Leaptel's page is misleading. They asked "would you like to include a modem", then they gave two options: eero6+ or TP-Link :-(

But that's an optical fibre, isn't it? I guess it's not easy to move it around.

Samsung phones with Dex - yes. My old Huawei P30 Pro could also do that. But older/cheaper phones - I'm not sure.
