The heat rating on this is as comical as the title. Nice flavour though (kind of a sweet spiced Worcestershire). For chili fans I would recommend their Black Label version

Coles has bottles of Carolina reaper chilli sauce 5.95 each watched my friend taste some and tears run out her eyes she can tolerate very hot chilli's this one even got her

Concur with other comments. This sauce is very mild, and definitley not deserving of the name or heat rating (self rated!).
It is pretty tasty (flavourful) though. So in that regard, I dont hate it.
Someone post a deal on the Black Label if you see it for a good price!
