OZB_PBM_$500OFF

Hi OzBargain,

Happy Friday all! We've got some bangers to finish off the month strong, lots of demand for 32GB 6000MHz RAM systems as a baseline on the AM5 platform to take full advantage of future proofing, the platform and demanding games. As always, a fantastic promotion from MSI with these systems coming with a $120USD Steam gift card* for you to use or offset your cost further! 1440P gaming on max settings will be a breeze on the 4070 SUPER rig, 4060/Ti awesome for 1080P gaming! If your budget is stricter and you don't need 32GBs of RAM, we also have the full range from this deal on the AM4 platform with the sharpest pricing available on the market for these configurations.

As this is a promotion funded by MSI, we have no control or distribution of the Steam gift cards. We can't bring the price down further unfortunately as redemption is made directly with MSI, not us. However, once you receive your Steam gift card you are welcome to do whatever you'd like to try offset your cost further 😁.

Any chance we could upgrade to a MSI 4070 ti super?

    • +6

Not at this stage, pricing isn't the best on those ones currently but will look into it again. 4070 SUPER has been the most popular SKU, priced well for 1440P gaming.

We will have a new 4070 Ti SUPER deal shortly however but likely not Powered by MSI 😁. Thank you for your interest legend!

      • +1

Thinking of going with the 4070 build, is there a big difference between the base MSI board and the MSI tomahawk?

        • Interested in this also! Any experts able to chime in and offer some advice?

        • +1

Mostly better VRMs and features like USB slots and an optical out if you plan on using it. Also supports front USB C case input whereas the MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi doesn't.

      • Will it be similar to your striker elite deal or something like https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/867235 but with air cooling?

If the MSI deal is included for around that price or your previous striker elite pricing with air cooling, that would be enough for me to commit :).

        • +1

Nothing concrete at this stage, very unlikely it'll be a Powered by MSI system for now.

        • Hi @esm123 and @twlandre,

As requested we've pulled some strings to make a Powered by MSI 4070 Ti SUPER rig happen :) - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/869180.

Any questions please let me know.

          • @Nebula PC: Nice work with these deals!

Unfortunately, for around the $2k mark, I'd rather pay a bit more for that 7800x3d upgrade for future since I don't upgrade often.

Also, the default CPU cooler would probably need to be upgraded too in future if I bought this, so it's not quite there yet sadly :(.

As others have echoed, I think a lot are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the 7800x3d or any combination of MSI x AMD x Nvidia promos, since the 9800x3d is possibly around the corner.

If you can do a striker elite v2, even with the delayed shipping due to stock, or something similar to https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/867235 with the MSI promotion+air cooling, that would be enough for me :).

            • @esm123: Thank you for your feedback! Totally understand and will work on that :).

  • Any chance you guys can match the following deal?
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/867370

    • +2

Awesome price and awesome system build, if you're looking to buy now I would recommend going with them for the exact kind of conifugration :). Our current best offering would be this deal - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/865583.

      • Hi mate, any chance we can upgrade the CPU cooler to water cooler for 4070s build? And Should i upgrade to 750w gold instead of bronze?

        • Yes, AIOs are available in the support section - https://gyazo.com/fdefde7836ee193e3b026bd758041143.

If you prefer a 750W 80+ Gold PSU over 650W 80+ Bronze, then yes. It won't make a performance difference however will allow you to future proof a bit better if you decide to upgrade CPU/GPU that might need more power. There will be the smallest amount of power usage saved from the power efficiency of a gold PSU compared to bronze.

          • @Nebula PC: I always just look for a modular psu and all the upgrades that make this happen push it to gold.

If there was a bronze modular psu offered I think this would be a good cost saving

            • +1

@kulprit: Very unlikely unfortunately, most PSUs that are modular come in gold only rather than bronze for the tier-one brands to my knowledge. Cost saving would be minimal and sell-through would not be worthwhile for vendors to create a bronze rated modular PSU.

  • Need to add windows OS

    • Comes pre-installed without activation, activate for free via massgrave.dev.

