I have re-subbed for $2.49 to see if the free mini pops up
Will probably cancel before the next payment is due as I don't need extra storage.

So this means that everyone who is "getting" this offer is either paying Google a monthly fee for storage or is on a free offer for extra storage (more than 15GB)
It is only $2.50 a month. Well worth it for the storage space and intuitive platform.

I am Google one member from 15 June and can confirm nothing there :(
I messaged them, apparently the offer is rolling out from the 24 June through to 10 July, so it should come up sooner or later.
I'm hoping due to the fact I was a member prior to 17th June and am now a member again, that I will get the freebie mini, but we'll see, nothing there yet (just the $1.25 movie offer).

@WhatWhoWhyUsername: Yep, but you don't need the code. Just click through to the payment screen and a -$79 line item is applied.
@WhatWhoWhyUsername: I had to manually copy the code and paste it in the checkout page. It then changed the discount from $30 to $79.

yep you have to copy the code from the google one app before you click the redeem button ,
then click checkout (scary I know) . then enter the code in the promo code field before you enter your delivery details
Copy and paste the unique code generated and apply at checkout. I had the same initial result you did but it went to 0 after when I applied it at checkout.
