    Ended up just ordering what was in stock. I was originally going to get the wireless trio charger and the buds2 or buds2 pro but then realised that I hate in ears and would only use them at the gym so ended up getting the FE instead.

    Has anyone had any money refunded yet?

    I did an original order but didn't add the members discount so when I cancelled i was refunded within hours for the full amount. Prior to cancelling that order I cancelled the accessories and heard nothing.

    Ive done a new order now to maximise discount but lose the 5% app discount.. hopefully they refund the accessories. Not sure how a return will work if we get the phone with no accessories and end up not getting a refund.

      You will be fine; all Samsung handheld devices and wearables have a 14-day return. If anything gets delivered, which I don't think it will, just reach out to support and they will create you a label.

    Is anyone having issues with the IMEI not being recognised? I get an error "The IMEI/Serial Number provided is invalid, please check again or contact our customer service team." and I have triple checked it is correct. It's an iPhone Xs MAX.

      Had same issue. You need to turn off Find My Phone. Samsung chat helped me with it.

        Yes that's normal. Some of the accessories discount appears on the phone. You actually want more of the discount to end up on the phone because you're refunding the accessories

      Why is aiming for close to $350 for accessories needed?

        Because Samsung will split the $350 ($150 + $200) accessories discount between the phone and the accessories. So if you get a tablet as an "accessory" at $900++ for example, you waste more of the discount allocation to the tablet, whose order you are going to cancel. Whereas if your accessories total value is around the $350-360 mark, then your effective discount allocated to the phone is maximised – should be ballpark $280 to $285 discount applied the phone based on others and my experience.

          I bought 2x buds pro2 as the accessories and cancelled them. My S24 Ultra 256gb line item was $972.77 ($5 trade in item value)

          Do you mean if I optimised the accessories instead of just picking buds, more discount would've applied to the phone instead of accessories and the line item for the phone would've been less than $972.77?

          Edit: comments below seem to indicate optimising accessories isn't pushing the phone cheaper than $970ish 🤔

          I've worked out that it is better optimised to have as few items in the cart as possible as well, the discount looks to be spread out % wise across all items.

          So having phone + 3 accessories means the discount is spread across 4 items, thus making the phone cheaper.

        Had the same issue just a couple weeks ago with a galaxywatch6. Was faulty on arrival and they refused to refund, forced me to get it repaired. Meanwhile i got a late fee on my watch4 trade in. There's basically nobody to escalate to, they make it impossible to speak to anybody on the phone and don't call back when they say they will. Anyway i ended up giving up and keeping the repaired watch6, and had to email the CEO office to get the trade in people to agree to refund my late fee. Yet to actually receive the late fee refund though.
        If you read their ts&cs it says refund is at their discretion, not the customers request…

      This is what I want to know too, only the excess you paid over the GALAXYAI code should be refunded.

      Unless the system is that stupid to refund you 100% of the accessories to anyone that used the GALAXYAI code then most of us would refund some or all the accessories.

    Here is what I did for a bit more min maxing…

    I got the Samsung galaxy s24 ultra 512gb
    Galaxy watch 6 44mm

    Total $1522.xx

    I used the aforementioned discount codes including unique CME one for extra trade in value.

    I have a galaxy note 9, which they were only going to give $95 value.

    I submitted for trade in my old galaxy watch ($5 value) but you need something to trade in to benefit from the two bonus trade ins, (approx $450) in total.

    Basically I got $450 of value out of my old watch (people sell them for about $70 on FB marketplace)

    What you can also do:
    Go and find and buy as good condition as possible one of the eligible trade in watches, should set you back about $70-80. Add the discount codes to get your $450 of value

        Yes, I believe so. The S21 sells for about $300-$400 on FB/eBay, but my wife didn't want to mess around with tyre kickers and what's your final price slingers for the <$100 hassle.

        If Samsung do a similar deal next year, it should be worthwhile to sell it externally instead.

      I did. I stuffed up my order this morning, ignorantly using a tablet as my accessories (which I was going to cancel), thereby wasting my discount. Called Samsung to cancel everything and reissue me a new trade-in bonus voucher $200 since I exhausted my first one, and got trade-in team to cancel my trade in device, but because of call volumes, they couldn't complete the cancellation until 48h (no charges, btw), so luckily I had another device to provide trade-in details for my reorder this arvo. Discounts successfully optimised!

    Sold my S23 Ultra 512GB for $1250 on eBay with fee free and ordered S24 Ultra 512GB for $1055 with $45 Note 8 trade in. Won't be sending back so will coup the $45+$60 late fees. Total cost for S24 Ultra will be $1160. Actually make a profit of $90 to upgrade to S24 Ultra. Sweet deal.
