SPRING$500OFF

Hey OZB, saw a lot of interest with the Lian Li x Dan Cases, and we just got the wood panel A3 in stock, so we had to do a killer deal on it.

EDIT 1/10 - Wow, so many orders! Thank you all so much. We've just run out of stock of the A3 wood cases, ETA next week. If you order a PC now with the A3 Wood, it will take 10-12 business days to arrive. We will update this ETA as we have more info!

EDIT 30/9 - Thanks everyone for all your orders! We've run out of stock on several parts, and have had to increase the cost of the Eclipse Elite by $200 and the Eclipse Lite by $100 to keep up with demand while ordering parts retail.

We can also now offer free game promotions from both Nvidia and AMD!

We know there's some similar deals out there that might be for a lower price, but we make sure to only use high-end components, the best SSD's and PSU's etc. and we know the case makes it worthwhile.

Housed in the sleek Lian Li Dan Case A3, this clean build combines the popular Ryzen 7 7800X3D and RTX 4080 Super. The A3 is a superb mATX case (26.3L) that supports M-ATX and ITX motherboards, a 4-slot 415mm large GPU, up to a 360mm radiator, and up to 10 x 120mm fans.

For the more budget-conscious, we also have the Eclipse Lite, with a i5-12600KF and 4070 Super for $1899!

I'm going to HODL for 5000 series (C'mon GTX1080/i7 6700k you can do it) but this looks like a good deal - love me a wood case so hope they are still around in 6ish months!

    • +5

Same, I'm kind of over glass side cases

    • +2

I'm in the same boat, 1070 with an i5.. trying my best to hold out for the 5000 series, and doing well so far, but this is the first system that's pretty much what I would spec up myself and it's really tempting… I'm not a huge fan on glass cases with RGB etc, not that there's anything wrong with that, each to their own!

    • +2

Fwuark… same here! gtx 1080, i7 6700k hodl'ing for that damn 5000 series and next amd x3d chips. That upgrade when it happens is gonna be sweeeeeeeet! Especially in a wood case!

    • +2

My i7 4790k and GTX 980 are holding the line like TOTO. Gonna be hard to hold my wallet after I work 14 12 hour days over the holiday's, but urghhhhh, sick of 1080P and low/medium settings now hahaha.

      • +2

Ha, love the reference mate. And I know those feels, I just did 10 straight nights, 3 OT'S , just for one of our cats to need 2 visits to the vet in 3 days.. all OT $ gone.. 😧

        • Ah spewing mate! Unfortunately both my pets are getting to that age as well, hope your cats doing OK now.

I just spent $2400 on flights to and from Perth for a 30th birthday and to meet my newborn niece, so bye bye savings. Then my tenant who we're also charging well below market value has also decided to not pay rent for a month, so I'm paying rent and mortgage only to find out that the tenant went away on a 2 week holiday to Singapore and was living the good life there hahaha. Guess that's karma for trying to be a friendly landlord.

    • Same here. Love wood.

  • All these deals are tempting me - but there was a deal for a Lian Li Mesh on here YEARS ago - and its sitting in my cupboard still in its box waiting for my next PC……cant get a whole system :( …..i mean I could sell it - but im lazy

but now all these new cases look amazing.

  • Hi guys, do you have a plan for and deals with the current MSI promotion for steam gift cards?

    • +1

We're working with MSI to get this sorted, sometime next month we should be able to offer them!

      -Jaimes

      • Thanks for letting us know.

      • +1

Do you think you’ll have this same deal still running/in stock next month if you get the steam gf’s?

  • +2

This is incredible value, with highest quality components across the board.

+1 as you deserve to get this higher up on ozbargain

I just built an almost identical PC and it really can’t get better than this.

    • +1

      Appreciate it!

      • If only you released this a week or two ago I would’ve bought it through you guys 😅

    • the 4080s is a bit of a bait isn't it? I think the 4070Ti S is gonna be a better value buy for most.

      • +6

In terms of pure value, yes - as you're only getting ~18% extra performance for ~25% extra price. But if you want something that will last you another year before upgrading, then there is an argument that if it fits your budget, why not.

In my case, I managed to get the 4080 Super for $1350, so it was a no brainer.

For this deal specifically, you're getting the PCfor ~$300 below retail price (so you'd have to get a 4070 Ti Super if you were to build yourself for similar price). Plus it excludes the fact that you have to also build it yourself, and deal with very tedious RMA processes if you have any faulty parts (whereas GalaPower will just replace things for you in the first 3 years). $300 + a day of your time + no headaches with warranty = that is why i said this is great value.

  • Anyone purchased from these guys before?

    • +1

My mate bought this deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/860958

good experience and happy with his rig.

      • +1

I got my early June with them. Very happy with it. Only downside is the deal just keeps getting better!! Now I wish I had waited longer :(

  • Nice components for the price.

