Been cheaper. Will be more as s25 launching is near.
    - Issued in public interest

    • Any guess on what will be the launch price of S25u in Pre-booking (not trade in) ?

  • Anyone know where I can get my hands on a dual physical sim s24ultra?

Overseas Samsung models have dual SIM options. According to reddit, some sourced theirs from Samsung USA but it's actually fairly common for phones made for Asia (China, HK, SE Asia) market to have dual sims usually.

Using an overseas model here in Australia can be a bit iffy, there's a slight risk it doesn't fully support our network and VOLTE implementation.

Samsung warranty are'nt like apple, where it is international warranty. Theirs is local warranty by region.

I havent got the best experience dealing with Samsung Australia, so your mileage might vary.

    • if we buy a physical sim tray and use it in the S24u Australian version. Will it work ? Like the default is 1 psim + 1 esim in Australian version of S24u. Has anyone tried this ?

No deal. Cheaper at the good guys and Officeworks - 1775

    • yes mate, even I am waiting for S25u launch, so that the price of S24u, will come down to around 1200$. Which will be a good deal :)

$1497 for the blue 512gb on the Samsung store a couple of months back

  • HODL

    • Isnt the release date Jan next year for the S25?

      • Pre-order around Jan 15, release around Jan 30

  • Got Price beat with Becextech at Officeworks came down to $1407.00 couple of days back

    • Did officeworks beat the price with Becextech?

I tried today and they did it for me. Thank you so much for posting here! Also, I got a flybuys offer with 10x for office works which gave me some additional savings.

        • May I know which office works. I tried it in 2 different stores in Adelaide and they have rejected it saying, its an international model and the warranty is 1 year on Bexcextech where as the original Samsung warranty is 2 years. So please advise how do I proceed further. I have 500$ flybuys and would like to buy here. Appreciate it. Thanks.

    • hi mate, how and what did you convince Officeworks ? They have rejected me saying its an international model, we cannot price match. THey are comparing the SKU and the model number. I showed them 4 different websites. Bexcetech, Spectronic.com.au, catch.com.au, bestmobile. As its much cheaper in all these than ow, but I want to use flybuys 500$ worth points. Please advise how to convince them. Appreciate it. Cheers.

Don't do it. Next gen chipsets are an actual leap this time. HODL.

    • You spec nerds say this every time.

      • The smarter way is to buy whatever Samsung and Apple want you to buy. Why would you use your brain ? Nonsense.

        • Snapdragon elite is a game changer.

  • FYI anyone needs the phone in a hurry it is $1,529.15 in my cart in the samsung store if you ask for the 15% code for a no trade in voucher. You could get and extra 5% of for a first order through the app or shopback or cash rewards offering 5% on the web site. Not sure if it tracks though using the 15% CODE.
