Do I need this? No. But they're cheap and good quality, apparently, so whatever.

Oh, you might be right. I used the 2000A version after it went on sale a few months ago. That worked.

Quicker, smaller than a set of jumper cables and it can charge a thoroughly dead battery. Also works as a light and a phone/laptop charger.
