I was getting more discount when I access via this url (https://shop.samsung.com/au/multistore/auepp/samsung_perks_a… ) compared to regular page https://shop.samsung.com/au/cart.

I have logged in using a regular email (not edu or EPP). Worth trying if you are yet to put an order

    • Need verification code to login to Samsung Perks portal

    • Seems Samsung EPP

Can you choose Parcel Locker as Delivery Address?

    • I don't see why not

Just posting again for visibility as it may help someone out:

I managed to get two S25 Ultras in one order with only one set of discount codes. I got one titanium black 512gb and one jetblack 512gb plus over $200 of accessories for a total $2,247.51 charge on my card (plus $2x60 trade-in fee later as I won't be trading in any phones).

Using the Samsung Store app with the EDU portal, I added the second phone (different colour, I believe this is important) to my cart with a trade-in selected, the GALAXY2025 voucher was then doubled in cart for some reason for a $400 discount (even though I only have one set of accesories totalling just over $200), and the $400 trade-in bonus code I got from the live chat was doubled again too for an $800 discount.
Order has gone through and the status now is 'awaiting dispatch'. I plan on selling the second phone to offset the costs of the first phone even more. Wondering if anyone else has done this as it feels a little bit sketchy, but all seems to be good!

On the previous page I wrote a full breakdown of the order costs as it shows in my confirmation email for anyone interested in grabbing two devices at the discounted price. Bargain deal!!

    • +3

Edit: another user and I just worked out the maths breakdown on the discounts for the two phones.

The 5% discount for first-time purchase on the app comes at the end after applying all other discounts. For me it works out like this.

      Accessories
      $18.52
      $18.52
      $170.43
      = $207.47

Phones (S25 Ultra 512GB, 20% off with EDU portal)
      $1,879.20
      $1,879.20
      = $ 3758.4

      Discounts
      Trade-in code -$400
      Trade-in code -$400
      Trade-in bonus -$150
      Trade-in bonus -$150
      $20 Boosted eVoucher - $100
      GALAXY2025 eVoucher -$200
      GALAXY2025 eVoucher -$200
      = -$1600

      $3758.4 + 207.47 = $3965.87
      $3965.87 - $1600 = $2365.87
      $2365.87 * 0.95 = $2247.57 = My order total.

Seems like the GALAXY2025 eVoucher being applied twice might be a bug, because I see no reason why it should be applied twice, but the order has gone through without issue and the status is now awaiting dispatch!

      • Did you have to provide two separate devices for trade in (even though you don't intend on sending it in) or are you able to use the same device? Thinking might be worthwhile to send in a broken device if it's to save on the $120 admin fee (2 x $60 for each phone)

        • I'm not sure if using the same device would work, didn't try. I used the IMEI for two seperate devices that I had lying around. I've heard others say that the admin fee might only be $30 for phones under $10 value. Hopefully this is the case.

          • @PimpButters: Thanks, if I decide to get two, will test it out, thank you.

          • @PimpButters: Ended up using two device IMEI and got almost the same price for two new phones (s25U 512GB) and similar priced accessories. Thank you so much for sharing this as I wouldn't have had the chance to get two phones for this great price otherwise.

      • +1

Thanks mate, worked perfectly. Got 2x S25U 512gb for me and wife for $2019.03 with some accessories with trade ins of our S20 and S21+

        • No worries! Great to hear that!

      • Damn. I only did 1 phone, but need to buy another for my friend however I can't as only have one EPP login.

      • I just tried this, my GALAXY2025 eVoucher only took -200, not -400 for both phones. Just realised this might be because the GALAXY2025 code has been reduced to 100$ not 200%$ maybe?

    • (different colour, I believe this is important)

Yeah, trade-ins can't be added if they're both the same colour. How annoying.

      • I think it might also work if they are different storage variants of the same colour but I haven't tested this.

  • Has anyone been already charged by the asurion for the trade value?

    • you mean the $1 ? Yes you need to place a deposit for the trade in value

depending on your trade in phone, gear and condition.

you cant proceed to purchase the phone without finalizing the trade in value .

