn’t support multi-version.
Any honest ozbargainers happy to help me lock away? Thanks.

    • +3

      Send me a pm.
It's a once off until we figure out your setup and what's wrong.

      • Thanks cwongtech.

Merged from [NSW] Supreme+ 98 Fuel 138.7c Per Litre @ 7-Eleven, Lansvale south

The title said it all. I have just locked in the price

    • +4

137.7 at Kings Park, Blacktown East and Blacktown West though.

    • Cheaper elsewhere mate.

    • Thanks OP! Just locked in myself.

      137.7 at Kings Park

    • +7

Eh not a deal. Only post when there is a significant drop compared to other fuels.

Great price. Let's see who reposts it :)

    • Thanks so much champ, locked in!

    • Locked!

Didn't get alerts from 11-Seven, even though I've setup one for below $1.35

      • I have an automation running in NodeRed on my HA. Really helps.

      • +2

https://github.com/freyta/7Eleven-Python would have locked it in automatically for you. Did for me!

        • This might be a stupid question, but does this work on Macs?

          • @Car-la-la: NOt sure. I use my Andriod

          • +1

@Car-la-la: If you are talking about my Python script, yep. Works on Windows, Linux and Mac. It used to work on Android too but my latest update seems to have killed that. I'll find a way to fix it so I don't use pycryptodome for the AES encryption part.

If you need help setting something up, just ask.

        • After Upgrade Termux using the command pkg update & pkg update
          I get this prompt
After this operation, 11.3 MB of additional disk space will be used. Do you want to continue? [Y/n]

          When I press Y I get
No command 'Y' found, did you mean:

          What did I do wrong?

          • @plapic: Y then enter

            • @pepsicles: That's what I did hence the error

              • @plapic: Did you try just typing in the letter y and then enter? As in lowercase

          • @plapic: 'Y', 'y' or even just pressing Enter which selects the default option 'Y' should work.

Looks like it exits back to the prompt after the first command. Options are:
            - run each 'pkg update'command separately (Freighter is the second one meant to be upgrade?)
            - type 'fg' will bring it back to the foreground and execute the second part of the command

If it's possible, could someone please kindly lock me in as it's not allowing to to lock for some reason.
I get to the locking part and select 31 litres then it just takes me back to the main page???

    • +3

Same routine someone posted main page for likes 😂

      • This page is for those in the know, not the general plebs

        • Some of the plebs must get through to here cos I've seen some pretty bad questions/requests

    • Again working at 19:45+ even though may say expired on homepage. Try locking in while you can

      • Can confirm, just locked in again.

    • It's back, just locked in

    • Thanks for sharing. I removed all card details

  • Anyone else get a popop in the 7/11 app reminding them to "Not share the login with other people"?

    • Not yet. I'm locked in with fuel but when do you get this pop up?

    • I get it everytime I open the app after clearing the cache/memory.

  • I'm getting this error when running the python script;

    File " file path ", line 20, in <module>
    from Crypto.Cipher import DES
    ImportError: No module named Crypto.Cipher

Running on MacOS latest version, also running latest version of Python. Anyone encountered this?

    • Might be best to contact Freighter directly

    • Have you installed pycryptodome? It looks like that is missing. If you have pip3 installed type in pip3 install pycryptodome.

      • I've run the install command and that is looking fine. Going back to the dependencies installation I'm getting two errors. I've run the installation using sudo.

ERROR: pyopenssl 18.0.0 has requirement six>=1.5.2, but you'll have six 1.4.1 which is incompatible.

this one I thought could of been due to running an older OS, reading online it seemed to indicate six is tied upto the OS version, I'm upto date now however still get the error.

ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'pyOpenSSL'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.

Not sure what this is. I might run it off a fresh VM as I suspect I've tinkered too much with this computer.

        • I've tried again using a fresh install of MacOS - unfortunately getting the same errors during the installation and running app.py

          • @mrjames: Are you using an iPhone? If you are, you can use XCode to mock the location on your phone

            • @CheapNGood: All good! got it working. I ran pycryptodome on the new install and it's all working fine. Thanks for your help freighter

  • Had an alert for diesel at Pascoe Vale for 108, but in the app it comes up as 147. 11-7 shows 108 as well. Any else?

    • +1

      I think that one expired.

      • Yeah it's a bit strange, I went straight in as soon as I got the alert. It actually just sent me another alert for it. How sad :(

Never get used to the stares rocking up with 3 jerry can to get cheap petrol, sweating, looking guilty like committing some crime 🤣

  • getting error code when I'm trying to add my credit card

    gps location is working

My account was previously banned from using a site posted here earlier this year.. would that be the link?

it's a different credit card but same name

might have to use gift card transfers from now on

anyone one else with this issue or way around it?

    • Would have to just get the gift card in store and use it to load up the credit for the app. Then just pay instore for the fuel so you don't need to keep topping up

      • found out i can just use another phone number, I guess they blacklisted my number

  • -14

New to this. Is there a way we can make the search area bigger in the app?
Luke the whole of Australia? 😁

    • +1
      • +8

        Why are we spoon feeding?

        • +6

Exactly, just like when people come in here and ask other users to lock in a price for them. It shouldn't be happening yet people still enable the behaviour.

          • +5

@Ten: That's life unfortunately, we're not in medieval times and people don't get eaten by wolves when they stray away from the village after dark.

The only thing you can do it not let it bother you.

  • +29

    Grazie ragazzi, OzBargain.

Here we go again, a few of you seem to be interested in my script so I'm just letting you know that it was updated so you can run it on your Android device now again. Linky linky, clicky clicky!

    What's changed?
    - Removed the use of pycryptodome and now use a pure Python implementation of the DES encryption called pyDes.
    - Added 2 detailed (wiki) instructions on how to install with Windows and Android using Termux. I know a few people on here have used QPython3 but it confuses the heck out of me so I just use Termux.
    - Approved a pull request so that 16 characters is used universally for the DEVICE_ID.

I think that is all that is new. Let me know if you find any errors, or if you need help installing or running something either post here or I'm happy to try and help you by private message like I've done for a few of you on here.

I know I need to add an option that lets you choose which fuel you want to autolock, I just have no motivation at the moment. I feel I've sunk enough time into this project and that it's gone further than it needs to go. oh boy!

    • +13

Never used your scripts but can see how much time and effort you have put into them so thank you on behalf of everyone that has.

The people like you make ozbargain so great and why I must click the site atleast 10 times a day :)

      • Thanks for the kind words mate.

I think a few people are scared to use it because of the warning in the OP, but I've never been banned while using it. Admittedly I never used the public version that I helped Schema setup the SSL stuff. I hope he's doing well, haven't talked to him in a long time.

    • +2

Awesome work, thank you so much!

    • +2

I didn't mean to, but I can confirm that locking works on the new version (the perils of fat fingers and tiny phone screens).
Great work. Thanks for your hard work, your motivation puts me to shame. And Termux kills two birds with one stone (emulator and Python), I'll switch over.

      • Yeah, Termux seems a lot easier to use than QPython3. I think I tried for about 20 minutes using that app and I got nowhere.

    • +7

      Thanks!! So cool!!

For those who benefit, Freighter does have a patreon setup so you can donate/thank that way as well :)

      https://www.patreon.com/freighter/overview

      • Ha. I'm not going to bother plugging my patreon. I think I owe you a private message, gimme a minute!

    • +2

Thanks for the instructions Freighter, worked a treat on Android, only issue I had was when trying to clone the repository, kept saying it didn't exist, closed the session and reopened it, it then worked fine.

Auto lock for U98 is usually the most beneficial as its the one that doesn't usually last long. So thanks for that.

  • Merged from ACT Region Receiving 7 /11 Petrol Discount on Apple Phone Saving Approx. 10c Per Litre
    Go to Deal

I have an Apple mobile and believe I can not pretend to be else where with some GPS sorcery:)
Canberra region has only got two stores that carry Unleaded 95 petrol and so when you put in a search for best local price the field of coverage goes as far as Albion Park and Goulburn.
So if u normally pay $1.43 for unleaded 91 you can instead search for Unleaded 95 and as of today (29/7) that is $1.43 in Goulburn.

Ofcourse this might work in other ‘end of line’ locations of 7 / 11 stores.

I get about 5% saving on using 95 petrol over 91, so it actually ends up been about same cost but maybe better engine care?

    • +1

Search this thread that you have now been merged in to and you can discover ways to fake location either on your iPhone or via a PC. You don't need an Android phone.

    • Thanks! Still working, locked in!

    • Thanks :)

  • +1

Anyone has new links to the apk? Replacement phone and the apk links no longer working =(

    Thanks!

    • Wouldn't the apk still be on the old phone?

      • Nvm I got lucky! The apk is still sitting in my old phone downloads folder!

  • Anyone else face push back from 7/11 staff? I claimed my 0.99L today and the servo got quite aggressive

    • sometimes their scanner "stops working". other than that, no rude or aggressive staff.

    • Aggressive in what sense?

    • Report them, ask them what their problem is and their name.

    • I've been questioned on 'where i locked in' multiple times.

For this reason I only ever lock in fuel in my home state, that way I can confidently give them an answer..

      • +5

As long as you give at least a day between locking in, it's easy to say you were in Hoppers Crossing for work, stayed at the Monte Villa Motor Inn, and had a kebab next door

        • +4

They really don't care. Most of them are genuinely curious how we manage to get such a great price.

