Are you choosing multi-city? It shouldn't change the price if the arriving and departing flights only differ by a day.
Use card linked to PayPal. Have booked a lot of hotels outside of Australia this month.
I use paypal and don't get charged the international fee. Paypal also shows charge as like TLC World
This is the solution. Achieves more than any kind of enforcement action by authorities.
