    • you are most definitely missing something.

Use the click and collect filter in the bottom left corner of the sidebar on the ebay listings page when you search for an item to see whether your item is part of this deal.

      • Even though I changed all my addresses to another state, it must be because I'm currently in W.A. Sure I can do a search for items that are 'click and collect' but the banner on the main website for this promo states "Go to http://www.ebay.com.au/rpp/clickandcollect for included listings".

What that pages shows is very limited. But I guess you guys are seeing something more.

Even in the terms it states "Go to www.ebay.com.au/rpp/clickandcollect for listings offering the "Click & Collect at Woolworths & BIG W" delivery option."

Must be a WA thing, even though I changed address to interstate.

        • +1

Can't be sure but i suspect that you should be able to see all the items and even order them if you are crazy enough to pick a click and collect location in another state. I still think you are not filtering the results properly.

you should be able to just go to ebay.com.au, search for anything using the search box at the top of the page (ie DON'T click the add to take you to the vouchers) and then apply the click and collect filter and that will show you what is available, even if you can't actually pick it up due to your location.

I agree the clarity of what is on offer isn't very well defined but i'm guessing that it's due to the wide variety of offers that ARE available to people who are able to take advantage of it in a supported click and collect area.

as an example if i search for "playstation" i get about 50000 listings, then when i apply the click and collect filter i get about 2900, i don't see why it isn't that simple for you??

        • @raydragon: Thanks for the replies mate. Turns out as I have family in the NT I used their address. As a result not many items are available to people in Darwin. Once I used a mates address in Sydney, everything works like it should.

Appreciate you getting back to me, on both counts.

  • Anyone? The above link only has a few hundred items (619 by my count) yet many people are talking about getting a voucher with purchases not listed under that link.

  • Any eBay resellers selling monitors with Click and Collect? The few that I checked seemed to have made anything as large as a monitor to not have that Woolworth/Big W option.

  • Any suggestion on Bose QC25?
Cheapest I found is $352, after voucher is $252
But I must use the voucher.
Is it better wait for better real discounted deal?

    • Yeah me too. I've seen the headphone at the $300 point in one of the infrequent specials.

    • I've been looking to buy them as well after a friend bought these brand new for $280 off Gumtree. This would have been the perfect opportunity to buy with the voucher, alas it doesn't apply to WA..

One user has offered to collect and send on purchases if you're not eligible: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/215981?page=1#comment-3132…

        • Ah yeah I remember seeing that offer. Although not sure exactly how it will work with regards to the voucher, as the order would need to be in their name for C&C and then I'm assuming the voucher is also account specific? Just not sure how it will all work that's all.

Edit: just read the comments from the previous deal, I see how it works now. Although I can see eBay doing something with this and saying the voucher isn't valid for me as I live in WA haha. Wonder how much the headphones would be to post?

        • Yeah, not sure about the voucher. Would suck if u couldnt use it then.

Post would be about $20 Inc insurance

  • does anyone know if the good guys price match will still stand when I buy something off their ebay store?

Doubt it. They claim that online store has to go through TGG HQ. Nothing to do with individual shops. You could try though. Ring up and ask.

This promo is very confusing. Are you sure it's not just those items included in this link http://www.ebay.com.au/rpp/clickandcollect . Says so in the t & C's.

EDIT: Got my response from Ebay Chat. Includes all items that can be collected from Big W and Woolies inc those found in that link.

    • +1

Thanks Rack. The online chat was a waste of time for me. It's good to have an answer.

    • Yeah it is a bit unusual. I ended up buying something from the good guys ebay store but it turned out it was a product that I could only pick it up from a Good Guys store and hence fell outside the scope of this promotion.

Got stung. There was nothing in the T&C about the items and I am new to the "click and collect". Bought stuff but turns out it has to be listed as Click and collect. So I lose.

Ahh, you should have read point #2 in the deal post. :)

      • Yeah, thought that would turn up at checkout.

  • Audioengine 2+ are tempting at $319. Just have to find something to use the $100 voucher on…

    • This is my current issue. I have something just over $200 I've wanted that could buy, but then I'd end up buying things I didn't originally want/need with the $100, so my ~33% discount is gone.

  • Any chance any one has come across an ebay listing of a recommended ROBOT VACUUM that can be collected from Big W and Woolies EBay click and collect.