          • +1

@Ten: Yeah i know, I've never been asked either. Just using an example, that it is possible to come up with a story pretty easily.

      • +2

You don't have to give them an answer. I lock in from other states in the 7/11 carpark, if they ask, you can give them a vague lie if you want.

      • +3

Don't show the lock in price only the barcode. I can scroll down on my phone hiding the price. It's too late for them to pretend their system is down.

        • Yeah, I do that. Once I’ve had the attendant ask me to scroll back up. I think they wanted to confirm it was a fuel lock or not a screen shot. I’ve never had grief from an attendant for using a very good fuel lock though.

          • @sween64: If they ask you to scroll, scroll a bit in a way that it doesn't reveal the price. I have my thumb on the screen before presenting the phone to show it can scroll a bit.

            • +2

@Lucille Bluth: Don't think it matters too much, the discount shows on the register so if you get a curious attendant they will ask questions either way.

        • i used to scroll down on iPhone 6s. On Xr can't do it anymore :-(

    • I've use my vouchers in about 5-6 different 7/11 servos in Victoria and not once have I been asked any questions.

    • +4

They get paid the same margin per litre from head office whatever the price.
Sounds like the guy/girl was just being a dick with false bravado.
If you are in Victoria it is quite possible that you went past Hoppers Crossing and locked in
You can happily abuse them back if you are comfortable or report the bastard.

      • +1

        ^ +1 to this.

There's a post somewhere in here confirming it by someone who works for 7-11 HQ.
He even encouraged to complain about it if it ever happens.

        • +3

And it was confirmed to me when I called 7-11 to complain previously. I asked about the lower fuel price being locked in and was told "regardless of price, they only make about 1-2 cents per litre of fuel they sell. The money for them is in the items inside the service station itself"

    • My attendant was genuinely curious how I got such a good price. It's fortunate I was down in Melbourne for work earlier in the week.

      • Yeah, the lass at our local gets genuinely excited by the amount we save. I thought when we saved $15 last month she was going to jump the counter and hug me.

I'd ask for my phone back so i can video you saying that. Or give them a slurpee straw and say you'd like to return the fuel.

  • -27

Funny how this thread is quiet at the moment…….

  • +2

I’m genuinely curious, the prices lately have been so-so, hence the lack of comments lately, right?

    • The 128.9 U98 price was awesome a bit over a week ago.

      • +30

Just so you know 794 users get a notification by commenting here. If we done some cals, this would waste almost 400 minutes. Be very careful when you’re commenting on threads like this. That’s why we have 84 pages. Wish we could bulk delete most of the comments.

Been using Nox for the last few months and did the updated Android 9 update and was going well until tonight. Logged in fine via Nox, location works fine, selected the amount I need and click lock it in - and I get moved back to the "Find my best local price" screen. I wonder if this account of mine is about to be flagged soon.

    • That happens to me at least once a month. I usually just use my other account to lock or I wait a day and it magically fixes itself.

      • +3

Its because there's a limit of 2 locks per 24 hours (per device).

        • +1

thanks for that lightcn and andyman. Didnt realise the 2 lock limit. and I swear I've read the whole thread - to the person that negged me..

  • +13

any new modded apk ? as it's asking to update the 7-11 app ?

    • If you use the python script you don't need the modded apk.

      • I'm getting the error on the Python script as well when trying to login to the script

        • +1

Sorry my bad I tried this morning and it worked.

        • For the python script, I just had to modify the Docker run command to update the app version. FYI.

    • +4

+1, the apk on Nox and my Samsung S10E are asking for an update

  • +4

If/when we do get a new apk, OP or moderators should add the link in the description. Will save so much time and less comments asking where it is.

    • +2

You mean like how the projectzero website is permalinked but people still ask where to find prices?

Sorry the link does not work.

      • the pastebin link works fine

  • Thanks for all the hard work you've put in to this Freighter. I'm trying to run your 7-eleven python repo atm but run into "Oops, error: We’ve updated the app to make it better and more reliable for you…" at the login page. Has 7-eleven updated their API url? If so do you know the new one?

    • This is discussed about 8 posts above here.

      • Sorry I can't seem to find the comment you're talking about, do you have a link?

        • +1

You need to update the app version on settings.py.

          • @tarken: Noob question , how do you modify settings.py?

            • @mmjjbb: You can use a text editor.

              • @tarken: Thanks, I read that but can't find where it's stored on my device (Android )

          • @tarken: To what version? App store doesn't show an update available even.

            • @lawyerz: 1.8.0

              • @tarken: 1.8.0.2027 to be specific.

                • @Freighter: thanks both! I unpacked the apk, but did not find a settings.py file?

                  • @lawyerz: The settings file is in the python script not in the apk. See the instructions above from freighter re modifying the apk.

  • is there a way to do this on the phone guys? or do you need a laptop/desktop to apply this program? im referring to freighter's code btw..thanks

        • That is up to you. You don't need to use a modified APK if you don't want to

      • Hi Freighter.
I tried to follow this step by step but I cant get it to work.

      • +6

Not me - everything working as per normal again, thanks Master! Signed in with no issues. Try signing in with a wifi connection.

      • I get it when I forget my password, which is every time an update comes out

    • +1

      Works great, thanks Master!

As a side note, it seems the app has a bug in this version where after you dismiss the how-to cards on initial load, the normal UI still appears dimmed and disabled. Had to close and reopen the app and then it was fine. Happened to me on the stock version as well.

      • Had same thing on first run, cleared and working fine.

    • Thanks master131! And also to Freighter!

    • Thanks Master131. I have previously only been using NOX however thought I would give this a shot so I can lock in away from my PC/Laptop. Installed with no issues and worked with Mocklocation not a problem.

        Good luck

    • I get an error when installing the file, app not installed…

      • Uninstall you current 7/11 instances.

        • Done. Restarted. Still the same. Even tried installing in Samsung's secure folder and still the same

          • @kehuehue: Can you screenshot each significant step and upload them please?

Hard to assist you without knowing the exact steps.

                • @cwongtech: I had similar issue but I ended up installing previous version of masters apk then deleted all app data then uninstalled for all users. I also had previous apk installed on my second space of MIUI which I had to uninstall.

    • I think we gonna need your help again @master131

    • -3

Now the existing app is asking to update, would you have the latest version spoofed yet? 😁

Thank you so much for your hard work!

Hi are we getting v1.10.0 anytime soon?

      • +2

Considering you have only been an OZB member for 4 days……….you might want to do some research first before asking silly questions.

  • Thanks master131! And not to forget Freighter as well!

  • Thanks Master. Legend.

  • Any recommendations for mock location app?

I've been using Fake GPS location by Alexa which works but cant type in suburb and have to manually zoom into the spot.

Edit: Previous page at the bottom has the latest modded android apk to download after I found the previous one doesnt work anymore

    • I use mocklation and it's great for me. Just type in suburb

    • I use gps joystick.

    • I use fakegps free. Works by typing suburb. Actually paid for the proper version and it didn't work, so just put up with the ads.

      • you'll find you don't even need to watch the ads. It says 'fake location engaged' down the bottom as soon as you hit the orange play button.

        • -1

Yeah I know, Id just prefer to pay them for something I use all the time, and not have the ad blaring if I forgot to turn my sound down before I can close the ad.

          • @brendanm: You can instantly close the ad by pressing your phones back button

  • Thanks for the great work Master131!

  • -11

Can anyone show me how to use these applications/python coding programs/mocking. I'm so confused.

    • +2

I can pay for your fuel as well if you like? Depending on location could also fill it up for you

  • -22

App has an update. Where's thenew modded version?

    • i see what you did there

      • +1

It's easier if you just read the previous page.

Damn all this comment activity and I was hoping for a cheap U98. Oh well. Soon it will come I’m sure. C’mon Glen Waverley!

Has anyone experienced any issues running iFakeLocation v1.2 when updating their iPhone to iOS 12.4? I stupidly did this and now iFakeLocation isn't working.

    • +1

if you already have locked in successfully with iOS 12.3, simply renaming the folder named "12.3" inside Developer Images to "12.4" will solve the issue.

      • Thanks for that - forgot to mention that it's a Windows PC running iFakeLocation and can't find that folder though unfortunately :(

  • Hey guys, not sure if anyone has this problem or not. I scrolled the chat for a while and couldn't find anything. I use bluestacks on my MacBook since I have an iPhone and cant figure out fake gps. Sometimes when I try to log in through the Apk (Thanks Master131 btw). After pressing lock in and choosing the amount of litres, it just takes me back to the home page whilst showing that I haven't locked in any price. Was just wondering if this is a common problem or is it just me? The problem gets fixed after maybe a day of not locking in, but sometimes need to lock in fast and it just doesn't work. Any help is appreciated.

    • +2

Have you tried this yet? https://github.com/master131/iFakeLocation

Also, you can only lock in twice per 24 hours per device.

    • Which iOS are you on? You might be able to jaillbreak and then fake your location.

      • Im on the latest 12.4. But dont want to jail break it. going to give iFakeLocation a go and see what happens. Appreciate the help @shiznit

    • +1

If you have a Mac and use an iPhone, I suggest trying to use Xcode to 'simulate' the location. Been using it for the past years and I haven't had any issues. No need to jailbreak or modify the fuel lock App.