      • No it doesn't, it's against Microsoft's TOS to supply Windows without a license

        • +3

Whos going to tell on them, not me

          • -1

@Honeypotdepot: What do you mean? Nebula aren't doing anything wrong by supplying the PC with no OS

        • My housemate bought one in the last year, from this seller, it comes with it installed for the users convenience without activation.

Bill Gates isn't going to SWAT them.

          • @Jimbuscus: Clicked on the link. Straight away options for OS popped up for additional cost

            • @JohnnyP: That's to buy an activated Windows with it, I'm saying from personal experience that this specific seller installs Windows unactivated for the customer.

You don't need to activate Windows to install it.

          • -3

@Jimbuscus: Maybe @Nebula PC can verify. Does it come with Windows installed if you don't pay for the upgrade?

            • -1

@SNICH100: Dude, it's against the TOS and they are a legit OEM, they aren't going to advertise that they install Windows without activation for customers.

I'm saying, from explicit personal experience in the last year, that I have used a Nebula built PC that didn't choose to buy an OS, that for the convenience of the customer it came pre-installed without request, with a non-activated Windows.

It's not hard to install an OS, but by the level of confusion over such a basic statement, I can see why Nebula needs to do some people the favour.

            • @SNICH100: Hi All,

We do not and are unable to install Windows unless a license is purchased, they all come with no OS. We do all our testing with an external OS.

              • @Nebula PC: You should at least install a linux OS. Mint or PopOS maybe.

                • +1

@cheapdoodau: Good idea, will look into this for sure!

                  • @Nebula PC: If it's an NVIDIA system, you'll likely have to deal with more customer troubleshooting, it would be advisable to have a Linux option for just AMD GPU builds.

                    • +1

@Jimbuscus: Thank you for letting me know, we will test all scenarios thoroughly.

  • +2

    +1 for these guys -

Recommended it to a mate late last yr/early this year. Packed and shipped great. Cable management was top notch.

    No complaints!

    • Thank you for your support!❀️

  • Wonder if it’s worth waiting for the 5000 series gpus to drop, reckon by then these 4070 am5 systems will be sub 1.5k?

    • +1

Hard to say, prices are very low currently but IT is a fast moving market. Will have to see when the time comes!

    • It could also be possible that NVIDIA stops manufacturing the 4000 series, when 5000 comes out. I think there are reports of 4090 stock running low in some places in the EU. https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/1fng1gu/nvidi…

Hi, wondering if I was to upgrade to a MSi cooler and case does it mean I'll get $225 gift card instead of $120?

  • Hi, if i do not want lighting coming from inside my pc, which matx case would you recommend?

    • +1

I would recommend the NX200M or NX500M, can turn off lighting modes and completely with the LED button.

      • Say if i go with NX500M. Do I need to buy extra 3 fans? how does the case works with the MSI MAG M240 240mm Liquid Cooler ARGB?

        • thanks, how many fans in NX500M ? do i need to buy any extra ones ?

        • You don't need to buy extra fans, it comes with two front intake and one rear exhaust. We can top mount the MSI MAG M240 AIO with the NX500M.

  • Hi,

I recently purchased a Solis Elite but I don't think it has been dispatched yet. Is there any chance I can switch over to the Azora build and pay the difference? I just did the math and I think its cheaper just to get the Azora. This way the RAM upgrade to 32gigs would only cost me 50 bucks extra instead of the original 100 using the Solis Elite package.

    • Yup! Please email us immediately and we will amend it for you on the back end :).

      • Thank you! Just emailed

        • Done!

  • Still waiting for mine to be shipped 😍

    • Working as fast as we can! Look out for an email from us shortly 😍

  • How many fans can I install in the Nebula N3 mATX base case? I'm worried about the lack of air flow? Thanks

    • 2x 120mm at the top and 2x on the PSU shroud if you can get creative with fitment and installation :).

The 4060 rigs don't get that hot and airflow isn't an issue with the N3.

      • Got it thanks, was wondering if that case with just one fan would suffer during summer.
Comes with only 1 fan at the back right? is that a 120mm?

        • +1

Correct, just one fan for rear exhaust. It's fine from our testing during hot days.

      • +1

Can confirm, definitely have to spend a bit of time, but I was able to fit a total of x5 120mm fans (all daisy chained) into the N3 case with the 4060.