      • I got charged for $185 which is the trade value of my current phone.

        • +2

That's normal since that same $185 was taken off your S25 order. They will release that back to you when you send in your working phone.

    • +2

      Normal

    • +2

      They xharge straightaway

  • Just want to ask i cancelled 2 of my items got confirmation for cancelling accessories but i havnt received refund yet anyone know whats going on?

    • Typically upto a week to process

    • Did you cancel during checkout or after?

    • They will refund after the phone is delivered.

  • When was the shipment date by the way? Early February?

    • +1

      from 13 Feb

      • Isn't it 6th Feb?

        • my order said 13th feb. But i ordered today.

maybe 6th feb for yesterday's orders.

          • @Sydney11: Was 6th so anything layer means they sold out of the initial allocation so they are doing well with sales.

  • thanks everyone, finally upgraded from my 6 year old note 10! remember doing this deal 6 years ago back in uni. only this time its even cheaper with all the codes stacked.

    • +2

One note for anyone who wants to cancel the "eco system" items. just click on the cancel order button (yes its safe) then it will let you select what you want to cancel.

I guess it wouldn't affect the discounts.

      • +1

I did that exactly and it was fine. However, it seems to only let you do that for earlier orders. It let me cancel my accessory from yesterday's order but not today's order.

  • Hi all, I missed out on the $20 for $100 eVoucher. Any option to still buy this? Have requested on the Megathread already.

    • there is a link somewhere in forum here. it take a few hours to come through

      • I tried but doesn't give the option to purchase as it's now the 24th I believe.

        • Ohhhh..thats something i am not sure of

        • Theres always a next time with these things. Its just a phone

          • @U30004: I am buying the phone for my wife so it's an easy saving of $80 😊

  • Anyone selling the $20 voucher pm me!

    • +1

      Ask Sam.

  • +1

If we don't send in the traded device, are we able to reuse the same IMEI again for future trade ins? I put in a trade for an old iPhone with my order this time and I remember already used it once before (back in 2022 for a S8 tab) just can't be sure now.

    • +2

You already have your answer if it let you put it in with your order already.

    • You can only use twice for the same IMEI number.

      • why twice? where does that come from?

  • I can only seem to get my order price down to $1,515, seems like most here are trading recent phones.

The prices of the S10 have gone from $90 down to $55.

I am only using the $400 trade in code along with my $20/100 voucher.
Rather than getting buds I just opted to put about 5 cases to allow me to utilise the GALAXY2025 voucher.

I dont have Edu or EPP or Gov solutions. Any ideas how to get this lower?

    • I found doing it on the desktop browser in the EPP store gave me an entirely different (bad) pricing compared to going through the Samsung Shop App (in EPP). Possibly it's the same issue?

      • Samsung Shop App gives extra 5% discount for first purchase, that's why it's cheaper.

    • what are you trying to buy? S25 Ultra 512GB?

    • Look at Westpac option as discussed here.

      • I was using the Shop App on my phone, buying the S25 Ultra 512GB, Cant use Westpac or other solutions except for the Web store via Browser or the Shop App on my phone.

Also had another $200 voucher from the Members App but that seems to be inoperative now.

        • +1

What does you $400 code start with? CSP?

    • Maybe JB hi-fi is has a better for you.

  • Can I just put in a random device to trade in (and not send through) or does it require you to put in an IMEI?

    • Yes

    • Last night, they wanted me to put in the IMEI.

Today, only selected phone and was never asked for IMEI, and trade in values seem lower today.

  • After reading the comments on this thread, I'm a little freaked out by how difficult Asurion seem to be to deal with. Although I have already entered in my IMEI of my s22 ultra to trade in w Asurion- there's nothing stopping me from turning around and sending it to Mobile Monster right? (I just lose the security deposit ($340 + $60), right?)

    • +1

That's my understanding, yes. FWIW I recently dealt with Asurion several months ago when I got a z fold6…traded in my ZF2 with no issues. Made sure to take plenty of photos/videos as evidence of my phone condition, but didn't really need them because it all worked out no issues.