Only limitation is the phone needs to be connected to the Mac.

PM me and I'll send you some youtube links with walkthroughs, Or try searching on youtube "play pokemon go xcode"

  • Legend! Works great!
    Thanks, Master131!

  • +1

Seems like we're in a bit of a fuel drought! If you're a real Ozbargainer you would have filled up your cans with reserve.

Sadly Australia only has 3 weeks of fuel reserves too.

    P95 129.9 Werribee

    • Thanks, locked in!

  • So, front page of this thread says I can lock in a price and pay cash in the store. This is something I've been wanting to do but I can't for the life of me find out how to do it.

Am I really this clueless or has the app been updated since then?

    • +1

You still need to load funds into the app when you lock in - but once you scan the first barcode at the counter, instead of bringing up the second one to pay, you just pay with cash/card

  • Merged from [ACT] EXTRA Premium 95 for $1.369 via Fuel App @7-Eleven Casey

  • +13

Here is a step by step guide for Android users (I'm on a S9)

    -Download mocklation from play store
-Delete your current 7-eleven app and
    Download:
    http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=031149786341946…

-Then go to settings- about phone- software information- click 7 times quickly on build number (this will turn on developer settings)
-Then go back to settings and click into deleloper settings
-Find GPS Mock and select mocklation
-Then go to mocklation and type in suburb of your new current location
    -Press save then play
-Go to 7/11 and lock in

    • Don't forget to turn it off after by going back on these steps
    • +2

And there I am having to drive to different states to lock in each time :(

      • +2

Oh I do that too… Well I bring out my invisible jet that I park in my backyard and fly past it 🙂

    • +2

Thanks for the updated version of the app. Was panicking when the old app asked me to update to a newer version.

    • I'm receiving a parse error when trying to install. "there is a problem parsing the package"
I'm assuming that its my android version 5.0?

can install the old apk but can't get pass the update from playstore =/

      • +1

You need to delete the old app and re-download from the link above. Clicking on the update link in the app that takes you through the playstore won't work

        • Yes I have done exactly that. Uninstall the old apk. Double click on the new one but it goes straight to the parse error.
Now I'm sitting with no 7/11 app on my phone at all…

          • @omgilia: I just checked and I'm running version 9

            • +2

@princess_nik_nak: Thank you for letting me know I've now since moved to Nox player on the computer and that works with the new apk

For those with an old phone (samsung s5 running android 5.0) might not be able to get the new apk installed and the old apk has the update app prompt when loaded

I'll have a review on freighter's python script

We’ve updated the app to make it better and more reliable for you. Please update now to ensure you have all the new features, latest security and best experience available.
      Refresh"

While trying to run it on termux Android.

I've followed the exact same instructions as the wiki and got it working on Saturday… Any ideas @freighter

    • That is because the script can't access the projectzerothree API. I think he's having a problem on his side.

    • It's a problem with the projectzerothree api. I have edited the two fuelcheck functions to give dummy info for the prices (instead of erroring out when the api call returns nothing). If anyone wants the edited functions.py file then I can send it to them. Keep in mind that the prices returned by the auto and manual will not be correct since the api is down (so no way to double-check before locking in), and you will have to hardcode in the postcode, latitude and longitude for the station you wish to manually lock in for. My edited one was hardcoded for the U98 127.7 deal late last night.

Any other GPS mock that we can use?

      • Thanks for the work around.
Tried to clear data from google when I search online but still unsuccessful.

    • Yeah mocklation doesn't seem to find it when you do a search. I just looked to see where it was on store locator search within the 7/11 app and then manually went to the location through mocklation to save it.

    • Try Bluestacks - that one updated normally.

Are you on the 4.4.2 simulator?

      • Yeah 4.4.2

  • +2

Isn't this lovely! I'm trying to add funds using a new card and now 7/11 want my drivers license information as well? They're sure as shit not getting that!

Do they ask for this if you use gift cards bought in store?

    • That's crazy! Not many people who downloaded the app to lock in fuel prices is going to give that information …
They are going to make their app useless to normal people very soon

      • I have a new debit card because my old one got blocked (I think). Was trying to add it then that popped up WTF.

I can't screen shot it but it says "The details you provide us will be checked with the relevant government agency via the Document Verification Service and may also be transmitted to other relevant third party service providers (local and overseas).

It says in the privacy policy that "We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement agencies and other government and regulatory bodies as required or authorised by law."

        • +1

Ouch, obviously trying to block multiple a/c’s.

        • +1

perhaps its to prevent the use of stolen credit cards… If you don't like it, buy a giftcard in store and load it onto your account.

    • +4

Been like that for a while. Just use Gift cards.

    • +3

I'm using Samsung S8+, every now & then the app asks me to upgrade to continue using. Upgraded with Play Store app then mock GPS won't work since the new version keeps detecting mock location usage. Only until I install the new moded APK to get around it. How to stop the app asking to update?

I keep getting Unfortunately - 7-Eleven has stopped working. installed new nox player, cleared cache for play store, cleaned storage on android but still getting the same message. Can anyone point me to right direction? Feel free to pm.

  • +3

You don't need the modded apk if you are using Nox. Just get the one from the app store.

    • Thank you very much. I’m struggling to find regular 7 eleven app on App Store on Nox.

      • +3

The "App store" on Nox is not the google play one.

Once you search it up, and it can't find, from memory, there's an option to "Search on Google Play Store"

I prefer Bluestacks in this regard

      • +2

Is it possible that you're not running the correct Android version in Nox? You need to run Android version 7 using the Nox Multi-Instance manager. Nox loads up in Android version 5 as a standard. If you're not running version 7 the 7eleven app won't come up in the play store as it is no longer compatable with Android version 5.

        • +2

Thanks guys multi instance With new version of Android fixed the issue.

  • Android users, anyone else having a weird issue where you can do a fuel lock and scan like normal, but as soon as you click offers, the app crashes? I am using the latest version linked a page or two back, and tried deleting and re-installing.

FWIW I don't go into offers very often, so could have been a couple of weeks since I last tried to go in there.

    • Yeah. Just noticed this.

      • Yep offers crashes on me too

    • i was on it a few days ago and was fine. I just tried it and it's crashing too. must be a 7 11 issue?

    • Strange, I could access it yesterday just fine but now after I saw your comment I went it to check again and it did crash.

      • Yes same here. Can access yesterday but crashes today. must be the new offers crashing the app.

@StonedWizard: There is a good reason it is not in the main post.

@StonedWizard: Just curious, why would they not just copyright strike the infringing comments instead of the whole thread? Or is that an OzBargain decision?

                  • -5

@Freighter: @Freighter - I have no clue as to what they'd want to do, perhaps they'd want to shut the whole thread down to prevent people sharing information. If a company(7-eleven) has an issue with what's being posted in this thread, they will take action against someone, whether that's Ozbargain or the individuals in this thread. I'm sure they are aware of this thread and know people are trying to game their software. So having the content posted in this thread or on the main post, the outcome is the same.

Sorry to ask, and direct me to another thread if needed.

I've got Nox running 7.1.2 Beta, got the normal 7/11 app, but still can't log in (Foxtrot error)

I tried to install/run the Python script, but honestly feel totally out of my depth even though I consider myself excellent with computer(but don't know anything about programming)

Nox used to work for me, no dramas, but I haven't had any luck last couple of months. Any suggestions/directions?

    • +1

Could be a number of things really. I gave up on Nox a while back and have had great success using the app so kindly provided earlier on this thread with a GPS location spoofer on Android. Good luck.

      • I used to do that, but it stopped working, so went to Nox which worked for ages. Which spoofer do you use? I used to use geo tag

  • Project zero broken? Did a search around Guildford and found it cheaper somewhere else.

    • +1

Actually I did notice everytime I lock in it always says guildford

      • Hmm. It picked up Granville for 140.5 for 98. 140.7 at Guildford.

That has been the case for a few hours.

        • I think it's just been updated as I'm now seeing Clyde for 95 instead of guildford

    • Well, where is it cheaper somewhere else?

      Saved a good $13.75!

    • Didn't require a separate deal to be posted just because of a $0.002 (1/5 a cent) price drop (first drop since 31 August).

Weirdly of all the 91s, it runs best on Coles express and worst on caltex and united.

        • -1

Is there any evidence for this? I have been putting u91 in my car since new and can't notice any difference in milage when using higher grades

If 98 was the standard cars would last longer, better for the environment and better efficiency. We pay a premium for it, because we'll it's a business. I would like to know how much it actually costs for 91 v 98 to manufacture.

US are a head of us in terms of this kind of stuff. E.g TPMS is a legal requirement over there. Also early adopters of OBDII protocol. Heck, they even came up with octane.

What kind of car do you have. It's brand new?

            • @Korban Dallas: Its coming up 3yo now..2016 Mazda sp25gt.

            • @Korban Dallas:

US are a head of us in terms of this kind of stuff

              Really? According to fueleconomy.gov:

In the U.S., unleaded gasoline typically has octane ratings of 87 (regular), 88–90 (midgrade), and 91–94 (premium). Gasoline with an octane rating of 85 is available in some high-elevation areas of the U.S.

