      • Did you try paying your rego by Paypal on Australia Post app?

          No, because I used a TCN eftpos gift card and two Activ Visa gift cards instead to complete the payment in-store at Australia Post.

          Someone else told me they were able to pay for their council rates on the Australia Post website directly using a Coles Mastercard gift card in early August, so using PayPal on the Australia Post app should have worked for me too… except for the fact that I would have ended up doing a partial rego payment, which was an administrative nightmare to sort out when I accidentally did that for last year's rego renewal.

            @WookieMonster: Thanks for the detailed reply. It's a shame because holding funds on these for an extended period is a bit risky; otherwise I would just use it for everyday purchases.
