OZB_QUANTUM_$500OFF

Hi OzBargain,

A lot of demand for higher-end rigs understandably, the new RX 9070 XT is excellent value coming hundreds of dollars less than the 5070 Ti! A lot of people are definitely switching to team red during this period of time. Solid all rounder rig with a 240mm AIO for the 9700X and 7800X3D systems, a 4 DIMM slot motherboard that is heavily demanded on OzBargain and a 750W Gold rated power supply. Most definitely can smash 1440P gaming and light 4K gaming. Banger pricing on launch day for the 9070 XT as well!

Bought a PC from Nebula before, they build better than me, made me depress, would not recommend

    • +7

      😆

  • damm wish they made a 5080 variant…

    • +23

Very hard with the current situation sorry ☹️, it's Team Red's time these days!

    • +11

I don't know; I'd rather support Radeon at the moment. They seem to want us to buy their products, and like most reviewers have said, the 9070XT is the most exciting GPU release in years.

  • Exactly what I wanted, but I am heading overseas soon, will order one from your next deal when I back. Hopefully with more stock available and better price. Lol

    • +7

Take it with you and claim TRS? haha

  • +6

Interesting pc part picket comparison… you've manually entered an Asus $1399 version of the 9070 XT but state 'brand may vary'.

Eg, if you have some Powercolour versions on hand that sold for what.. $1149? (yes sold out, but a few versions available for not much more), then I'm not sure it's entirely comparable

    • +7

Ah, it's mostly ASUS but if you're curious to know the exact one please email us and we'll let you know. It's primarily ASUS or GIGABYTE as of now unless stock is exhausted.

  • Any Nvidia 16g plus deal?

    • +2

Maybe 5070 Ti but price isn't attractive for OzBargain unfortunately.

  • Id buy this if it had the 9800x3d ! any choice to upgrade CPU?

    • +4

      Yes, 9800X3D option is available.

      • If we chose to upgrade to the 9800X3D are all other parts sufficient?

        • Yes, however I would consider upgrading the motherboard to a higher end one if you prefer for features that may be more suited to a high end CPU like the 9800X3D.

          • @Nebula PC: Curious, what are “ features that may be more suited to a high end CPU like the 9800X3D” on a motherboard?
Power delivery? Because if so, I wouldn’t call the offered motherboard is “sufficient”.

Decent deal though, thanks for the offer to the gamers and supporting team red! (Even though I happened to buy Nvidia this time around, I would love competition)

            • +2

@Larsson: Power delivery is fine, higher end boards like the B650M Mortar do have better VRMs, however the B650M-A is more budget friendly and will also be fine. Other features that are not CPU related may influence your decision, like USB slots, Wi-Fi 6E and build quality etc…

    • +18

      Me toooooooooooooo

  • Any 78/98x3d high end builds on the horizon? 👀

    • A bit hard with the current situation unfortunately, unlikely. This will likely be one of the best valued mid to high end rigs available on the market.

      • Yeah that's fair, I'm happy to wait anyway, only gets better :) need better mobo choices too ;p

  • -7

Any chance you guys could start pre-installing Bazzite or other Linux distros on your AMD builds? That'd be handy to have a great Steam experience out of the box.

    • +3

You are welcome to install any OS of your choice 😁.

  • +2

Now i just need to find money :-(

  • 7800x3d link goes to the 8700f build

  • +10

Thanks to the Nebula staff that I chatted to this morning. After explaining what I wanted with a 9070 XT, they let me know that a deal would be posted on OzBargain very shortly and to keep an eye out. Very attentive and helpful, I was able to finally purchase a gaming rig at the higher end without spending the equivalent to a house deposit! Looking forward to it arriving, hopefully my experience is just as good as those I have seen posted on OzBargain recently.

    • Thank you for your awesome words! 😁

Anything we can do for you please let us know.

      • Thank you - will do!

    • Their communication is excellent. Very happy with my purchase from a couple of months ago. Hope you enjoy your new PC.

