  • Received my order today today, my invoice says 3 items which is the S24 Ultra, Galaxy watch 6 classic (face only) and the Galaxy watch 6 eco leather band. When i opened the package only S24 Ultra and the Watch 6 inside and no band. Does anyone know if the watch and band is ordered separately would they already assemble them from warehouse and get shipped in a sealed box? Sorry just not sure if the watch and the band would come in 2 separate boxes.

    I also don't have the $0 Samsung care on my invoice :( I guess I will just follow this up after I receive it.

  • I received order confirmation email with Tax invoice. The order status was "Order Accepted".

    I went to cancel the accessories and they were successfully cancelled but the order status has been changed to "Order Received". Can some guide what has happened here?

    • When did you order? I ordered on 25th 512 Grey, mine says 'order accepted' but if I expand it says 'order received'. I didn't get any email or invoice yet.

    My S24 base model 512gb sapphire blue (exclusive colour) originally was supposed to ship from 30/01/24 -> changed this morning to start shipping from 13/02/24 and status is still "awaiting for dispatch". Feels :(

  • The original site said a combination of shipping/delivered on January 29th, and now delivery dates have blown out to mid-Feb. Has anyone tried to get a partial refund/credit from Samsung for the delays?

    Ordered S24U 512GB Tit Blue on 18th.
    - Yesterday received email Kristy saying will be dispatched on 05/02.
    - Today checking the order status stating will be dispatched on 12/02.

    The Pre order system is a joke. I remember a few years ago during S21 when you chose exclusive colours it stated it will be delayed dispatch. This time had no warning at all. Samsung getting worse and worse over the years.

    • I just checked my order status for a 512gb blue and I have exactly the same as above. Pretty disappointing

            The blue is still 12/02 but all accessories were dispatched.

            I given up. The blue was a gift for my dad who was visiting leave next week and the orange was a surprise gift for my partner. I guess gotta swap now.

    Ordered on 19 Jan 2024 Jade Green s24+ 256GB, just received it today.

    My tracking originally said "arrives on 29/01/24", changed to "get it by 01/02/2024" yesterday, tracking number with startrack this morning and received it at around 12:30PM 31/01/2024. Two days to wait so better than others in the thread but still poor from samsung to quietly change the promised delivery date when I ordered well in advance.

    My order being received also triggered my trade-in (not going to send device back and sell on fb marketplace, S20 FE 5G 256GB if anyone is keen), and also triggered confirmation of adjustment to my paypal pay-in-4.

    Wow what a whirlwind Samsung! Ordered on 18th Jan - S24U Titanium Green 256GB. On my invoice it says "Ships on 29th of Jan. Still waiting for dispatch up until 29th of Jan. Received email from Kirsty on 30th Jan saying will be dispatched on 5th of Feb. Later on 30th Jan my status changed to "Shipped." Today in the early morning received a text from StarTrack that it's coming today. Received the package this afternoon.

    • Yeah I'm going to WFH tomorrow just in case the phone arrives. Samsung changed to 'Shipped' last night (which I know is more a ”we packed your order”) and a "Deliver by 02/02", no tracking number yet, but who knows wants going to happen.

    S24 Ultra Titanium Violet 512GB ordered on 19/01 just changed to shipped status with delivery saying "get it by 06/02".
    Just earlier today I received an email saying I may not get it until the 12th so this is certainly promising.
    Now to wait and see how long it takes to move from 'shipped' to 'on the way' status with a tracking number sent

  • Gawd can't wait for Samsung to update the firmware. I'm not used to looking at the screen in natural colour profile! Feels like a temporal downgrade from my s22

      Sometimes natural colour profile is good to see what everyone else sees. For example, if you post pictures on instagram then you'll want to edit it in natural, otherwise everyone will see it more washed out if you are editing in vivid.

      • uhh - this is assuming you use social media and post content. i don't do either. just want a screen for personal enjoyment.

      depends whether you got the extra credit discount since you won't be able to then receive that again now that that offer has ended and the samsung members loyalty code thing im pretty sure can't be used again on same account either

      If you look after your phone, like use case and screen protector all the time, it's probably only "good to have" rather than "must have". You have to pay to get the replacement device after all, so you may not want to spend $ just to give away your pristine device and get a refurb one.

      I am one of those people above, and while I had the Samsung care may be a couple of time before, but never used it, cuz I always sold my phone in pristine condition rather than keep it long enough to get a replacement one.

        That's what I thought, but saw this in the $1 care+ link. Not sure what to make of it. If it is a 1yr SC+ subscription then a swap would essentially be free (assuming the damage is not user error)

        • That just means the device is covered under the normal warranty under the ACL, and no fee in that case.

          • @aveeno bb: Yes but if you manage to crack or damage your phone, you can swap the phone under Samsung care instead of a repair at your own cost.

    S24U Green 512GB was delivered today and a few hours after delivery, received an email from Samsung for a refund for the cancelled accessories.

      • Before the phone was delivered. Cancelled it right after ordering.

    • Refund email came Wednesday, refund came on Friday.

    Ok my 19th of Jan order 1tb Titanium grey is on transit. Received auspost notification in the afternoon and was surprised to see it especially it was minutes before that when I checked samsung track order page was still showing Awaiting dispatch, start shipping by 12/2.

    Moments later the ststus changed to Shipped yet no sms from Startrack or email from Samsung.

    ETA on startrack and auspost showing delivery date as 1 Feb. Too bad no one will be around to receive it and hopefully I can rush back in time before the LPO closes.

      Someone on whirlpool asked Samaung Chat about it. Their response:

      "As per checking on the order details, the tracking details are not yet available. It shows that the order hasn't been shipped out yet. I know that it shows that on your end it's now on Shipped status. The main reason is that, the system detected that this order is included on the orders which was supposed to be shipped from the 29th of January."

    • cancelled accessories straight away
    • order changed to shipped on 30th Jan
    • Also on 30th Jan around 4:30pm, received email from Kristy dispatch delayed to 5th Feb
    • 31st Jan, Star track tracking number appeared on Aus post App
    • Received phone 8:30am 1st Feb
    • waiting for refund of cancelled accessories
    • Great to hear some 256gb Blue's are hitting the streets. Hoping mine's pulled forward from the 12th as Kristy advised.

  • Is the Samsung clear case better than those cheap ones on ebay? I have a clear case in my order for the ultra. I will get $24.57 refund if I cancel it. The cheap ones on ebay are under $10. I am thinking if I should keep the Samsung one.

    • Your new delivery date is March.
      Lots of people ordered on 19th and now bumped to 12th. Ie 14 extra days from the original delivery date

      • I think they've already received the phone, just asking about others experience with the trade in and refund emails

    • I am also waiting for emails. Got the device on Jan 29. When tracking order from https://shop.samsung.com/au/mypage/orders , it shows UpdateError on Tradein. Do you have the same issue? Check once.