Looks like we are ahead of them :)

They also blend E10 for most fuel sold at the pump

Can ethanol boost gasoline's octane rating?
Yes. Ethanol has a much higher octane rating (about 109) than gasoline. Refiners usually blend ethanol with gasoline to help boost its octane rating—most gasoline in the U.S. contains up to 10% ethanol.

              https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/octane.shtml

              • +1

@Agret: Slightly different measures of "octane ratings" though - google MON vs RON.

I think USA uses average of both, while AU has RON only. MON is lower than RON so the octane numbers in the USA are lower for the same fuel.

Have been trying the ifake method on Mac to iOS but my phone doesn't seem to recognise the location :( Using the current version of iFake and 12.3.1 on iPhone X.

    • +2

I don’t believe you can get it working on iPhone. You need wither an android phone (with the mod’d app) or run nox (android emulator) on your Mac. It’s a long thread, but if you can be bothered, dig through the 87 pages and you should be able to work it out. IMHO just wait for another cheap $25-30 anroid phone to come on special, buy it & use it for locking in (it’ll pay for itself in a few fill ups)

      • Or, install Nox player then launch multi drive nox and install new version of android. Launch new instance you just created then download 7 eleven apk and install app manually. Find location then move yourself then launch 7/11 app and get locking.

  • +10

Impressed with speed of response from 7-11 customer service. Was advised their system is down so cannot process my price lock from this awesome deal (oddly, could scan and process my gift card for payment). Cashier kindly showed me how to submit review through the app and received the refund (discount + a little more) in 2 hours!

    • If you get the refund from the app do you still get to keep your fuel lock or do they cancel your lock as part of the process?

      • I thought I'd be able to keep the fuel lock but no, they've removed it from my account :(

    • Cashier kindly showed me how to submit review through the app and received the refund (discount + a little more) in 2 hours!

Can you kindly show me too how do.

      • +4

I assume it's the Missed Discount option in Settings

        • That's correct- go to settings->missed discount->take photo or upload, and send e-mail (your details are automatically generated in the mail, including your account and phone type). Really simple and efficient in my view!

    • Thanks, and I was just about to ask if anyone was getting their voucher rejected.

      Regards,

      • Some back of the envelop calculations I found fun:

Assuming the winner is on the current median income, doesn't change their lifestyle and does nothing other than pay themselves the wage they would otherwise get, if they won the total amount it would still last over 500 years!

If they paid themselves as much as the prime minister (which is admittedly low compared with say the CEO of a bank) but more than enough to live very comfortably it would last over 180 years.

It is a given that most people would make several very large purchases initially, like a house, holiday, car/s etc, but even with these purchases coming to say 10 million they could still pay themselves like the prime minister ($549,250) for over 160 years

If they spent 10 million up front and did nothing investment wise except put it in a term deposit and live off half the interest each year they would grow the principle and pay themselves a salary of 1.35 million.

This happened to me on the weekend where the system would time out trying to verify the price lock. The fuel attendant tried a few times but it wasn't working so I told him not to worry about it as it only a couple of dollars savings and the queue behind me was getting long. He also went on to say that this had been happening all day and he was getting a hard time from all the angry customers (he even said he had to pay an angry customer out of his own pocket!!!) How come the price of 95 tends to get discounted every now and then, but there's never anything on 91 being discounted?

I thought it might be if the servo runs out of 91, but I've heard there's limited margin on fuel so wouldn't they then be losing a lot of money?

    • 95 gets discounted to 91 price because they ran out of 91 fuel, and rather make a small loss rather than lose an entire customer.
98 also gets discounted to 91 price because of the same reason.
You might get an e10 price if 91 runs out? (2c?)

Every time there are price hikes due to market conditions, call ACCC?

      • Didn't know 91 was 1.63.
        I stand corrected.

@DanAndrews - Sydney prices are weird as around me it’s been around $1.63 for a while, but out west the price is significantly lower. Last time there was a 40c difference.

    • -8

What the heck is up with mods moving this to the thread? Good fuel deals have been posted as good deals.

    • +2

I don’t think it’s that much of a deal, considering it was cheaper 3 days ago, and is much cheaper (relatively) a week ago. Unless you’re comparing to your local. Crises usually take 1-2 weeks to filter down into the price system so it’s still early.

  • +2

I don't know about you guys but with 5.7m barrels/day now offline in Saudi Arabia I'm thinking it's a good insurance policy to lock in a bunch of fuel, out of natural price cycle just in case our servos see an opportunity to do a cash grab before this would naturally flow on.

    • Australia's fuel reserves are quite low. Isn't it like 17 days or something?

      • Yeah less than 28 days I think, maybe it's 17.

        • 12 to 24 depending on type. Article above.

          • +1

@Korban Dallas: Some good indicators there that our natural price cycle is about to break. Happy to be wrong, happy to be right.

    • Probably, the Brent oil price shot up to $70/barrel but it seems to have dropped back a bit now.

      • Yeah I saw that. Not scare mongering here just putting it out there for consideration.

    • agreed. ULP91 did jump to $1.659 in melbourne yesterday but the same servos are now $1.719

      • The latest on the Saudi crisis is they expect to restore production within weeks not months so there's no real reason we should see a spike in Australia. As always, just lock in the best price to be safe.

      Thanks deeevan for alert

Edit: dealbot's deal has now become published again

      • Deal Posting Guidelines: Fuel Deals:

Since fuel prices at petrol stations can fluctuate without warning, please post the latest observed fuel prices in the state-specific fuel watch threads in the Automotive forum and not as a deal. However, if there is a special promotion, such as a bigger-than-usual supermarket discount, or a special price with a defined timeframe for which the price is valid, then the promotion can be posted as a deal.

        and

        7 Eleven specific:

Please do not post regular price fluctuation petrol prices as deals. Use the 7 Eleven Fuel App Watch forum or Fuel Watch Threads for your state.

For promotions or special occurrences, they can be posted as deals (eg U98 sold at U91 price, or heavily discounted fuel for opening or specific time special etc.)

So moderators need to quickly assess with Petrolspy, Nox (which kills my computer) or using our own 7 Eleven apps if this is just a normal price fluctuation or if there is indeed some sort of special. Based on the tools at hand, it does appear that the 91 pump is not working given that 98 is offering the same thus it qualifies for a deal.

    • +1

As per posting guidelines, it's not a deal. The price is just at the lower cycle. If it's sold at U91 price, then it's a deal.

      • Agreed

PS 91 and 98 at Algester are both 136.9 so it must be due to being out of stock on 91.

        • Yeah I thought it was weird timing (Friday, school holidays coming up) and a bit too low to just be the regular cycle

  • +2

https://projectzerothree.info has a potential bug where the best price is now showing higher than 2nd best price.

Eg: Best price WA: U91 132.7 11-Seven Mandurah Mandurah WA 6210
    U95 144.7 11-Seven Mandurah Mandurah WA 6210
    U98 150.7 11-Seven Mandurah Mandurah WA 6210
Diesel 141.9 11-Seven Bibra Lake Bibra Lake WA 6163

    2nd best price WA:
    U91 129.9 11-Seven Haynes Armadale WA 6112
    U95 141.9 11-Seven Haynes Armadale WA 6112
    U98 147.9 11-Seven Haynes Armadale WA 6112
Diesel 141.9 11-Seven Maddington South Maddington WA 6109

    • Looks like it's only affecting WA? I scrolled through all the other states and they seem fine.

    • I've seen this as well in the Best Price (ALL) before as well..
      Not sure what triggers it

Anyone get an email from google saying:

"This app or service has extensive access to your personal information and its developer's information hasn't been verified by Google. You should remove its access unless you're sure you trust it"

    "Has access to:
    Send email as you
    Connect to an external service"

This is for the Price watch notification.

First time receiving something like this from Google.

    • +1

That sounds about right - the price alert google "app" checks the projectzerothree site for petrol prices and then send you an email about it.

  • -10

Didn't get this and didn't get price alert from petrolzerothree either. Missing heaps.

  • Bit off topic, but if the USA declares war on Iran, will this mean fuel rationing?

Anybody worried if fuel is rationed, would you have problems going to work?

    • +7

Nope. All scare mongering by the media. Will be back to normal levels shortly.

    • Still plenty of oil in Saudi Arabia and they are almost back at the capacity before the drone attacks. Nothing to worry about.

If all else fails, there's electric cars or plug in hybrids until full electric becomes mainstream.

      • Cheers mate, looks like I have offended a few. This price was mostly for those who can't mock locations and live in Pennant Hill area - Thanks anyway!

        • +8

While your intentions were altruistic, I suppose the reason why you're being negged so hard is because the chances of someone unable to do mock locations and living in the Pennant Hill area is almost next to none. And there's >850 subscribed to this thread…

  • Project three zero is not working properly. It says Yagoona is the cheapest u91 at 131.9 but went to lock in and it's 171.9

    • +1

      Its working now.

    • +3

I think it was working properly, but just that they changed the price recently. Project zero three updates approximately every hour (time of last update shown at the top).

  • National average is down, but 7-11 price is up
    Hmmmm

    • Yeah I managed to get U91 for 130.9 at my local woolies/Caltex store. Filled up my two 25L fuel containers as well. Glad I did after seeing the price of 7-11 fuel this morning!? Ridiculous!!

      • +1

Currently (locally) with myToyota 6c off makes it like 1-2c cheaper than 7-11.

        What's up with 7/11 pricing?