  • I really like the Lite build at $1800. This is a sensibly built mid-ish-range gaming PC without any junky components.

  • How's the airflow for this case?

    • +1

case has been reviewed very well, could use a few fans, at least a back exhaust IMO

      • Build comes with exhaust fan by default, and you can add up to 3 additional fans to the top of the case.

        • oh nice :)

        • any comment on the Jonsbo TG240 240MM ARGB Water Cooler? Should I go with the water cooler instead of HX5230?

  • +2

Oh wow that case is a nice copy of Fractal North

  • Any chance of offering builds with this case? Lian Li A4H2O

    • We'll have a look into it!

  • i like that case

  • Whats the current nvidia free game? Wukong is over?

    • Star Wars Outlaws on RTX 40 series cards!

  • Discount on intel CPUs please.

  • Any chance you could supply a 1000w+ PSU?

    • Sure can! Send us a message or an email and we'll make up a custom build for you.

  • Any options for just picking up the parts (without build service) for the same price?

    • Unfortunately not, at this stage we only offer the full PC build service. We're more than happy to do custom builds not listed on our website, but we do not offer parts only.

  • +1

Are there any other 64gb RAM options that are a bit cheaper?

    • +1

Just reduced the G.Skill 64GB kit by $50, and added the Kingston Fury Beast 64GB kit for $90 cheaper too!

  • Hate to ask guys, but how does the 4070s build compare with the NebulaPC one?

    • +2

Comparing to their Warden deal, ours has a slightly better mobo with USB-C support, better PSU with 80+ Gold instead of Bronze and higher watts, Better SSD (~+2000MB/s R/W), Double the RAM with higher clock rate, and in my personal opinion, a much better looking case ;)

      • Thanks mate, say if i get the Lian Li Dan Case, do i need 2 more fan for cooling? and what would you say the i512600 comparing with 7500f?

        sorry for many questions

        • Comes with exhaust fan by default, you can add an additional 3 fans to the top of the case if you'd like. the i5 and 7500f are basically on par, with the i5 having a slight advantage.

          • @GalaPower: Can you offer a similar setup to the Warden? AMD 7500f (or 7600) and 4070 super?

  • Wooden pc

    • Wooden work

  • -1

1tb ssd is nothing with games like jedi survivor being 120gb fyi. Looks good apart from that

  • these are wild deals!

Are there any deals with much smaller cases? I'm looking at that 10-12L size range..

  • Is there an option to upgrade the motherboard to an X670?

  • I also love wood.

  • +1

Just got wife approval to update from my 8600k / 3080 which is starting to show its cpu age so would jump on this if 5000 wasn’t just around the corner. Will see what kind of deals gala do at the time as this is one of the better altogether designs and parts selections (plus options) ive come across.

  • Hi mate, is the default RAM in the Eclipse Elite a CL30?

    • Apologies, slight mistake on our part. Default RAM is CL38, Have updated the Part Picker listings :)

      • +1

Ouch thats too bad… Will need to upgrade then
        Thanks for the prompt answer

  • Thanks for the deal, just ordered one!
Quick question, looking at the mobo, it says there are 2 m.2 slots? Was wondering something like this https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0B25M8FXX would be compatible for the second slot?

    *Crucial P3 Plus 4TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 5000MB/s *

  • how does the cooler perform with the 7800x3d?

  • Hi! Is there an estimate for how long the deal will last? Just waiting for my next paycheck before buying. Thank you !

    • Don't worry, it will still be there!

  • +3

must resist these end of the line deals - few more months……few moreeeee

  • Gorgeous cases!
I really wish I had more control over the build in these custom setups. I need more CPU than GPU for photography and astro stuff. Can anyone recommend a good option for affordability with a ryzen 7 7k?

  • Nr200 7800x3d 4080 here. Love the cpu so much, even 5000 is coming , if you want high end gaming now , this is very matched build

  • I think it's time to bite the bullet and now thay I've done my tax return.

Is it possible to downgrade the GPU to a 4070ti super?

Since these are prebuild, is pick up available and do I get to keep the original boxes/manuals etc

    Thanks Galapower team

  • Is there enough room to use the second PCI-E slot on any of the motherboards? Or does the GPU cover them all.

  • +1

Anyway to get the 4070s with an amd cpu

  • How long would it take to be ready for pickup after an order is placed?

  • Any chance of adding the Thermalright peerless assassin (or phantom spirit) to the Eclipse Lite build?

    • +2

      I've added this in!

  • Beautiful case, and impressive internals!

I am going to be kicking myself if the 9000X3d variants don't show a significant bump over the 7000X3d.

  • Would you guys sell through JB marketplace?

    • i thought i read that as FB marketplace

  • Can I ask a stupid question, how do they make money on these if the price is so much lower than the pcpartpicker price? Do they get the GPUs much cheaper than the general public?

