My daughter wanted a Kindle so I was planning to get one from Amazon US. But when I went to Woolies this morning, I remembered that they were selling the Kindle.
$30 for a colour screen eBook reader. Seems to work pretty well so far. Can't complain for the price :)
It's an ebook reader, not a tablet, so no touchscreen on these.
Its not the most amazing e-reader BUT it is pretty dam cheap as a personal video/media player with 2GB on board storage and expandable memory options. Either way seems to be the cheapest around.

Just got a copy sent to my Kindle, doesn't appear to be any location locking (i.e. US Only). Great book, and definitely worth grabbing while it's free.