    • Yeah, I started having issues a few weeks ago, so changed back to Fake GPS (with the Fish & Phone icon) and that fixed my issues (I’ve still using v1.8.0 of the 7-11 app)

  • apologies if i missed it but what's the suggested work around for MacOS Nox no longer being supported? I can't seem to find how to upgrade Nox, not allowing me to download new 7/11 app from Google Store

          • -6

  • -5

Hey guys what app are you using now on Android to now mock locations? I'm on Android 10 and noticing that I can no longer mock locations using fake gps route as my app of choice. I'm on a pixel 2xl running the October patch and v1.8 of the 711 app. Thanks!

Sure this question has probably been asked and answered guys so apologies in advance. If I have locked 30 litres fur example (or up to what my balance allows) if I fill up past that limit, does it cancel my fuel lock?

You pay the pump price for the rest.

  • PLEASE HELP - im trying to lock in fuel, i set the litres and then it takes me back to the fuel lock screen with nothing saved, was working fine yesterday? any ideas? ive tried clearing the cache

I filled up like 5 mins before this happened hahaha. Oh well still saved alot at fill up

    • -25

Why are you getting downvoted ? Ever since then I never comment, too many bogan trolls who are unappreciative and i found a deal of 98 at the price of 91 and I was surprised it wasn’t posted at ozbargins so I kept it to myself and always will, you get downvoted for no reason so I just leech from now on hehe thanks their loss for being arrogant.

      • +21

I am confident that if it was a deal worth posting or hearing about someone would have commented on it here.

I think those that do downvote in this thread are just sick of 1) seeing the same question(s) being asked every couple of posts when the information is either on this page or the page before, and 2) that little notification bell chiming in the top corner for a pointless post.

But you are free to post/comment as much or as little as you want to.

I have had issues with GPS spoofing aps in the past but have been using Location Changer (fake GPS location) and it has been floorless. Just posting incase others are are having issues.

    • -2

Thanks, mocklation has been problematic for me as well so will check out your suggestion!

    • -21

Ok now these idiots are trolling. Negging a comment with the purpose of helping others? Bunch of comedians. Even this comment got 4 negs.

      • +12

It's because there are hundreds of subscribers here who want to know the cheapest fuel, any BS helpless/lazy comments will notify people needlessly when all the info is here rewritten plenty of times that you can read yourself. There is no magic with the app, just think and fix it.

Have some empathy, rather than calling others idiots.

Absolutely aware the irony of me posting but what must be said is what needs to be said

        • -9

Have some empathy, rather than calling others idiots.

This is a discussion thread on a forum, there are hundreds of comments here of people, discussing with relevance to the topic of 7/11 and the associated app, but no one has negged like this till recently.

The lazy people who ask questions already answered perhaps deserve negs but the people like the examples given above who are merely trying to help do not 🤷‍♂️.

I've been commenting on this thread for 3 years and this the first neg epidemic I've seen. On the other hand, this rant is also making me realise why I bother with such trivial things like negs.

I also acknowledge the irony in these comments but I felt this needed to be quickly addressed.

        • -6

Ahhh so now I understand the angry downvotes… it's because people subbed to this thread get pinged each time there is a new reply.

  • -2

Probably answered but 89 pages! If I'm in vic and I lock in a price on nsw (Diesel) what are my chances of getting banned.

And tips to avoid the bans

    • +4

Sorry guys did some research, also saw that 800 people will get a notification. Found a post that talked to use view all, so I did that

So book fuel price at least a day earlier, have a cover story, or just don't tell them. Unlikely to be questioned, but can just cite being interstate for work if required

      • +1

To add to that, I’d use a gift card over credit card in my account to be safe and leave the balance static. I would then pay with card in-store.

Also, despite the first few lines in the OP, it has lost its initial intention of informing how much one has saved and instead, has progressed (regressed?) into people only seeking the best price when Project Zero Three goes down (I think).

        • Can you elaborate on why using a gift card in your account? Are you worried about them back billing?

          • @itshammer: Less chance of throwing up errors than credit card.

That, and I prefer to keep card details away from sites whenever I can, especially after the recent security breach of the Japanese app. Or maybe I’m over-protective.

  • +8

Shoutout to master, U98 is currently 190.9 in my area and I paid 132.9 from last lock-in! Saved ~$30!

    • I tried using mine yesterday and while I was about to pay the guy look at the price I've locked it in for and maybe pretended to scan th voucher and all of a sudden the voucher decided not to work according to the counter staff.

Called the 711 phone number and all of a sudden the voucher started to work again after they have spoken to the guy.

      • +2

And that's why I scroll down so they can't see the price!

        • Doesn't work on my S10 because of the screen size. You can see barcode and price without scrolling

          • +2

@errorius: Can you change the screen resolution?

          • +2

@errorius: Screenshot and crop so only the barcode is visible.

    • +1

Multiple accounts, cloning apps comes to mind.

      • @nodeahs - I have multiple accounts but the app itself seems to only let me lock in 2x per 24 hour period.

        • +1

          IIRC it's per device

          • +1

@Ten: I did 2 locks yesterday and wanted to do another now but it wont.

I tried a few clone apps but non could find my location.

  • +3

Does anyone have an issue with their Mocklation app? I can't seem to search up any new locations. Results always come back with "can't load search results". Mocking an actual location not using the search bar still works but I just cannot seem to find new locations.

Example, I could not add Upper Mount Gravatt this morning to lock int but if I scrolled to the location itself, and added it manually that way, it works.

    • I use the Mocklation app. For your example I would go "Wishart QLD"

      • -1

Yes…I am using the Mocklation app. I can't search for any location…

    • Same here

    • -1

had same problem just now. had to do manually too… anyway locked 2 accounts.. thanks

    • Has it ever worked? I think their API key for Google Maps hits it limit and therefore can’t do searches (it probably resets monthly, but doesn’t take long to hit that limit)

      • +1

i use it all the time, just didnt work this morning… and last week'Alphington deal… had to do manually..

      • Yep. Maybe you're right re the API key having limits. I will see what happens after next week lol

    • +6

I've never had any issues with the "Fake GPS" App (link).
The search function is great, albiet hidden in the top right menu, and it doesn't send you to a completely different country if search suburb name followed by the post code.
The app is also ad free which is a bonus.

      • +2

Cheers. Downloaded this as an alternative to Mocklocation. Permissions don't seem too bad as well.

      • Thanks, downloaded…. if they can remember the name would be better, instead history 1 and history 2

        • +1

No worries! You can actually edit them by going to "Markers" on the top left menu and long pressing on the Location.

I have the following location markers as they come up the most for 98: Glen Waverley (3150), Waverley Gardens & Mulgrave (3170), Ashwood (3147)

          • @MyEducation: those area haven't had low 91 issues for a long time…….. i remember it use to have around once/month.. not so often after price increase.

      • -1

@MyEducation thank you! Such a simple fix! I've changed phones recently and Mock Location no longer works on Pixel 4. Still works fine on my S8. Fake GPS works well and can search with text rather than coordinates!

    • -1

      Same, I can't search.

  • Just a question. I locked in the price and topped up the 7 eleven card. Is the only way to lock the price is by topping it up on the phone? Or can I pay in store? V Confused

    • +4

Can you clarify what you mean by topping up on phone?

      Set and forget method
      1) get a 7/11 acc
      2) top up 7/11 acc using either credit/debit card OR 7/11 gift card purchases in store (redeem in app)
      3) lock prices
      4) Ask to pay by card instore so your 7/11 in-app balance is untouched.

4a) if you forget your wallet, then use 7/11 in-app balance to pay for the fuel and recharge later

      • 4b) you can pay by cash in the store too..

      • Cheers for that! Explains it very well!

  • Anyone having issues with when you click lock in it reverts back to the home page of the ap? Locked in today and used the voucher with no issues and trying to lock in again..

    • I believe you can't lock more than once in a 24hr window

      • Thank you for the quick response.

      • +2

I believe you can't lock more than once in a 24hr window

It's two locks per phone/android Id per 24 hrs.
If you have a second phone or you use clones (need premium to assign android ID) you can overcome the limit

        • +1

Good to know. Might have to make another account for the family. Appreciate the help.

          • +1

            @am: It's not per account, it's per android ID/phone

            • @cwongtech: Hey mate. What cloning app do you use? I use "App Cloner" and I've got premium but can't figure out how to assign android ID.

              • +1

@lightcn: Msg me directly. My instructions are in beta.

  • -5

Has anyone had issues adding a card to their account?

I'm getting Error Code Helix whenever I add a card. I've tried different cards and made new fresh accounts with no luck.

    Would appreciate some help :)

    • +8

Assuming you haven't checked the thread, Helix code is if you had a previous account terminated and you try to create a new account and/or use same card. Just buy a 7/11 gift card to top up.

Creating multiple accounts is probably going exasperate the problem especially attempting to add the same cards over and over again

      • -7

Unfortunately google didn't return any results.

Should I be topping an account getting the Helix error? Wouldn't that account now or any future ones made on the same phone be no good?

        Appreciate the help

    • Same here - profile keeps changing every time you go in by the way…

    • Same issue to me, I have a different person under my account

    • If you log out and back in, details rectify. However I changed my password and removed my bank card to be sure. Thankfully or hopefully that just means it's a bug rather than a hack.

      • Logged out and then logged back in. Another different person this time

        • I changed to the genuine app, not sure if thats why maybe? But my details are correct now.

