        I must be doing something wrong… or just getting unlucky with my local store.

        I added yesterday's 9 piece deal to my cart last night before store closing time. Shut down app then didn't reopen it until 10:01am this morning… yet still getting the "not available for pickup" message.

        So no one else had no difficulty paying for and collecting yesterday's promo deal today (assuming please tried)?

        Well I did again last night after 10pm, local closes at 10pm. Might just be different for redeeming deals like these.

          Probably.
          In that instance, I couldn't add to cart as the store was closed.
          When I went to the promos tab, it was empty.
          When I changed store to an open store, the promo came back and let me add to cart.
          When I then changed back to my og closed store, it cleared the cart. So wasn't possible for me in that instance.

          Could be deal particular? Who knows. Have to try again with the nuggets today.

            @Lord Ra: Could be because I've been able to press Redeem in the Home tab which hasn't refreshed after the store closes. If I went to Promos or anywhere else in the app they'd probably disappear entirely from both Home and Promos tab and then wouldn't be able to add to cart.

            But I guess to be safe just set an alarm for a little before 10pm if you really want the deal the next day (and then another alarm for 10am to order it).

              My issue was that I was trying to add it to cart AFTER my store closed.
              Since I missed that boat, I went to my backup store. But only remembered at 12pm and when I opened the app, it was gone.

              So like you said, it has to be first thing in the morning.

                @Lord Ra: As I predicted it, yesterday's deal can be paid today(or after) as now due to a non-shared meal.

                A shared meal hit the stock level more than a single serve so that it makes sense to not allow it.

    Getting a payment failure message trying to order today’s 9 piece deal. I’ve tried three different KFCs around the eastern suburbs. Do you reckon they have all just run out of chicken?

      Anyone should just buy in the app during or before lunch time. Pickup later when you have time. Show the order number from KFC email and the menu name. If they don't have enough stock, maybe ask to swap for boneless chicken :P

    I got both yesterday's and current deal today. Took it to the PayPal screen(did not pay) yesterday afternoon and didn't open the app again till I wanted to order & pay today. Had to dine in so I could make the second separate order.

    15 wings for $10 deal is currently removed on the app - I just pulled up to my local KFC for them to tell me they’re not fulfilling any orders for the deal because of server overload :(
