    We were definitely smashed during that period of time. Our phone is without a doubt working and we call back all missed calls if there are any. I understand you're not satisfied with our service and I can only apologise for this. I would like to offer you a full refund and a courier pick up at our expense, please email us your details and we'll have this resolved immediately.

    Please understand the promotion and distribution of Steam gift cards it not in our control, it is at the sole discretion of MSI. If they have not yet processed your claim we can help follow up for you. Please email us your order number and we'll have this escalated immediately.

    I apologise again for your extremely poor experience, it is not acceptable and we will do better.

      Thank you for responding, but I need to address the serious shortcomings of your service.

      I’ve made repeated attempts to contact Nebula via phone and live chat, including yesterday, and received no reply. Your claim of “guaranteed response within one business hour for email, phone, and live chat” is blatantly false in my experience. How can anyone trust promises of “lifetime support” and a “3-year return-to-base warranty” when your business struggles with basic communication?

      Offering a refund and courier pick-up is the bare minimum after such a poorly handled situation. The delays, mismanagement, and lack of communication during a critical promotional period are unacceptable. Consumers deserve to know about how disorganized and unresponsive your operations have been.

      Yes, I understand the gift cards are MSI’s responsibility, but Nebula's failure to communicate or manage this situation professionally only made things worse. When your customers are left in the dark for days or weeks, you can’t expect them to simply accept hollow apologies.

      Other consumers should be aware of what they’re getting into before dealing with a business that cannot back up its claims. I sincerely hope you use this feedback to overhaul your customer service processes because this level of service is unacceptable.

      Thank you for finally addressing this issue. I’ll provide the requested details via email and hope this is resolved promptly.

        Hi,

        We have checked our call logs and can see that there were missed calls however we called back each call. Please check your phone if you have a missed call from our landline with the area code 02. I am here to resolve the issue rather than go back and forth, I am trying to understand how you did not receive a reply. If it were during business hours a response would've been made within one business hour, we have this as our in-house performance metric and have daily reports of the average response times. They are currently below 5 minutes for a first response.

        However, I have checked the live chat system and there was one case where it bugged out for some reason. Instead of creating a new live chat session, it was kept open from a previous session at the end of December and we didn't receive the notification for the message yesterday and only now have discovered the new message.

        We will make sure to communicate better during busy times and most definitely handle these situations better, we've learnt a lot during that time. Our build queue is completely clear now as we put all hands on deck to fulfil orders.
