I have found that EDR customer support are very helpful and often give out bonus points. Last month's perk I wasn't able to collect due to availability of the product and they issued me with 2k points (worth $10, even though the product was only a $3 item). If they don't issue a free product this month, then I will be contacting support and requesting points in lieu
I got a cake at clearance for $0.80 and got home to find out it was mouldy. The store refused to refund my 80 cents. I contacted woolies support and they gave me $10 giftcard for my troubles.
Lucky you, WW refused to accept latex kitchen gloves as they were not the right size.
The reason given is that they don't accept any grocery items once sold, its the company policy.
Hate to shop at WW.

To be honest, I'm not entirely against this - quite a few of the free items I got were barely worth it..
- Awful frozen microwave chips (didn't even pick up)
- Very basic toothpaste (still in cupboard)
- 80ml shampoo (lol)
- 1L "fruit drink" (water and sugar).
If they can revamp this where you can choose from 1 of 3 freebies (alternatively freebie or points) it would add more value.
I will usually pick them up and then donate to a foodbank. Better there than in Woolies pockets
Tbf that's a good idea for the toothpaste and shampoo as they absolutely need these essentials. Might swing around some time soon.
Things like the sugar water I'd feel bad, and the frozen microwave chips can't be.

Lucky you. I think I have only ever gotten 2 freebies from FlyBuys and been a member since it started. Just checked. Did you know it started in 1994!!!
Not sure how they do a selection process but it is frustrating to see other members getting freebies and so many get nothing.

How's this supposed to work? I saved it in my offers. Scanned the flybuys card. Scanned the Tip top one soft wholemeal. scanned the flybuys card again. Nothing happened.