    • +1

They buy the parts in big bulks so each part ends up being cheaper than what we can get it for

    • +1

Generally yes. Industry/retailers get the wholesale price (varies).
Us retail buyers pay - retail or RRP. But nowadays in tech it's a race to the bottom of price to capture consumers, so retail margins are thin thanks to PCPP etc.

I'm assuming these shops get committed buyers via this site and can ask bulk discount from suppliers, so they can comfortably say "hey supplier, how much discount for 50-100 pcs of this thing?".

Almost all retail works like this. Cost + markup = price.

Then they build and send, offering after sales service also - leveraging their expertise and capability.

All of this whilst paying staff, rent and bills!

But yeah, what the person above said.

  • can this one be done in a z20?

  • The replacement GPU option of the Windforce. Is that the V2 OC or the V1?

Has anyone used the Jonsbo 240mm AIO before? Any good?

  • +2

Hey, I just bought a PC from this deal over the weekend and I was really surprised by the speed and quality of service that i created and account just to post here.

Ordered on sunday and recevied it by thursday morning (sydney area).

This is my first time ordering a pre-built PC so not really sure what is normal, but i thought the packaging was really well done, lots of foam on the inside and after plugging it in, everything is working so far.

Very happy with my purchase and happy to recommend this company to anyone!

My only comment is that i wanted to get a larger SSD but i felt the upgrade prices were a bit steep compared to buying it separately (more of a minor inconvience than anything)

Also @Gala if you're listening.. I wanted to get some extra case fans but the only fans available was a RGB fan which I didn't want (the preinstalled back case fan is RGB also), so i opted to buy my own fans instead of adding it into my order.

    • Hey i did the same. They havent sent me the links to the gpu games, i paid for extra fans (not installed) and my package was missing wifi antenna's. They arnt answering emails - have you had any luck?

    • Is the case able to be open for self installation of fans and cooler while maintaining wareanty? Or is it screwed on since it's a pre built system?

  • +1

Bought thiss deal for the elite deal + extras. Good value. Excellent turn around time. Would have to say communication has been poor (they did not engage with me queries, just build and flick which i would expect better for spending $4k). Also did not ship with wifi antenna on a wifi mobo, asked but no reply within 24hr. Generally ok but as of right now would not recommend to others

    • +1

I was considering pulling the trigger on this, but I’m feeling a bit hesitant now. Any comment? Have they replay your email yet?

      • Me too. Keen to hear whether the wifi antenna and fans got sent in the end. Also did you have to install them yourself? Considering this system vs the new Cyro one from Nebula which includes steam gift card.

      • No been waiting 2days for email reply, phone number rings out

        • Have you tried the chat function on their website? Maybe someone could help you there.

          • @brainactive: Yes even phone called over the past 2 days. Still waiting

            • @Starkerz: Crazy, I was gonna pull the trigger but this has stopped me.

Goes to show that customer service is key. The fact that your one comment saying bad response times has led to >$5,000 of missed revenue for them from myself and a couple others. And we're just the ones with accounts responding. They've probably missed out on $10,000+ or if not more because of it.

              • @somethingstumpy: To be clear, my issue is easily rectifiable if they could just get back to me.

I was going to build myself but went for this because of fair price and to save the hassle.

Really annoyed with myself now, and im from Sydney so i cant just shirt front these guys when their shop opens on monday.

Kinda weird their rep hoped on OB just a few hours ago but hasnt engaged with my posts. Wtf

                • @Starkerz: Kinda worried about my build now… ordered earlier in the week, expecting it next week I think. They have been very responsive on chat and a friend from Melbourne says the store is / looks legit (they're near Clayton).

Hopefully you get your problems solved and mine arrives with wifi antenna/additional three fans I added :D. Will report back here as well.

                • +1

@Starkerz: Update: I have since received communication back from Gala as of 28/09 and they are rectifying the issues - looks like there was a Melbourne public holiday recently which was the cause if non-communication.

  • Bought this on the weekend and received it within 4 days! They also contacted me and have been very responsive via email.
Also very happy with the build + care they put into shipping it.

  • +1

Bought this early last week… seeing another comment was a little worried but for me it really was worry for nothing. Got my new PC today (who'd have thought wood would be so good on a PC case) and it runs perfectly, really well put together with good cable management, well packed and everything included - down to the spare screws! - overall just really impressive. Would definitely order from these guys again - comms via their chat were great.

  • Would the Eclipse Lite be good enough for 1440p gaming @ 144fps? I don't play anything particularly demanding, mostly competitive multiplayer games (Deadlock, Street Fighter VI). Might try more demanding single player games, but they aren't a priority.

  • +2

Hey @Galapower, any idea when the 2799$ price will come back on this?

  • Can you do any deals on the Apex Dominator build?

  • Hi @GalaPower, has the SPRING$500OFF coupon expired?
