    Everytime I want to make a transfer and link the flybuys + vff accounts I see this error, "We could not complete this request right now, please try again later. If the problem persists, please sign out from Velocity."

      Are both accounts under the same name? I tried to link my wife’s account to my Velocity account and it came up with that error. Signing her up for her own Velocity account fixed it.

    What’s the benefit of velocity points? It says 1000 flybuys = 500 velocity.

    Flybuys are 0.5c per point. What’s the dollar rate of velocity points?

    So if I had auto transfer acting up until May last year then turned it off. By turning it on now I won’t get the 15% bonus correct?

    I have never transferred points to Velocity as yet and have 162k Flybuys and 128k Citi rewards on from my Premier card. Anyone know the answer to the below?
    1) Do I need to turn on auto transfer by the 31st March or does the auto transfer need to be processed prior to the 31st?
    2) Last month Citi was excluded from the bonus 20% transfer bonus and there was a 10% offer in Nov. Has anyone every received 15% or more for Citi rewards? Not sure if I should transfer the points to Flybuys first to maximise the points.

    Each Flybuys member is eligible for one allocation of bonus Velocity Points which will be calculated on the first eligible transfer that the member successfully completes during the Promotion Period.

    Bonus Velocity Points will be awarded to the member’s Velocity Frequent Flyer account within 4 weeks from the end of the Promotion Period.

    How does auto transfer work? I am reading and it says if I score 1000 points so they will transfer 500. What happens to the points already accumulated?

    I currently have one flybuys account that is linked to my velocity account, am I able to de-link that flybuys account and then transfer Citibank points to a second flybuys account that I have and then transfer (as a first ever auto transfer on the second flybuys account) and be eligible for the 15%?

    Or is the first ever auto transfer based on Velocity membership as well?

    I was trying to find out where to do a manual transfer and accidently clicked on the auto transfer. They did not ask for any confirmation, all my points are gone, over to velocity. I guess I won't get any bonus now since I have done auto transfer in the past. Not happy.
