Hi OzBargain,

Got another all time low banger AM5 platform RTX 4060 and RTX 4060 Ti rigs that are the best value on OzBargain currently for 1080P gaming and light 1440P gaming. Both are ready to go as always with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with components that are tier-one branded and reliable. The RTX 4060 Ti rig at this price point for just $100 more than the 4060 system is truly impeccable and unbeatable for price to performance for its configuration. It has dropped significantly in price to meet market expectations and is well worth considering for people who want that extra GPU grunt for such a small price increase :). Would be fantastic for 1440P gaming on a budget!

What frame rate would the new monkey game run on this?

        New monkey game very demanding.

        • +2

Only if you're OCD about maxing out every single setting. FWIW, most of the differences of Cinematic mode are in the shadows and lighting effects, and make for breathtaking screenshots and recordings, but when you're actually playing and focused on the game, the experience playing it at Medium is almost identical.

It's actually still an incredibly impressive looking game at Medium settings - I managed to consistently get above 60 fps at 1440p on my trusty old GTX 1070 on Medium settings and still found it to look amazing.

  • Thanks for sharing! I'm looking for something that I can have connected to my TV - how large are these N3 cases and are smaller cases available?

    • Only just 31.5x18.5x41cm (LxWxH) :). Very small form factor for mATX, let me know if suitable!

  • I'm also after a budget friendly setup to play the Black Myth Wukong game, wishing not losing too much picture quality. I saw the PS5 version has some compromise… You'd better has a "BMWK ready" builds to sell more of your machines.

    • +4

There aren't any reviews for ps5 yet, but anecdotal reviews on reddit suggest it plays great.

Paying $1200 to play a game is a bit much though… Way cheaper to just play it on ps5 even if graphics are a little worse.

What's the build and shipping time for these?

    • +1

Our despatch times are 7-10 business days from the order date, each system is hand-built meticulously and we have hundreds in the backlog. Once despatched delivery is extremely fast as we use express couriers only.

The following are our estimated delivery time frames with our couriers after despatch:
Metro Sydney – Same-day delivery (for business addresses, authority to leave and customers available to take delivery)
Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong, and Newcastle - Same-day delivery (for business addresses, authority to leave and customers available to take delivery)
All other non-listed major regional town in NSW - Next business day
Metro Melbourne – Next business day
Metro Brisbane – Next business day
      ACT – Next business day
Metro Adelaide – 2 business days
      Tasmania – 3-4 business days
Metro Perth – 4-5 business days
      Northern Territory - 5 - 7 days

  • I'm guessing any purchases with a 4070 up should come with a star wars outlaws key instead of that monkey game now.

    • Correct, the cut-off for the monkey game was yesterday, unfortunately. It's not our promotion and redemption is made through the graphics card manufacturer, not us.

  • This is a very…. interesting setup with a B650M and DDR5 ram going with a 4060/ti. I see a lot of upgrade options for the future. But without future upgrades it seems a bit overkill. The rest is excellent as usual though.

    • +2

Thank you for your support! Lots of people want to be on the latest AM5 platform without breaking the bank, we try our best to cater for all :).

    • sorry, but what did you mean by "without future upgrades"? Just curious since I'm looking to purchase

      • If you don't upgrade the parts in the future, (such as GPU, Ram and CPU), and instead buy a new system.

  • Several of the "other deals" linked at the end have expired.

    • +1

Yes expired as OzBargain will expire them after a certain number of days. The deal is still live and the code is working :).

        Hi Lawrence,

Where can I find the 'Storm' BYO system? Cannot find it on your website, and the OzBargain link no longer works for me.

Also would the shipping period be any different for this one ie. are they prebuilt?

        Thanks

        • Storm BYO is expired sorry, I've updated that now.

The new BYO GPU build is this one - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/852332.

None of them are prebuilt unless it's from our ready to ship range, they are all made to order and will have the standard 7-10 business day despatch time :).

The following are our estimated delivery time frames with our couriers after despatch:

  • Ah any chance to exchange the “Oasis” PC. It just arrived today (ordered Sunday). 5500 vs 7500F :( with less than $100 difference.

    • Sorry, we can't take back systems once they've been sent out :(, we strictly only sell brand new components and they are never used for warranty and reliability reasons. IT is a very fast moving industry and prices change all the time. Hope you understand!

      • For future reference, what if I had not unboxed the PC? Would I be able to exchange it? And all good, I think the R5 5500 is good enough to run monkey game.

  • Nice deal man…. I reckon some of the ENIGMA pc (MIA), techfast (slow :) ) and other deals have dried up. You guys keeping it lubed and ready to go!

    • +2

Competition is always good and healthy for OzBargain and the market! They're both fantastic system builders and are great at what they do.

  • no windows install right?

    • +1

No OS unless a license is purchased, yep.

  • Hi. Whats the fan situation? It looks like just the plain stock one at the back but no intake? Would I need to add fans to it? Or does this smaller case not need that?

    • It's one rear exhaust RGB fan, you can't fit front intake fans as it's a dual glass panel case. You can put intake fans on the PSU shroud if you'd like but it won't make a huge difference.