I found with FREE Click & Collect at Woolworths & BIG W:

7 in 1 Vacuum Cleaner LED Robotic Automatic Recharge Floor Sweeper Mop Robot Red for $250
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/7-in-1-Vacuum-Cleaner-LED-Robotic…
but it is a no-name brand - so has no reputation I can look up

also Philips FC8802 Automatic Slim Robot Vacuum Cleaner Hard Floor Sweeper Cordless for $199.95
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Philips-FC8802-Automatic-Slim-Rob…
but reviews are a bit mixed and one reviewer says they bought it for only $129 on CotD anyway

Any ideas welcome. Thanks in advance.

  • So I bought LIVE 12 Months Gold Subscription Halo 5 Collectors Edition and a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership Subscription both are under games and not gift cards hopefully I get the voucher

  • +2

I'm bit confused, do we have to buy items listed under http://www.ebay.com.au/rpp/clickandcollect
Or any item that's offering click and collect from Woolworths/BigW would be eligible?

For example oo.com.au ebay store offers free click and collect from BigW/Woolies, however cannot find them (or their products) under http://www.ebay.com.au/rpp/clickandcollect

    Can somebody please advise?

    • As I understand it, any item with Woolies or BigW C&C (not the store's own C&C, like DSE or TGG) qualifies.

However at this moment I can't see any items with Woolies or BigW C&C now, even the front page advertised items don't show it on the item details (might be free postage, but that won't get the voucher). Don't know if the store(s) or eBay removed that collect option. So I was almost baited.

Edit: OK, I figured out what the problem was. I should put the item into the cart, then when checking out, select C&C as the delivery option. It doesn't appear to be written in the item details but you can still C&C nevertheless. Don't forget you have to use Paypal but this is forced when you select C&C.

  • So can we buy pre order items that are big w ,wollies click and collect ok!

    Looking at PS4 Starwars Battlefront

  • Need some help guys - I have tried to buy some stuff under the http://www.ebay.com.au/rpp/clickandcollect link but when I try and Buy it Now or Checkout, there is no option to click and collect. I have tried multiple different items under the click and collect banner as well as switching my registered Ebay address from NT to NSW and back again but there is still no option to Click & Collect at Woolworths & BIG W. What am I doing wrong? Thanks to anyone that can help me

    • 1 Item in cart, my not be C&C at woolies/Big W.
best to double check each item, in P&H tab

    • +2

*First of all log into your ebay account
.. when searching, make sure you have the side preference: Show only - Free Click & Collect

*Find items you want.. PS4 Controller $89, Dish Washing tablets $40, PS4 Star wars Battlefront $87 = $217 total
Click - Add to card "do not click buy"

*Once item is in you shopping cart you can go to where it states -

Standard (3-7 business days)v <—- looks like this here!
      Australia Post Parcel Post Parcel

and click on the little down arrow on the right hand side [v] <—- looks like this!

*Change to click and collect, select your local Big-W or Wollies and do this with all items in your cart

Now your done and can proceed to purchase.
Can only buy items that you can collect at Big-W or Wollworths.. no other click and collect stores like Masters, supercheapAuto, dicksmith ext

  • hey guys, Is buying from 2 different store is eligible ?
And there is no option to click and collect from BigW store for me too ( there is no small arrow to change the option in checkout either)

  • Bought a WD 4TB external hard drive from this deal. The item was was put in a box twice its size without any packing material so it had been flopping about all the way from Sydney to Melbourne. Not impressed.

It was to have been a gift and now I have to open it to check if it works and hope it won't fail prematurely. Now remind me, what is an external hard drive usually used for?

Picked up my parcel from Woolworth Newmarket and the parcel won't scan. It required a long call to eBay to get the parcel released.

This is a promotion deal gone wrong. My first and last purchase from futu_online.

    • Lazy packagers …
Usually these external hard drive boxes are well protected internally (should be fully enclosed with no space for movement)
So I guess just shake it and see if anything moves :)

  • I was expecting to be delivered my order at my local Woolies today, but I checked the status this afternoon, it says awaiting collection at local post office? Seems weird. Has anyone had any experience with that? Never used this click and collect before.

    • +2

Just wait until you get the notification that it's at Woolies, otherwise you'll waste a trip. It does take a bit longer than having it sent to your home because Wollies have to handle it, but then again you don't have to deal with carding posties.

      • +1

Yes. Last item took an extra 4 days, make sure you wait for the notification before picking up. As the above poster pointed out.

