DDR4 doesnt even go past 4800 + no AM5 motherboards have ddr4, only ddr5

Is there a way to have it come with no operating system installed? or an unactivated windows. Don't want linux mint and want to use my own…

With the motherboard upgrade, does it come with a wifi card? Or is the USB still neccesary..