You don't need to add extra fans to the system. If you're after a more traditional case you can opt for a case like the NX200M/500M that has front intake fans with a front mesh panel.

  • Will any of these builds allow me to add on a pre-existing SSD + HDD from my old PC?

    • +1

Yes, most cases will allow 1x 2.5" SSD and 1x 3.5" HDD :). Including our N3 case.

      • Oh that's great! Will it allow another 2x 8GB of ram sticks too?

        • Negative, the B650M Gaming Wi-Fi only has two DIMM slots which are used for the system. Even if it had four DIMM slots I would strongly recommend not mixing and matching kits as speeds and compatibility will be hard to manage. Motherboard compatibility with four RAM modules is very picky, the support list is short. You can take a look at the motherboard's model website to see more.

  • @Nebula PC Could you confirm the options we have for GPU brands as you've mentioned that the brand varies?

    • +1

Yes, mostly MSI or PNY at this stage on hand. No other options are available for this deal as of now, stock has been a bit up and down these days so we've put brand may vary. We've secured a good amount of MSI and all current orders will be mostly MSI.

  • How often does this kind of deal, in this price range, come around?
And if I don't choose Windows does it come with nothing or do you put Linux on it (eg. Mint)
    Cheers

    • This is an all-time low for 4060 and 4060 Ti rigs in these configurations on the latest AM5 platform. There will be no OS if you don't purchase a license, yep!

  • Hey there, I have an existing Samgsung 980 Pro PCIe M.2 storage where I put all my steam games. I'd like to re-use it on this PC if possible. Do any of the motherboard option have 2 M.2 slots?

    • Yes, MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi has two M.2 slots :).

      • Hey! Thank you for the quick response. Are you able to share a picture with me on where the 2nd M.2 slot is? I am getting quite confused when I tried looking up the motherboard, and other websites and reddit posts are telling me it's only 1 slot.

        • Yes - https://gyazo.com/9288c3d56952cfc9e5a3ce1285683874, both slots indicated here. You can read more about the motherboard here, full manual can be found here - https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/B650MGAMINGWIFI_….

You are likely mixing up Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wi-Fi with MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi.

          • @Nebula PC: Awesome. Thank you again. I'll go ahead with my order :)

          • @Nebula PC: Hi Nebula PC

I received my new PC. everything looks great thank you. I tried putting in my Samsung pro 980 M2 SSD. I looked at the 2nd M2 slot in the file you shared with me but there's already something in that slot. It's a small chip with cables.

Can you provide me an advice on whether it's safe to remove that small chip and put in my M2 SSD?

            https://imgur.com/a/zKFknPQ

Also the placement of the screw in the 2nd M2 slot is not like what you sent me in the document. I imagine i wouldn't be able to secure my M2 storage if I tried to use that slot

            • @Here4daDeals: Hi,

Yes, from the photo you sent here, it looks like you ordered the Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wi-Fi which is different to the MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi which was what I mentioned in my original comment above. The documents along with the diagram I sent referred to the MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi, not the Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wi-Fi. Could you please double-check your order if you had chosen MSI or Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wi-Fi? They are two different motherboards and are not the same.

For the Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wi-Fi, the second M.2 slot is used for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, if you remove it you will not have Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity. In theory, you should be able to use it for a secondary NVMe but only the very small size ones to secure it down properly. Otherwise, it will be difficult to secure down as the second slot isn't made for the purpose of a secondary NVMe.

Please let me know if there's any confusion.

              • @Nebula PC: Hi ,

Looks like i got the Gigabyte motherboard instead. I had thought you said the PC comes with the MSI motherboard and didn't notice I had to upgrade to get that motherboard. When I did my research I used the parts list provided which was the Gigabyte B650m mother board which is why I made a comment saying I was confused about the number of M2 slots because all the information I found said there was only 1 slot and you said there are 2. Turned out we are talking about different motherboards.

Guess I'm out of luck in this case?

                • @Here4daDeals: Hi,

No sorry about that, I was referring to the upgrade options rather than the default system build configurations that you had asked in regard to the question in your initial comment "Do any of the motherboard option have 2 M.2 slots?". We have a few options available on the system builder which is what I was referring to. The PC with the base configuration comes with the Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wi-Fi motherboard which is advertised on this post, system builder, system image and your order confirmation. The MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi or other motherboards that have 2 M.2 slots are upgrade options - https://gyazo.com/f58bdff970ad8b1f50141ad8cc3f7bc9. The base model has always been the Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wi-Fi which has one M.2 slot.

Let me know if there's anything else we can do to help. We can swap your motherboard at cost price for the MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi with a small labour fee considering the circumstances if you're local and want to drop in. We can't take back the old motherboard however as we only use brand-new components, never second hand due to warranty reasons. If you'd like you can sell it on the second marketplace place potentially to offset the cost from upgrading to the MSI B650M Gaming Wi-Fi?

                  • @Nebula PC: Yeah my mistake.

How much would the MSI motherboard plus labor fee cost?

Also I am in Sydney so dropping in to your shop at Canterbury Banks town could work for me.

                    • @Here4daDeals: Please email us and we'll sort it out, thanks legend!