    • This has happened every time I have used C&C at BigW Macquarie Centre. The PO blames BigW, and BigW don't want to understand. I had to make a nuisance of myself to get my purchase from the PO this time. I made them ring the manager of BigW and get him to authorise me to pickup. The last time this happened, my purchase moved around Sydney for two weeks before BigW found it in the wrong office. If you wait for Woolies to go to the PO, you might wait forever. I blame eBay for not trying hard enough.

      • Maybe you should switch to the Woolies in the same centre. My friend had no problem collecting there.

        • Funny, Woolies at Macquarie Centre isn't listed as a C&C point.

        • @barryquinn: Ok, I must have misunderstood my friend and they nominated only one store in the centre for collection.

        • Don't be daft, that's impossible. Once ground up into a fine powder, there's no way the powder can reconstitute itself back into a baby.

  • Do you receive any confirmation email that you'll receive the voucher? Made a purchase of $260 from PLE. Two items both to be delivered via "click & collect" at Big W. I'm in QLD.

    • +3

      You don't receive any confirmation.
You just get the voucher credited to your account on the 1st November.

  • Hi Guys,

Has anyone received a tracking receipt from cashrewards.
I used the cashrewards website to log into ebay and am still waiting for an email.

    • Have yet to receive an email. I did my purchase on 21/10/15.
Might take a little while longer as their systems are likely being taxed from this promotion.

    • Nope, me neither (from purchases on 21st)

    • +1

      I bought $200+ on 20/10/2015 and got a tracking receipt on 22/10/2015.

    • Got the email confirmation from Cashrewards today :)

  • I've just found out the defective ebay system is refusing to accept click & collect on some listings that DO state click and collect on them!

    • I had this problem and it was because my default delivery address was set to my PO Box which had a post code which is a bit different to my home address. After changing it in my decaying address in my eBay account, then running through the process of finding my item on eBay and selecting clock and collect the issue was fixed.

      • That's weird. I did an order on my OH's account, some items went through ok, some didn't.

  • I cannot comprehend. Says delivered, but it's obviously not : http://i.imgur.com/Ttu0eYg.png

Had no problems with my first item though (ordered 2 items). Still wish I could head in while it's still the weekend =/

  • Can't find a decent size microwave for family, anyone happend to buy one willing to share the shop? Thanks in advance

    • +10

You might fit a baby, but not a whole family.

  • +1

There's a mark-up of something like $25-$35 on the items that I'm interested in, compared to offers from other sellers. I know it's a still a saving after the rebate but that requires you to spend it on ebay within a month but the sellers get immediate profit.

    • +1

As someone said earlier, APPARENTLY the voucher can be used for ANYTHING (?) - so if someone lists a gift card, you can buy that. Gift cards are virtually cash if you can find one for the right store you use regularly?

    Regarding this

"The $50 eBay voucher entitles you up to $50 off the total purchase price for one transaction on eBay.com.au. The $100 eBay voucher entitles you up to $100 off the total purchase price for one transaction on eBay.com.au."

If you find say- you can't find an item you want for $100 but maybe you find say 2x$50 games on ebay (even from different sellers, with buy it now) - could that work? or must it be same seller?

EDIT: I'd much prefer a gift card for groceries to be honest, that's "real money" to me :/

  • Hi, can someone please confirm, if I buy total of 3 things for C&C at WOW or BigW totaling $213, and I use a previous $50 eBay voucher and pay the rest with PayPal for $163, I'm eligible for the $100 voucher?

    • No, only $50

      • Pretty sure that counts as paying the full price because the voucher is your money.

    • yeah somewhere in this thread a guy said he has done it before and get the voucher

    • The total that counts is the final invoice amount. the $50 voucher works technically as a discount and is not included as value towards the total.

  • What is a good item for about $10? I am sitting at $190 and need $10 may be $20 more to get over the mark? Any suggestions? Must fall in the collect conditions!

  • +1

    I opened it 14 years ago……………

  • Good evening all.

I was hoping the community would be able to assist me with an issue I am having in being unable to select the "Click and Collect" option in the final stages of placing an order.

Specifically, as soon as I login to eBay I lose the above option. Prior to logging in, it is available, up until login. Have others experienced a similar issue?

I have attempted to Add to Cart multiple different items (including those suggested above by others where others were having an issue).

I have spent the better part of near 2 hours, on multiple machines and browsers. It appears replicatable and hence I believe it has something to do with my account.

I am located in Qld and hence should qualify.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