  • +3

very attractive deal, would like one with 7500F but im assuming there's no deal with that configuration at this moment. great deal as always though

    • Not for this one unfortunately, 9700X and 7800X3D would be a nice CPU to pair with but is a bit pricier.

  • i keep getting "Error creating customer product"

    • Might bug out sometimes with too much traffic, should work in a minute or two I believe. Let me know if it's still not working and I'll organise a manual method.

  • Oof, told myself I'd wait till all the hullabaloo settles with the current crop of cards, but this is tempting…

  • +2

What’s the case dimensions? For the n5 case. Thanks

    • +2

      335x275x355mm :).

      • +1

And what are the numbers of I/O connectors does it have? (eg USB C or USB 3)?

        Thanks

  • +6

for comparison sake 4070ti super is probably a better card, and you had these deals last year that were cheaper then this and with 9800x3d.
crazy few months, new gpus out - prices go up instead of down, what a economy,

    • yep :(

    • I almost got cold feet and canceled my 9800x3d + 4070ti super order during the last deal, months before the 5000 release. I'm so glad I didn't, GPU prices make no sense right now due to offer/demand I guess.

      • +1

yeah I was waiting for new gpus this year and my computer craped on me, since i only play 1440 p thought fk it and jumped BF deal or something for 4070ti. in the low $2ks
now i dont have to worry for few years - this gen has been arse

    • +2

Linus Tech Tips was right to say "buy a 40 series now" before the 50 series launched.

      • +1

Only if you purchase some landfill from Lttstore.com with the money you saved. Lol

        • Hahaha never touching LTTstoredotcom.

  • +1

Great company, i bought my wifes 7800xt pc from them and it was immaculately put together. If my 4070 wasn't good enough for me I'd jump on this.

    • +1

      😁❤️

  • +1

Very interested in this deal, how do we gaurantee we get the black RAM rather than the white RAM? Also is it possible to add two fans to the top? Thankyou!

That is for the 8700F / 9070 XT deal :)

    • Email us on [email protected] and I'll make sure 100% it's the Predator black 32GB kit. For the fans they'll be a little bit more extra, we can also organise that.

    • Definitely do recommend the extra fans. My powerhouse nebula PC at home did need a couple of slim ones added to the top as there was just one exhaust fan at the back, but I was happy to add these myself at quite a small cost.

  • HLDING for 5090

  • Hi Rep,

Which of the above would you recommend for someone like me who will be playing games casually like MS Flight Simulator and FPS games but mainly to use for video editing and graphic design.?

    • +1

9700X rig to benefit from the faster processing speeds, you'll need it for your productivity use and FPS titles that might be more CPU demanding. MS Flight Simulator is mostly GPU intensive to my understanding, CPU shouldn't make a drastic difference. However, many FPS games are more CPU intensive to my knowledge. If you're on a tighter budget, the 8700F will also be fine for your use case.

      • Thanks for your quick reply rep.

  • nice deal, I agree this year pc is just more expensive overall, suddenly last year looked like a massive bargain but this is closest to a nice deal.
Just got one, hopefully it gets to me soon.

    • Thank you for your support ❤️. Yes, I wish it could be like last year, but this is the situation for all. As of today, it's the best deal we have for a mid to high end rig, and I think it will be for the foreseeable future.

  • @Nebula PC any 9070 non xt version for a good price

  • Purchased the 8700F / RX 9070 XT deal specced with Lian Li A3 case and 360mm CPU Cooler, looking forward to it arriving and having my first gaming pc in years! :)

  • No monster hunter with CPU?

  • Shifting from consoles and looking to get first gaming PC. Not fussed about 4K, ultra high fps/settings - just solid 60 fps on high at 1440p. Will the 8700F be sufficient? Mainly play games like Elden Ring and POE2.

  • I CAN FINALLY RETIRE MY 9 YEAR OLD GTX 1070!! Just made the purchase!

  • Hi Rep,

How long this deal last? I don't have enough disposable income this month.

  • Which case is recommended for maximum airflow and dust repellency? Looking at a 9800x3d but QLD weather makes airflow a premium.