    • +2

That's not good, it looks like you can get pretty much everyone's phone number and email address and date of birth from this.

      What an unbelievably shit app.

      • Yeah and I could see the last 4 digits of their card and expiry date.

Also when I click on payment details, it says Account Details Changed.

  • Someone used my lock 5min ago and locked in other fuel, wtf

    • Log out of the app and log back in

      • Did that, shows up I history as redeemed at 10.39am

  • I logged in and out and it has my details agian

    • do you have your original balance still?

  • Logged in again and have someone else's details again and every time I click details without logging out details change. Wonder what's going on there

    • Noticed another thing. When details change credit card details change too without logging out

  • +1

I'm getting emails now that someone's trying to add a card to my account but it didn't work? WTF, very scary.

I'm also getting someone else's locked petrol vouchers

    • +3

They've locked down the app, prompts you to exit now.

Either a breach or glitch. Hope it's the latter.

      • +1

        That's a good start

      • +1

It's probably a feature they use for development of the app that they can set the dev environment to just randomly pick a user each time it opens or something and someone's accidentally enabled it on the live environment

  • +2

I contacted them and was told not to do anything on my 7/11 account. They will email me. Although given my email, phone number and date of birth were all visible to someone else I don't know what to believe.

  • +1

Doesn't hurt to change your password, just make sure you remember it. Hopefully this is just a glitch and not a case of getting hacked.

Although, if they have a screen shot of the card balance, then I think I'm/we're screwed.

    • First thing what I did was is I changed password.
My voucher was used after that and phone number changed. Had to revert that back

    • If 7-11 server is serving up random account to random people, changing password won't help. Removing the credit card would be the better option.

  • +4

    Mine now says

    Service Unavailable.
The system is currently down for maintenance. Please try again later. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    • yea, getting the same now

    • +2

yeah thank gosh, I almost stole everyones money

    • If someone screenshotted your barcode from the My Card section, is your balance potentially in danger of being used later?

      • Potentially yes

      • +5

once i tried to use a screenshot of my balance, the scanner wouldn't recognize it, so had to refresh the balance and a new barcode was displayed. i think it goes stale after a while.

        • +1

Ah that's what I was hoping for, good to know

  • +3

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why I don't have my credit card details stored on this (profanity) up app, and I never submitted my driver's license info as prompted. I'd never trust 7/11 with my data ever again.

    • I don't think full credit card details were displayed, it's just that you can screenshot someone's 7/11 card with their balance on it

That and getting access to someone's details, like name, ph# and dob

ETA looks like 7/11 card numbers change periodically, which is a good thing!

    • +2

why I don't have my credit card details stored on this (profanity) up app

Haha it won't even let me store credit card details if I wanted to because of the stupid errors.

      • Whenever I try and add my credit card details they ask for my driver's license number. Not happening.

  • -4

Wtf, app now says system down for maintenance…anyone else getting that?

    • +1

It's been like that for hours, read above

    • +2

Yeah, it looks like they brought it down until they fix it

  • -6

Yeah same. Says down for maintenance.

  • +2

    Back online

    • +2

      But not working correctly

      • +1

Still can't log in some of my accounts yet. Only one works now.

      • +1

the "personal details" and "payment details" tabs under my account just "load" infinitely for me

and now getting Error Code: Kilo

I wanted to delete my credit card from their file because I simply don't trust them anymore.

        • +1

That's why I used gift cards for all my account. A lot easier and safer.
One of my account I lost the 136 98 voucher I locked yesterday, oh well. At least my money still there. Couldn't login 2 more accounts still..

  • +2

    Mines working normally.

  • Lost my lock but wishart, mt gravatt stull has 98 for $1.53. locked it in.
Seems like an alright price considering my local is charging $1.83

    • +3

      Riverstone is 146.7 tho…

  • +1

Filled up this morning with the barcode, app goes haywire and yet, I still have the same barcode ready (albeit, at 30 Litres).

    Hoo…ray?

  • How's everyone's credit? Did everyone got it back?

    • Yep, back to normal.

  • +1

Backed to normal but lost my lock that i had to drive across sydney for.

    • +2

Same here. Used by someone at 1042am :(

    • those dirty dawgs - can you contact 7/11 to ask them the lock has been used by someone else?

      • +2

I could but culdnt be bothered chasing it up (althought not hard to attach receipt to missed discount button). 7/11 was at $1.60 and servo next door was only 3c more than my lock-in price so just filled up there instead.

Where is the mandatory National Data Breach Notification? https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/notifiable-data-breaches/

    • I think there is no time frame on when they have to notify us. It can be done after a month or two. So it may come at a later stage. But considering the size of the company it should’ve been sent out already.

    • From the article that uggugg linked above, it looks like they have already notified the information commissioner. They will probably notify customers later.

  • Anyone able to assist with the 7-eleven python script? I get as far as running the app.py and it says:
    * Running on http://0.0.0.0:5000/ (Press CTRL+C to quit)
This is clearly not my ip, and when i use my ip:5000 in the instructions, it doesn't load. and when i try the one above, it also doesn't load.

Anyone able to PM me or discuss via discord etc?

    Many thanks!

    • 0.0.0.0:5000 just means its the local host. So that link should just work if it is all on the same device.

      • Hmm interestingly if i try to load that ip or my ip from something like ip location finder, both pages won't load. So not sure what i'm doing wrong, but must be something!

        • +1

0.0.0.0 means that anyone on your local network will be able to access your script. For instance, if it is running on your laptop then you can load the page/script on your iPhone/Android device if you are on the same Wi-Fi network.

To access it you need to know the local IP of your device. For me at home it'd be 192.168.1.112 , but at work it'd be 192.168.0.10 . I think I just overcomplicated this, sorry.

To access it off your PC if your running the script on there try navigating to http://127.0.0.1:5000 which is your localhost.

    Hi All,

I'm trying to install the app from:

    http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=033532826174524…

And use it with "GPS Emulator" on my sister's phone, which is a Samsung S10+ and identical to mine. I managed to install it on mine a few months ago and after some tweeking, got it to work perfectly. Does anyone have any hints to get it working on the new phone?
I managed to get the GPS emulator to work fine, but when I start the 7-11 App, it presents a message saying "A new version exists…..", and presents 2 options, either exit or go to Play store.

Anyone know how to fix this?

    Cheers.

  • -2

Having trouble with Nox. Getting message saying this app is not compatible with this version :(

    • +2

My Nox is fine to lock in, make sure to keep the Nox as well as your version of android emulator in Multi-Drive up to date.
Edit: Try use Android 7 instead of 4.

  • -2

Win10, Nox, Android 7. Location fine. Installed and reinstalled apk as above, swiped and tried every trick.
    Still Rooted device error. Ideas?

    • You don't need moded app for nox, just install app from play store

      • Tried all versions incl Playstore. Still error - Rooted Device.
Edit - Fixed. All good. Awesome

  • Since they got hacked and no doubt some people have lost confidence… Does anyone know if they can use the credits on the app to buy 7 eleven gift cards?

    • No you cant, I tried :(

      • :(

        Do you use nox?

        • I did as my backup method, but then I found BlueStacks to be more stable
I use the modified apk from our god master131 + app Cloner.
Can lock on the go without relying on a computer

          • -2

@cwongtech: So you can do this all on your phone? What to download?

By the way any issues using interstate price lock and then showing up to redeem?

  • +1

Anyone using Freighter's Python script on their Android phone? I got it working on the PC however I am clueless how can it work on Android.

  • -5

Anyone have methods like nox for Mac user? Would gladly appreciate

    • +7
    • Hey there. I been using Nox on my Mac fine until recently. The problem is you cant (well at least I haven't been able to find a way) to update the Android version in Nox on a Mac. And now Android 4 is no longer supported by 7eleven App. So while PC users wont be having any problems, as the android version is easily updated, this does not appear to be the case for Mac users.

  • -1

Hey peeps, I'm new to this so wanted to ask, if I top up say $30, can I fill $80?
Im planning to pay cash over the counter

    • +3

Top up $30 in your 7/11 will only let you create a fuel lock for fuel volume under $30.

E.g. if fuel was 149.9cpl and you have $30 in your 7/11, your fuel lock created would only allow 20L @149.9cpl. (you don't need to fill up 20L, 12.34L is fine too, the fuel lock gives you the right but not the obligation to fill up to 20L @149.9cpl)

Any fuel over 20L is charged immediately at the displayed price on the station, there is no leeway, I tested it.

    • +3

You can only lock in up to the maximum amount you’ve got in credit on your account.
You only get the locked in price for the number of litres you locked in then the pump price for the rest.

I.e. if you lock in for $1/l. And have $30 on your account, you can lock in 30l

When you go to the pump and it’s $1.50/l. You get the first 30l at $1, then the rest at $1.50/l

      Does that make sense?

      • That makes perfect sense.
So I don't really have to care about the $ amount I've topped up on the account.
Instead as you said, the litres I've locked at that price, then any litres above the locked amount is charged at pump rate…
So just insure I have the max number of litres my car takes

Just to confirm, are all the locks single use only?

        Thanks guys

        • +1

Yes try keep equivalent of max L your car takes. For a 60L car I recommend $80 as $1.33 seems the average right now (with the fuel lock).
Yes that's correct single use only.

