    I just spoke to someone. She said "your order will be cancelled as there was a glitch, I will give you vouchers so you can buy at a higher price later, item is not currently in stock but it will be made available soon, then you can buy again".

    Clearly they have stock but are not willing to fulfill. They will sell it again at a higher price. Clearly it's a planned scam to steal data of thousands of customers.

  • So I still haven't received any contact. No call, no email, no refund, nothing. My order status on the site hasn't budged - awaiting dispatch.

    What do we think the best strategy is? Contact chat and press my luck, or just continue to sit and wait?

    My delivery was supposed to be today.

    • Do you need the cash back? If not just sit it out for a few more days

      You should get 2x 15% off and 1x 10% from them. These are stackable. Not sure about other voucher,you can try, it will be fine as long as you don't checkout

  • I missed the call. Had a live chat demanding my refund. No cancellation email. No refund. Order still "awaiting despatch".

    Could be worse. A friend got a 75" TV delivered from Samsung. Screen was broken. Took 24 days and countless emails/calls to have it picked it up.

    Samsung are great.

      I missed their call too, didn't contact them, until 2 days later received cancellation email. Did a quick online chat to get those vouchers.

    • They will cancel the order sooner or later, and I will get the refund. If you don't care about those vouchers you don't have to contact them, otherwise you will need to it unfortunately.

  • For those who received "all" of the vouchers, has anyone done a lowest price on the 55 S90D with trade in? Seeing the C4 under 2K and have discount vouchers at a retailer but wanted to check what the 90D price comes down to.

    • Not all voucher can be used together, one is only for 55 s90c. Stacked the other 2 will bring 55s90d down to 16xx which was mentioned above in the past days.

    • My app is showing $1449 with the CES and V15 vouchers, including trade-up and 5% app discount. The RS voucher doesn't work until the 30th, and probably it will only be for the S90C which may never come back in stock again (it's completely vanished from my store app now). But I'll wait until Saturday to find out for sure…

  • Got a call today and they offered 10% off that exact tv at the higher price and then said if I bought it they would then offer me an additional 5% off coupon for the purchase after that. Samsung for the bin.

    • That not right, the voucher package should be V15 RG and CES, they are 15% off tv, 15% off only 55s90c, and 10% off.

        I believe their strategy is to have you contact them. They will hold onto your money until you lose your patient and then reach out to them.
        This is a little bit disgusting.

        • No, they won't. I didn't pickup the call. Received cancellation email 2 days later. It depends on whether the agent wants to push you buy another tv or not.

  • Just got off from chat who tell me my order is ready and awaiting courier pick up. Whilst on with chat, had another missed call from the 02 number. It barely rings though, one ring, I didn't even have time to answer it and the phone was already in my hand. So odd. I'll continue to wait and see what happens.

    • Exciting. Did you get any emails and has your order status changed at all?

    • I contacted via the support chat this morning expecting them to cancel and give me vouchers but got the same answer as you did. I did have one call from them last week but also missed it.

      • Just got off the chat, also told that it's awaiting courier allocation. My order screen has "get it by December 02" and this is the date the chat also said I should get it by. Last glimmer of hope but may as well ride it out.

    As per checking, the reason the order did not progress is that it is on the order cancellation list.
    There was a technical glitch on our online store for a short duration of our Black Friday Flash Sale, during the time of your purchase.       update: Got cancellation email immediately. So I suppose they wont cancel till you reach out to them or you pick up their phone.

After checking, it appears that our warehouse team has encountered an unexpected stock shortage for the 49" Odyssey OLED G95SD Curved DQHD Gaming Monitor and our internal team have decided to cancel and issue a refund instead of holding your order for back logs.

    For the call from some offshore samsung Rep. Asked to be put through to a supervisor. They transferred me to someone offshore in sales. Terrible service. Terrible organisation.

    I had a second call this afternoon after missing the first call in the morning - agent didn't mention my order, went straight into asking if I was planning to buy anything and I could get some assistance with discount vouchers- I said no, I am waiting to hear about my existing order to which "oh which order is it" to which I said you have my account details can you not see it? He said oh OK thank you and promptly hung up. Order now cancelled. How utterly disparate in the overall treatment.

        lmao, $2999, which is more than the listed price of $2,792.00 for 65 S90D

    • 90D shows at $1,526.18. Perhaps Samsung feel with all the interest the 90c demands a premium. Or a hundred more for 65C855 ;)

  • Last update, got multiple emails yesterday from Samsung about the item is out of stock and if I wanna proceed with the order and get it when it will be available or cancel. I selected the wait, why not? Some emails followed it up, and I got a call saying, I'm on a cancel list and the order would be cancelled… I. told them it is strange, as I got it just a minute ago, I will get the item once it will be available again… but they said, that came from a different department within Samsung, and they need to cancel it… I asked for a manger and got a guy who highly likely wasn't a manager and he said, ok, they will check what's happening and will get back to me. They didn't get back to me, but I got the no reply order cancelled email… no explanation, nothing.
    Not really happy with the customer service…

  • Was cancelled last Thursday. I added the CES and RS9 codes in the Samsung App with the $100 trade in and the price for the S90C came down to $1375.82. Will think about buying it or not.
