      Not possible sorry, MSI only makes liquid coolers, unfortunately. Cooler needs to be MSI to be eligible for the promotion.

The system needs to be completely working and all stress tested thoroughly to ensure there are no DOA components before it's sent to you. Lots of items we receive also have no retail packaging as we get them in bulk OEM packaging to reduce waste and time. In the unlikely event there's user-induced damage and we have to go back and forth, we want to avoid this as a whole. Our support is also extremely limited when it comes to us not providing the assembly service and the last thing we want is you to be upset. We've had some poor experiences providing this service in the past, not saying you will be one. We now can no longer provide this option, this is the best for all parties to ensure a smooth process for all.

          For the MSI promotion with Steam gift cards, they must be fully assembled systems as well to be eligible. It's not for parts only unfortunately, only for full system builds from eligible retailers.

      I can't seem to find where you raised 321R on this thread, there is no comment for 321R until the one you made a few hours ago. Could you please confirm if this is the correct thread and also the correct retailer? To the best of my knowledge, this was the first enquiry in regards to 321R.

      321R would also require B650M Gaming Plus Wi-Fi to support front USB C in, the base B650M Gaming Wi-Fi doesn't support it unfortunately but has a USB C port on the motherboard I/O.

      If you require, I can special order one in for you but will also require a motherboard upgrade to utilise the case USB C.

    My original query (18/10 at 17:50 onwards) was "… can you clarify if the default MSI Forge M100R or Airflow 320R cases can accommodate the USB-C front and rear ports available on the upgrade to MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI motherboard? …"

    and from Nebula: "Please let me know if you find a suitable MSI case, otherwise we have plenty of other case options with USB C but will only be eligible for a $120USD Steam gift card." I had inquired about the MSI Gungnir 100R but there was no response.

    I've subsequently discovered that the Airflow 321R includes USB-C which would match with the upgraded motherboard. Can you quote on inclusion of this case?

    I checked every damn retailer and spent more time than I care to admit in pcpartpicker and ultimately decided to go with these guys. The steam gift card is ultimately what made it worth my while.       Redemption still should be open, if it's no longer open please send a ticket to MSI and they will approve the claim. Sometimes vendors pull the landing page early for whatever reason.

        Thanks, I did so earlier and just received a response in which they have contradicted the terms and conditions on their website, so may have a fight on my hands. Redemption is supposed to be open until 19th December.

        I received this response from MSI.

        My apology for the confusion.
        Please be advised that December 19, 2024 is the last day to activate the game code and claim the game, otherwise the game code will be invalid and cannot be used as per mention on our T&Cs.
        The last date to submit application for promotion is November 12, 2024. We are not accepting anymore new application after November 12, 2024.
        Thank you for choosing MSI, and we hope to resolve your issue promptly and efficiently.

        this doesn't seem right to me, not able to register the product until you have the serial number etc.

          This is an error on MSI's end without a doubt. Please see T&C's from NVIDIA who are running the promotion, MSI needs to follow these dates - https://www.nvidia.com/en-au/geforce/campaigns/star-wars-out…. End date for redemption is clearly written as the 19th of December from NVIDIA. MSI needs to approve your claim no matter what they say, please pass this message on to them. The dates were extended multiple times by NVIDIA hence the confusion of dates of redemption with MSI. The promotion end date was 12th of November however it explicitly states that redemption is open until the 19th of December on both MSI's and NVIDIA's website - https://www.msi.com/Promotion/join-the-galaxys-most-wanted.

          Last time with a similar promotion from MSI they didn't have this issue with the redemption dates, not sure what changed this time however there must be some internal miscommunication. The rep from MSI is giving you the wrong information.

          i've raised a case for the same issue.
          They are now asking when i received my PC. Not sure what this has to do with it if my purchase was within the promotional period?

    Hi Lawrence, I made an order for MSI Ultimate(#736755) on 21 Nov but still did not get an email for pickup. It is nearly 20 days since then. And the $225 promotion must be redeemed by 15 Dec. Any chance you could let me know when it is ready for pickup this week? Thanks & regards