        • +2

Yep, I’ve got ~$80 on my a/c which usually locks in ~60l of 91. I always pay with my CC, so I don’t have to top up again. But with the price creeping higher and I was creating a new a/c I’d probably go with $100, I’ve saved more then that in the past 6mths. Frankly you’d be lucky to get $2 interest on that in 12mths, which even without the price locks you make in cheap//freebie offers in food & drinks.

    Ever been questioned?

    • +1

Many times, occasionally asked where I got such a good price, but very rarely. Just need a ready made story.

      • +1

"Just came down back from work over there and damn petrol seems like it's cheaper there compared to here!"

    • +3

I try and flip it and say the store is expensive and if it was cheap the lock wouldn't be so good. They tend to agree.

      • -2

I'm also sick of notifications from lazy people asking where to find info, but if everyone negs the comment, the response doesn't show up in the page search, causing the repeated questions to continue. If we don't neg this one answer, hopefully less people will ask where to find it!
I'm adding a + purely to counter the negs, simply in the hope of reducing more dumb questions in the future…

        • -7

I already ran out of -ve yesternight. That fella just made 3 comments in a row for what..?

Ideally the current link should be Pinned or in OP though.

    • +30

Thanks. Added this to the top of the post. Let's see if it reduces the nuisance of notifications.

      • It didn't, people still can't find it or take the time to look at the url :(

It looks like the comment has been "pinned" so it's at the first comment on the first page

Do you mind updating the post to this direct link?
        https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/7604703/redir

I already have the current app, but when I click that link I don’t get taken to anything with the app link. Tried on both android phone and ipad?? It’s trying to take me to a specific post but it fails and goes to top of the page..?

      • -3

Hay looks like the comment is missing in action. Maybe deleted.

      • +2

Why neg? Unless I’m stupidly missing something, new users aren’t able to download the app from the link provided at the top of the page?

  • -25

Why does everyone have notifications on for this forum when you can just use the email alerts lmao…. (made you check your phone coz)

    • -11

Can't please everyone. I even suggested above - of putting APK link in OP which was acted on, and I still get negged. 😂

Hey yall, I have a 128.7 98+ voucher for up to 38L left from last bargain that expires tmr, didn't get to use because already full tank. If you want dm and I can send screenshot :)

  • +2

Anyone else having trouble signing in to the app this morning? I keep getting the "Foxtrot" error no matter which device or which account I use…

    • Yep I get that too

    • I just claimed my 128.7 U98 about 20 minutes ago so it worked fine for me. I was already signed in though.

Interestingly, the fuel lock is still in my app even though the discount applied in the store. Usually it would've disappeared by now and shown me how much I saved.

Edit: Logged out and can't log back in. Guess I got lucky on claiming my fuel lock earlier.

      • Hopefully you paid using the credit in your account too?

    • can confirm same issue

    • +4

I was trying to use that 128.7c voacher yesterday at around 11pm. The cashier said there is already an internal error in the system so I paid in full with my fuel I pump in. The discount I am getting is roughly around $16. I submitted a missed discount within the app and I get $30 credit back into my account lol.

      • -5

I scanned my 128 voucher around 9pm last night. It took a while to process on system and the clerk apologized for it taking so long. 20 buck savings.

    • -3

im getting this error today, looked around for a fix - tried them all with no luck. anybody else experiencing this ?

  • Mine working fine.

    • logout and log back in - please report back

      • +1

I'm always logged in. Don't want to take the risk as I have $90 sitting in my account.

        • -2

          yeah don't hopefully they didn't set a honey trap for the 1.28 users…lol :-)

  • +1

Warning to those who haven't used their 128c voucher expiring today and also to those with credit in your account: whatever you do DO NOT sign out or you won't be able to sign back in. See comments just above this post. I'm not sure if this is just a temporary glitch but if you're still signed in, it might also be wise to use up your credit somehow now. Mind you this is not the first occurance of the foxtrot error affecting users and last time it got resolved the next day.

  • +2

Just called their customer support. They're having technical difficulties with the app. Won't be able to sign in even when using the website

    • Can we just fill up and submit claim retrospectively for our locked voucher?

      • +1

happened to me on the big hack/crash ~2 weeks ago, claimed it without any hassle/questions.

  • The issue I’m having is trying to lock in a price. I’m already signed in but- spoke too soon.

Edit: I was getting a Quebec error trying to lock in a price a few minutes ago but now it seems to be working.

  • +1

I can log back in now

    • +3

Can confirm its back online now. Reiterates why its sometimes good to have a screenshot as a backup

      • You can also ask for a receipt if it doesn't work and then in the app options later you can click missed discount and take a photo of the receipt.

        • -3

Make sure to always ask for receipts though. I hate when checkout workers these days ask if we want the receipt YEAH just give it should be the standard minimum.
Servo clerks are notorious culprits :P probably claiming the tax

I'm sick of spoon feeding. Put some effort in!

        • +9

Ladies and gentlemen, the comment "Works perfectly fine on my Pixel 4" informed OP that the app works as normal on same model and the issue might be OP error or OP device specific. Everyone chill.

          • -21

@rainbowunicorn: Nobody has chill on this page.

            • +21

@capslock janitor: @Fast and Curious, Will you kindly stop sh!t posting? It’s getting rather tedious.

@yardem, you need to remove the app from your phone first, then install from scratch. Maybe first, Force Stop, then under storage, Clear Storage, then uninstall, then install the mod’d app (see link in post up top “Master’s APK file”.

It works fine with Android 10, so there’s something funny going on at your end.

Just received an email from 7-Eleven regarding the data breach a couple of weeks ago.

    Dear Customer,

On behalf of 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd (ABN 48 005 299 427) (7-Eleven, we, our, us), I am regretfully writing to inform you of an incident that may have involved the disclosure of some of your personal information.

    What happened?
On 24 October 2019, 7-Eleven carried out an update to the 7-Eleven Fuel App. For a short period of approximately 47 minutes, instead of being presented with their own account details, users of the Fuel App may have been presented with the account details of other users.
Based on 7-Eleven’s investigation, 7-Eleven understands that your account details may have been seen by other users during this period.
After becoming aware of the issue, 7-Eleven took immediate steps to take the Fuel App offline to contain the issue. Following investigations, 7-Eleven rolled back the update and the Fuel App returned to normal operations.
    What information was involved?
The following details as registered on your 7-Eleven Fuel App account may have been displayed:
    (1) your name;
    (2) your email address;
    (3) your date of birth;
    (4) your mobile number;
    (5) (if you have linked a credit card to your 7-Eleven Fuel App), the last four digits and expiry date of the card; and
    (6) (if you had loaded any funds onto your 7-Eleven Card on the 7-Eleven Fuel App) the balance on your account and the barcode used to redeem against that card. However, the redemption barcode is only valid for 15 minutes.
Your password, residential address and full credit card information are not affected by this incident.
    What should you do?
Please check your 7-Eleven Fuel App account and contact us if you notice any errors or changes that you did not authorise.
If your account details have been disclosed, you may be at a higher risk of identity theft. We therefore recommend that you monitor your credit rating for the next 6 months and report any suspicious activities to your bank and the police. You can obtain your credit score for free each month from a number of different credit reporting agencies and credit score reporting websites in Australia. More information on credit reports can be found via the MoneySmart.Gov.Au website, www.moneysmart.gov.au/borrowing-and-credit/borrowing-basics/….
You should also be alert to online and telephone phishing scams that may rely on your account details to pretend to be communications from 7-Eleven, your bank or credit card provider or government authority. For more information, visit https://www.staysmartonline.gov.au/protect-yourself/recover-….
7-Eleven takes the handling of your personal information seriously and we apologise that this incident has occurred. If you have any questions or need further information regarding this incident, please contact our Privacy Officer at [email protected].

    Yours faithfully,

    David Gorton

Is anyone else having trouble with the 7-11 app working with Mock Locations or Fakegps? I recently upgraded to android 10. Before that it was working perfectly. Now it won't recognise the location.

And yes I have searched through the most recent pages and I am on the latest apk

    • -3

Thanks for the negs, very helpful…

Fyi Fakegps states that the app was built for previous android software and it may not work, so based on that msg I would assume it does have android 10 issues.

I also uninstalled the 7-11 app, force stopped and cleared cache and reinstalled without it working as suggested in the above negged thread.

      • +4

I had similar issues when upgrading to Android 10.

I ended up with the sledgehammer approach.
        Cleared the storage,
        uninstalled the 7-11 app,
        re-installed the mod'd one.
        Installed FakeGPS (see link below).
In Settings-> System -> advanced -> developer options Select Mock Locations app to
        fakeGPS

Fire up FakeGPS, select someone far away and press play.
Open up Google Maps to make sure its working.
Then open 7-11 app and select Store Locations to see if the location is working.

If your not having any luck, maybe post a bit more detail of what you've tried.

        https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lexa.fakeg…

        • Thanks for the help, I tried the sledgehammer approach without success. I ended up changing apps to location changer which was a buried suggestion in a negative post.

Cheers for your assistance, I hope it works for others with similar issues

      Just locked earlier today!! damnnn

      • just make another account

      • Fill up 1L and lock again

        • Yeah hopefully it's still that price when I finish work

      • I fill up 2lt and unlocked my $1.39 one. Was doing school run when I found out the new lowest price. Already locked in at this price now :D

    • SOB! :)

  • Seems like if you try to top up a new account they ask you to verify your details with a driver's license now. Anyone know if we can get around this by topping up with GCs instead? Given their track record with data I'm not exactly keen on handing over my DL details.