Can also confirm the build quality of Nebula's prebuilds are excellent for the money you are paying.

    • if you are getting 4070 super get another case , don't use the N3

      • Yup! We've changed our systems to have the N5 by default for anything that's greater than 4070 SUPER and above for better airflow and cooling 😁.

        • How many fans the N5 come with?

          • +1

@edforums: 3x 120mm fans and a much larger chassis for better cooling and airflow, significantly better temperatures compared to N3 for the 4070 SUPER. Ample space for the GPU to breathe as well.

            • @Nebula PC: Thanks a lot for your quick responses. How many 2.5 or 3.5 drives can you install in the N3 and N5? couldn't find any info on your website.

              • @edforums: On both can fit 1x 2.5" and 1x 3.5" directly mounted onto the chassis near the PSU shroud.

  • +2

"By deselecting shipping insurance, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items."

Does this mean I have no recourse in case item gets damaged during transit?

    • +1

The courier only covers a small amount per consignment unless we pay an extra premium to cover the full amount unfortunately.

  • +1

Would love the 7600 over the 7500f… but an extra +$160? Why? Should be same price or like $20 more.

    • We purchase bulk quantities of the 7500F giving us better pricing to pass on to you, for the 7600 we don't get this kind of pricing resulting in the gap being larger.

  • How do you apply the $500 promotional discount? I am seeing a total of $2,138.00 AUD, and no where to input the promo code.

    • Go all the way to the end and visit the checkout >:]

    • Please use OZB_PBM_$500OFF in checkout to bring the price down by $500 :).

  • Is there a estimate end date to this deal incl. the supply of the Steam cards? I'm looking to buy the 4070S deal but can only do it next weekend.

    • The MSI steam card deal goes until November 30th.

      • So this means that these deals and prices will be stable until then??

        • Can't promise the PCs will be, but the bonus stuff shouldn't go away and usually PC's go down. The individual store can decide to not run a specific build promo though.

    • Until we sell out my friend :).

  • Not going to lie this seems like the best deal out for the Cyro. Compared to galapowers eclipse elite I think the parts here are significantly better. CL32 instead of CL38 which has a negligible difference. The CPU seems better (IMO) since it also leaves room for upgrade in the event I wanna beef it up. Overall solid build will 100% purchase this on Monday and I look forward to having it :)

    • I'm sorry :(, IT is such a fast moving industry and so hard to keep up for everyone.

      • haha it's all good, for those one who have not bought yet, this is a very good deal and I have to say Nebula PC has done a good job, very happy with the PC I received.

  • looking at getting the 4070 setup, what's the bonus is having 2 x 4070? and is there anyway to drop it to 1 and up the CPU?

  • Is there a way to add 2 extra fans to N3 case? If I go to Azora > Support > Case fans, 3 x Nebula stock fans option is there with no extra cost, but it looks like the PC only comes with 1 fan?

    • Not currently but can’t add the option in for you.

  • Hey guys looking at the 4070s pc and you have two similar ones, this one and one with a gigabyte board. Quick question will either board accept/fit a m2 pcie adapter as I would like to be able to utilise my other 1tb m2 stick on my current (dead pc).

    • Yup in theory however compatibility may vary, and I can't guarantee it will work. If you go for the MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi it'll have two M.2 SSD slots which may be easier and less headache for you by avoiding the adaptor and any compatibility or issues you may come across :).

      Northern Territory - 5 - 7 days

Apologies for the wait, we're working as fast as we can towards your order :).

      • Is this normal for the order dispatching late? Today is the 8th day since I ordered. Just want to see if I could get it prior to the weekend ahead

        • Yes, despatch is typically always around 7-10 business days. Is it the 8th business day today? If so, will be very soon.

          • @Nebula PC: Today is the 9th business day actually, ordered on Sunday night the week before :)

            • @tadinhah: Yep, should be very soon. You can email us and can check where it's at currently! :)

  • Hi,

I have ordered a PC that qualifies for the MSI promotion for Steam funds. Do I need to wait to receive the pc to redeem or can I do it earlier.

    Thanks for your time.
