      As far as I know, EDU purchases are not eligible for reward points…..and points are only given 14 days after delivery to prevent points posting prior to cancellations or returns.

        Damn. I've been hearing some people are having points processed… Whether they'll be approved is another story.

        If the points worked, I'd go through the EDU store to save an extra $50 on my phone. Missing out on $160 of rewards points isn't worth it to me though.

    So I just purchased the Graphite S23 512GB and the buds2 pro. Shopback has tracked my order but we'll see if it gets approved.

    Total cost came down to $1647, including the bonuscare voucher, $301 trade-in, $250 store voucher, and a $50 newsletter voucher. This would have been about $1599 or so on the EDU store, but I couldn't resist the rewards points. I received 14478 points - a bit messed up that the bonuscare voucher deducts from your 10x rewards points, but I'm happy with $144 in points anyway.

      Some has been rejected b4 by using code (BONUSCARE, $50VOUCHER). So it means you taking risk. But normal store will give u 10points/$, my order is preparing dispatch and from EDU, still has x10 points (could be that im lucky).

      I paid $1410 for S23 ultra 256gb + Tab A8 wifi + care+ and x10 points for the phone.

          It showed up ETA points that i will get from my order, and i think just like many times b4, it took maybe a week or so after samsung confirms the delivery. Last time I ordered Fold4 was the same, points x10 only from normal store, but i got x10 from edu as well and i did use it for S23 this time.

      No. Based on my experience with S22 and Z flip 4. The Care+ email came really late like 2 months after I have received the phone… and they were always in the spam folder (I am using Gmail)

    Ordered S23U on the 12th, it's been awaiting dispatch since the 13th. Gave Samsung a quick call and apparently they do a bulk collection with their courier.

    Imo not the kind of service I want on a new device I paid over $1600+ for, I'm Impatient and want the device asap otherwise why would I buy a new device at release, why not wait for more of a discount. I'd be less annoyed if they had the courtesy of giving an accurate ETA at some point in the ordering process.