    • GC is fine.

      • Just to clarify if a new account tries to top up with GC they won't prompt for a DL? My account only seems to get prompted for a DL after I try to add a credit card. Just creating the account is fine.

  • Does anybody regularly lock in more than 2 devices at a time? Looking for someone to test something for me..

    • What do you need? I regularly lock in using my phone and also my computer using your python script. Does that count?

      • +1

The Python script is fine, looking for people who use a modified APK.

Actually talking about the Python script, I'll work on an update for it during this week or next week perhaps. I had another idea for it !

        • Ok, unfortunately since I have the python script, I didn't bother to compile my own modified apk. I am just using the official 7-11 app on my phone. But my wife also logs in to my account on her phone using the official 7-11 app all the time, because that is how I "send" her a fuel lock. Does that count?

          • @geek001: If you lock in 3 accounts at once or within 24 hours then yes, that'll work 👍

            • @Freighter: Sorry, did you mean 3 accounts on the same device? or same account with 3 different devices?

              • @geek001: Just lock in 3 times on the same device within 24 hours.

I know one bloke on here (forgot his name, he has the Doge meme as his avatar I think) uses some app to clone his APK.. You don't need to be able to do that, just be willing to (try) and lock in 3 times on the same device within 24 hours

                • @Freighter: I will try, but it will be unlikely I will be able to do it. I have locked in twice today already. But I probably won't be able to lock in the 3rd time, since I already have a fuel lock on my account and no car to use the fuel lock with.

                • +1

                  @Freighter: Hey Freighter :)
App Cloner and app Cloner premium is required to do what I do.
It was your modified Apk, app Cloner can assign set (randomized) android IDs to clones so that gets around the 2 locks per device limit.

I'll release instructions privately soon :)

    • +2

I have three accounts on the go usually. I have tried to lock in three times in less than 24hrs on the same device using the apk but it didn't work.

I currently use App Cloner to run three accounts from my phone. I'm pretty sure I can lock in 3 devices using your APK for 2 and the app cloner for a third.

Let me know how I could help - would be happy to give back in some way.

      • +1

I'll shoot a PM later today. Thanks mate 👍
        (Sorry it sounds vague)

  • Ugh I spent a while getting the Python thing working, locked in this deal and instead of 98 it is E10. :/

I did not see a place to change fuel type.

    • +2

I'm sorry, I don't know how you missed it. For the automatic page look here -> https://i.ibb.co/K0D5MQj/7eleven.png and it is almost identical on the manual lock in page.

      • Hmmm I definitely never saw that. I visited http://MYIP:5000 and all I remember being asked for was a post code. Did I do something wrong?

  • Writing this again as a seperate comment.

I already have the current app, but unless I’m stupidly missing something, new users aren’t able to download the app from the link provided at the top of the page?
I’ve tried on both my iPad and Samsung phone, and both do nothing when clicking the link to the APK..

Might be part of the reason why new users keep turning up asking for the apk file?

    • It takes you to the right page (or at least roughly). I just searched for "master" or "APK" or something to find it within that page.

      • Just retried both of these, and found nothing. Only link was Freights pasterbin link on how to manually edit APKs yourself. I highly doubt that’s how you or most others here got it..

Again, without an easy to find link, and instead with just vague and incorrect “search for this or this or something”, these new users will keep popping up.

I’d genuinely upload it myself to a free file hosting site, but I legit cannot find the current and working apk lol.

        • +3

ptrd, I had the same issue a few days ago. Was trying to find the link for a freind (I already have it working) and thought I was going mad. Can't remember how or where but I found it eventually.

Over one hundred dollars?!??? I never fill up that much.

  • FYI Cashier today said they are no longer accepting screenshots. They let me use it this time but said app only next time. YMMV

    • +10

they shouldn't even know its a screenshot if you don't let them touch the screen

    • Haven’t screenshots always been against the T&C’s?

      • Some allow it - some don't. I've had both experiences.

        • +1

some station don't care, one of the station cashier purposely swipe my screen every time i gave him the phone.

          • +1

@g0dskitchen: Had that experience too, the cashier moved between the app's main screen and voucher to be sure.

Just a wild suggestion. Someone should be able to easily create a simple android app that shows only a screenshot of the app's main screen and the voucher's screen. With 'hidden' buttons that goes back and forth between those screenshots.

The problem I see is the scale factor and aspect ratio of many different phone screen and the mechanism to load the voucher screen dynamically from your photo gallery.

            • @juns: I've had a similar experience where cashiers just swipe a little bit up or down to reposition the barcode and make sure it's not a screenshot, as opposed to moving back to the main screen.

            • +5

@juns: So much effort for what gain? Just log into the account.

              • @ronnknee: What if you can’t and your lock in is about to expire? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/7915020/redir

                • +1

                  @Vitorll: Good usecase!

I can think of a few such as giving your voucher to friends/family, or using almost expired voucher from ozb members.

              • +2

@ronnknee: I've had times where my app has refused to load/login when attempting to pay.
Having a screenshot of the voucher has saved me many a dollar.

    • +2

does any hate the fact attendants grab your phone to scan it rather than scanning it on your hand?

      • you can ask politely for them not to do that…

        • I want to, but feel bad, since I'm already not paying the correct price, so I just go along with it.

          • +1

@Zenith2k3: if they try take it out of your hand then just hold onto it tighter…

I give my phone over because it doesn't scan (I've got some el cheapo Chinese screen protector) and they need to manually enter it in

  • +1

Anyone know if you use your My Card balance in store to buy something if it cancels your fuel lock as you will no longer have the funds to cover the pre purchase of fuel?

If it does it may be a good way to cancel your lock in if there's a better price going.

    • +10

No, as soon as you lock the price you can spend your credit as much as you like and you get to keep your locked voucher.

    • +1

Nah because you only pay for the fuel when you actually get to the counter, I never use my app balance to pay for it. Always cash or card. Saves the hassle of having to reload money onto the 711 account every week since you see so many horror stories of it rejecting the payment or going through some verification process that requires proof of ID.

  • Anyone experienced issues adding a CC to their account? Getting the 'Juice' error message saying my account doesn't accept the card? (tried multiple)

    • +6

Just go to a store and purchase a gift card. Less paper trail and easier to setup a new account if you get banned.

      • +1

Also I wouldn't trust them with my credit card info ever

      • +4

My account got terminated for being quote: "Unfortunately our third party provider has flagged your account as high risk and as a consequence 7-Eleven has taken the decision to terminate your Fuel App account"

  • +13

I noticed a few things today

    1) when you have a really good fuel lock, there are no reminders pushed to you phone reminding you that it will be expiring soon (e.g. recent 126.5 for U98). Whereas if it is a rather ordinary fuel lock I still get them
    2) if you have a fuel lock for 50 litres and you fuel up 50.99 litres the fuel lock applies to the full 50.99 litres even though you only locked in 50 litres in app. If you fuel up 52 litres the discount is shown for first 50.99 litres and there is another line for the next 1 litre (51.00-52.00)

    • +4

I got the 126.5 expiring push notification yesterday.

      • +7

Thanks for confirmation that is odd.

For point 2 then I have been always trying to fuel up as close to the litres I locked in without going over.

You don't need to do that I discovered.

Hope it's of use to some here, and sorry to those who knew and received a notification

    • +3

Not sure why you were negged but the second point is potentially useful for low topups.

Maybe a good time to lock in. Just drove past my local 7/11 and U91 bumped up into the $1.7Xs. Still much cheaper elsewhere.

  • News is saying fuel is going to go up by 50 cents (unsure why). Might be time to monitor pricing and lock in early.

I saved heaps the other day thanks to the cheap 98. So either way I’m up.

I assume the space station has internet so I'll go so far as to say you don't even have to be on planet earth

  • Anyone else having trouble logging or locking in? I was logged in and it would endlessly cycle through the 5 stations and then time out ("The request is taking too long. Please try again. [Error Code: Foxtrot]". I logged out and tried to log back in, still timing out. My internet is fine as I am bringing up everything else without issues and I tried 4G, just in case. This is both through Nox and my regular app on my phone (no mods).

  • Fuellock app is down. Internet is down at Telstra networks

    • +2

Did you perhaps lock in twice within 24 hours?

  • -1

When i try to lock in X litres, it then takes me back to the first screen ("find my best local price"").
I have two accounts and this consistently happens on one of them. Anyone had similar issues?

    • +5

Yes, as mentioned previously, there is a 2 fuel lock creation per 24 hrs per device ID.

You can get around this by using a different phone or using cloning apps.

Pm me for instructions (BETA) how to get around it.

You do need a premium add-on that costs $5.49 permanently (well worth it)

      This is the result https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/28341/74531/screenshot…

      • Premium add-on is for 2 or more clones. I have the original and 1 clone on my phone (and juggle 3 accounts) with the free version.

Still didn't stop me for locking all 3 at a higher price than is currently available…

        • +1

Premium add-on is for 2 or more clones. I have the original and 1 clone on my phone (and juggle 3 accounts) with the free version.

You can assign random android IDs with each different clone with the Premium Add-on which gets around the 2 locks per 24 hrs per device ID limitation.
