I got the email in 5 minutes of payment.

They take the money as soon as order was accepted. Did the same thing during ebay deal. Had to cancel and get the money back later.

In 2022 they did the same thing with ebay orders. No response for 15 days and I had to cancel the order to get the money back.

It's thier standard copy paste response. Chat support has no clue what's going on with orders.

I suggest don't wait for this one to be shipped. If you get a good deal somewhere go for it. In case Samsung ships it, you can pass it on…

Hopefully, I suggest try adding a small amount of credit first to make sure it works before loading your account up.
