      Generally yes, don't pay today, add to cart and as soon as your store opens tomorrow morning, open app and pay, then pickup whenever that day.

          It can become invalid later in the day, results vary, best to pay as soon as the store opens if you know you'll collect.

        If I choose pickup in store does it mean I have to pickup immediately or will there be another screen where I tell them to start cooking. Haven't used the updated app before.

          From memory, after you pay, you get a screen to "check in" and then after that you select pick up or drive thru. At this point the order is sent to the restaurant.

          So, if you want to order now and pick up later that day, make the payment but don't check in until you are nearly at restaurant for pick up.

            @CodeXD: Today, I paid for 9 for 9.95 and didn't check-in, and the checkin page disappeared from my app when I went back in 2 hrs later. Had to talk the manager to bring the order up again on the terminal.

            Next time I "hold" a code, I'm going to take the risk of ordering later in the day at the time I want to pickup.

                              @CodeXD: It is an item related issue. It seems low value items are more likely to be reserved for later check out. The Saturday deal can be checked out every day after for me.

                                @Neoika: Even today? Not sure when it was implemented as it might have been within the last few days. KFC can set the availability of the product on the backend so we'll have no visibility of it until someone tries to check out.

                                  @CodeXD: Not today as I switched to 9 pieces yesterday, but it doesn't mean it won't work today. To be more accurate, the Saturday deal can be checked out on three consecutive days after.

                                  I think today's deal can be reserved for later due to low value or single serve, not shared meal.

    Our week so far

    Day one: Half price Zinger, sure, and the $2 chips. Oh (profanity), Zingers are 8 bucks now? Jesus Christ, 12 bucks for us to both get a burger and chips and call that a deal? (profanity) me. Whatever.
    Day two: 15 wings for a tenner is fine. Guess we'll do the $2 chips too. (Bonus points for coming back here later and seeing the shitshow it was for some people to order lol)
    Day three: Crispy for $4? Sure, missus is curious since KFC has been soggy for years. (lo and behold, exactly what I thought, it's just a replacement of the original recipe, to be a Zinger without zing, a soggy coating continued)
    Day four: Sweet, a really shit deal, we finally won't go missus has to get blood taken, wants a frozen drink to pump up sugar Well, better continue the streak.
    Day five: (profanity) me, one of only three actually good deals, better get it.
    Day six: "30% off KFC merch" ah, finally, a reprieve

        Today's deal (Kentucky Snack Pack) listed as 4060 kJ which should be a large amount of chips and popcorn chicken plus a good amount of supercharge sauce but many/most stores will skimp.

        Furthermore it actually lists (under "review and customise" for the deal) the popcorn chicken at 1006 kJ and regular chips at 1216 kJ. @Quarter Pounder What's up with that? Can you confirm how much of each they're supposed to put in? Sauce isn't listed but surely wouldn't be anywhere near ~1800 kJ worth of supercharged sauce?

    Anyone have trouble getting the cheap as chips?

    App just refused to give the discount.

    Kept saying "in cart" so i couldn't even remove and try to ad again.

    The staff were very helpful, and tried to get it to work, but couldnt do anything.

    They were very nice and got the discount on their machines instead.

    I just had the 9 pcs chicken today. All hot and spicy option.
    Even taste better with white rice and ABC original chilli sauce :P
    The taste of white rice makes me feel better and more joy with the chicken. I don't like brown rice taste. The ABC Chilli sauce increases appetite, more joy and taste great.

        LOL. No, I don't work for them. Only because I really like the taste and it's from my country. If you eat a lot of fried chicken without any sauce, you may get bored. When I was in my home country, usually I had KFC with white rice and a lot of chilli sauce … KFC here don't sell rice, lol. A lot of asians here, it's potential additional revenue for them … More tasty and feel better when eating KFC with white rice. ABC chilli sauce is real spicy and sweet (not like Thai sweet chilli). There is another variant of extra hot of this brand as well. I don't like Tabasco chilli sauce because of the taste.

    Like on the app it says I need tk buy a Xmas feast to get the 30% off (don’t even know how you can buy the merch in the app when it’s only good and there’s no other option unless they emai you a code after purchase 🤷‍♂️)

    On the website , it doesn’t look like it’s 30% off or do you have to put a code?

    Will I be able to change the store tomorrow, if I add to cart and hold it now? (probably not as I'm thinking it'll refresh everything once the store changes) But would like to know if anyone has successfully changed the store the next day.

                      @Neoika: Agreed, it said not avail for pickup at 10.01am however that accnt had already purchased and recieved that order, had the same deal on the same accnt in 2 instances of the app so that complicates my result.
                      Doing the same test tomorrow morning without multi instance of app/deal.

                      But tell ya what, gonna hammer the next $8 box offer and take 6 of them to stock up my freezer.

                              @Neoika: I cant get to KFC today, but when I hit Checkout it takes me to the next page with Place Order button active, but can't go any further as if I pay today, and try and collect tomorrow the store wont be able to find any evidence of the order, not be able to do a refund and head office needs to be contacted for the refund.

                                    In other words, highly likely that I won't be able to pay for the yesterday deal tomorrow as I waste the login and not pay for it today.

                                      @Neoika: Same , even after logging in and checking Saturday's deal the next day, it's still available to be payed for.

                                      You can also use the same accnt for multi orders of the same deal, or even different deals, Need to be able to run the app in multiple instances, app cloner/Samsung Secure Folder or a 2nd device, add deal to same accnt over the different instances before making any payment.
                                      For myself, 2 accnts, 1 samsung phone and 2 spare phones, I can get a deal 8 times, more if I find an app cloner for 2 spare phones.