    • +1

You only lose $60. You paid $340 less for the new phone. If you don't send the trade-in phone, you have to pay back that $340.

  • https://imgur.com/a/M7Ereza can help.me guys to make a better deal?

    • use Samsung shop app for additional 5% off first purchase

      • This is samsung shop app. How do I know if I got tue 5% discount? Thanks mate.

        • Your cart already has 5% app discount of $91.37 applied.

Don't you have access to EDU or EPP store?

          • @ozzbargainer: How to get access? I got an .gov email I can use if needed.

              • @ozzbargainer: Do I get more discount in check out using gov account?

                • +1

@buybuylah: yes, that's what this deal is about.

                  EPP/EDU have
                  20% off on S25 Ultra
                  40% off on Buds3 Pro
                  Bonus $150 trade-in discount that's automatically added
Bonus $400 trade-in discount with coupon that you already have
$200 discount with GALAXY2025 for accessories
5% app discount for .gov EPP (select Australian Government Store in the bottom of the app in Account tab)

Your order would come down to $1204.22 if you do correctly

                  • +1

@ozzbargainer: Will do my best to do this. Thanks mate! Very helpful

                    • @buybuylah: Got it for 1200$ s25 ultra 256gig. With case, screen protect and buds pro3. Thinking if I should cancel the buds pro or keep it. Godbless you mate!

    • Cant see $150 trade in bonus. Is it even applied?

      • Where can I get the code for that? I try to trade in my s10+ but only got 1$

        • +2

It's automatically applied. Look at the price of the phone. It's $100 for other models or $150 for Ultra.

  • Awsome , thanks OP , Got Ulta 1TB for 1110.74

    • How you got foe 1110.74

      • 20 % off epp, then trade in bonus of $150, $400 off the code and $280 for my trade in value and 5% off the 1st time purchase

    • that is such an amazing deal. What accesories did you pick? I can only bring it down to 1463 max.

  • +2

Don't understand why people say the offers this year aren't as good as last year. Spent $1,210.57 last year on S24 Ultra (256GB) with accesories trading in $1 phone.

This year trading that phone in using EDU portal for:
    Galaxy S25 Ultra (256GB)
    Galaxy S25 Ultra Anti-reflecting Film
Clear Magnet Case for Galaxy S25 Ultra
    Galaxy Buds3 Pro

    $740 Trade-In (S24 Ultra 256GB)
    $100 Galaxy eVoucher+
    $200 eVoucher
    $150 Trade-In bonus
    $400 Trade-In bonus
    = $1,590

    S25 Ultra 256GB = $1,719.20 - $1,590 = $129.20
    Galaxy S25 Ultra Anti-reflecting Film = $19.50
Clear Magnet Case for Galaxy S25 Ultra = $27.50
    Galaxy Buds3 Pro = $239.40

    Subtotal: $415.60
After cancelling Buds3 Pro invoice shows:

    Grand Total: $176.20

The S25+ and S25 seem a lot stronger this year compared to last years now that they have Snapdragon. The only thing stopping me from S25+ was 0.2 inches of screen and it doesnt have the anti-reflective coating. The only problem I had with S24 Ultra was the mediocre performance. In games, noticeable stuttering and frame drops that shouldn't exist on a ~$2000 RRP phone. The iPhone 15 Pro/Max really dominated in that regard. Maybe most don't care but that's one of the best reasons to get a new phone I think and this new CPU seems super promising based on results from other phones using the same chip.

    • How good is that anti reflective coating on the ultra? Like it on the tvs, curious about the phone

      • I gotta say it's awesome. I then promptly covered it up for 11.5 months of the last year with a super reflective screen cover.

        • Ha ok

          • @buyerbee: Want to get full trade-in value to get the S25U, by avoiding any scratches!

        • Better get the anti-reflective screen guards this year! ;)

  • +1

Option to cancel partial item from the order is now unavailable. Whole order can only be cancelled.

    • I just cancelled my buds 3 and keep the phone and the case. Got $170 refund
