    What happens if you trade in any phone or tablet on the samsung shop app for the S24 Ultra but don't send it in? They say they give you $350 trade on the Ultra but seems like folks trading in old phone tech, can we trade in a old apple table? or if the offer only $5 for it are they still offering 350 and whats happens if not sent in?

    Never done this before and I don't have a edu account and I am getting quite dizzing reading all these posts (sorry).

      If you don't send it in, they'll charge you trade in value + $30 (no return fee)

      You get to keep the $350 trade in bonus and do not need to pay it back

    I'm struggling to get some of this process working properly. I can't seem to manually log into my education account using the store app on my phone as it auto-logs me in to my regular Samsung account.

    I also can't seem to select the condition of my 'trade-in' to select a scratched screen, for a $1 trade-in that won't be sent back.

    Any tips?

      try login to ur edu account on chrome first. then login in the app then it should auto connect when u go to edu portal in the app

          It's quite dumb why you can't manually type in which account you want to log in with, but I guess that's Samsung for you :p

      While in the app click on my page, then under your name at the top it will say Samsung Online Store, click on it and at the bottom you will see two options one for education and one normal store. Select one and it will change the page to reflect the correct store.

    It is so good that the codes nicely stack up. Through my work EPP, I managed to snag S24 Ultra 512 GB + Galaxy watch 6 Silver (Bluetooth, Bespoke, no wrist band) + A clear case + 1 Year Samsung care+ for $1107 (includes a trade in of $380 for my Pixel 7 Pro). The best pre-order deal ever :).

    So anyway, Samsung tell me that there is a problem ordering via the business partner offers link on Westpac, and that they are already aware of the issue and support is trying to fix it. Just not sure when that will be, I am waiting! Westpac has 20% off the RRP of the phones, and then you get less of everything that you would on the normal retail site, such as $250 bonus trade-in discount instead of $350, etc. Most of the other codes will work fine and all like eco vouchers. But it still can work out a lot less if you do it this way. Only problem is your trade-in never appears on the order page (and no opportunity to add it later).
    So I'll just be waiting here for you to fix it Samsung. When and if that ever happens.

        Yes, they moved crap around, it's annoying. But it's still there and actually slightly more discount equiivalent to the other ones 20%. but if you login on a web browser, once you get to the main accounts view scroll down, it's there under business partner offers. Similarly, on your app it's I think under the main page if you scroll down..

    -$175 rewards point from last year purchase
    out of pocket i paid $643.66
    samsung education account wouldn't switch on the app so i had to use browser.

    Trying the accessory cancel trick on a Paypal pay in 4, so will update if it works.
    With a $460 trade in a will have purchased the S24 Ultra for $725 which I would be happy about.

    Trading in a Fold 3 I bought a couple years back for around $750 doing similar Tom Foolery. Works out a very cheap way to keep current flagships.

    I added the Galaxy Watch 5Pro for my accessory as it was still available.
    My cancel seems to be accepted by Samsung but my payment plan has not updated in Paypal.
    Agents are offline so will reach out tomorrow and see how we go, I imagine the platforms will update and correct for the new purchase price (if they're competent so I give it a 20%)

      Why do you need to update your Paypal pay in 4? Paypal has already paid Samsung in full. They just need to refund you the price of the accessory and Paypal will keep charging you as in the original contract.

        20% for sure if you are on the Samsung Education Store Site. You'll see 20% off RRP where you pick how much storage space you want and before you click preorder you'll see the discount form the original price.

        The 5% you can tell the price difference if you make the same purchase setup with and without the app on the Samsung Education Store Site

          It's supposed to arrive on the 29th. In the past couple of years, it's arrived a day before launch. Just because it's shipped doesn't mean it will get delivered asap.

          When Apple ships, they put a special not 'not to delivered prior to so and so date. Let's see what Samsung did!

      Most people went 512gb for S23 Ultra because it had 12gb ram, but S24 Ultra 256gb already comes with 12gb ram

      When I made mine on the trade-in app it was for in-store only, so I did it through the checkout process in the Shop app instead and it worked fine.

    All watches are currently out of stock (apart from watch5). Booo. That's the only accessory i want to use the voucher on.
    Guess i'll wait and hope they restock overnight, or otherwise wait some more and get the $100 voucher instead of $200.
