    Not everyone has a 4K monitor. For those people (including me), a hub with this bandwidth is fine.

    But I also wouldn't go for a cheap model like this one (which has mediocre reviews). The one time I tried out a low-end hub, I got a device with a malfunctioning HDMI port and which interfered with my keyboard/mouse receiver. Better to stick with a known brand.

  4K@30Hz is a complete killer.

  I don't understand why these keep getting manufactured. I get the feeling they are hoping less tech savvy users won't know the difference. It's 2022, no one should be using a 30Hz display.

  This doesn't appear to be a bargain as explained above by member m9.

  Ozbargain is a website for sharing bargains, it was never meant to be used to try and make money off the community by jacking up prices and posting deals with a code for a fake discount.
