    I replaced the S25U with regular S25 in the cart and now the $150 trade-in and $400 coupons are gone and when I re-add it, it says it's already been used in another order! But I never checked out! Any idea how to fix this?

      I had similar, so I emptied my entire cart, closed out and went back in which seemed to fix it.

      Add the s25u again and you can probaby see the voucher auto applied. Cancel the voucher or you can wait few hours until the cart resets.

      Also fyi, the $150 is $100, and $400 is $300, if you're not buying the Ultra. Just so you don't get confused trying to find it.

      Definitely. It’s either you want a small phone or a big phone. Wouldnt even consider the plus if i was looking to get a bigger phone. With the extra discounts on getting the ultra, it’s a no brainer.

      I went with the base model this year as this is just a spare phone for me and i had to return my flip 6 for faults. Otherwise, ultra is the way to go for me if it was my main phone. Better display, better cameras, better battery, better charging, better durability, better resale value etc for minimal price difference to plus.

    The Samsung Shop app seems to force me to use my default phone Samsung account and not my separate .edu account - Any way to get around this?
    I can't seem to add it as another account and I tried to load the app on Bluestacks but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks

      You can try using the Secure Folder feature if you have access to that and that will let you use a different account rather than having to sign out of your Samsung account in your phone's settings. I was running into the same issue and this worked for me.

      Thanks for all the help - I ended up discovering the app also works on iPad so doing it that way. Signing out of my Samsung account on my phone settings would wipe things so that wasn't ideal. Secure Folder was a good option too, missed that one!

            @OZcheepsk8: Oh ok, it would only let me cancel 1 accessory as I only had 2. So makes sense that I needed to keep one accessory in order.

            Have you received the refund?

            I paid with Paypal and it said "Paid by PayPal", but no refund via PayPal yet, and not sure when/if the refund will happen. Usually when I receive a refund via PayPal, it's pretty much immediate.

                @OZcheepsk8: Bought another phone today and it does not allow the new oder to cancel any accessories. They've changed the invoice so that it cancels the whole order. Yet it let me cancel yesterday's order's accessory. :(

    Went for the S25 Ultra 512gb in the jade green

    I thought i was stuck having to purchase via the regular store (no EPP or EDU account), until someone mentioned Westpac.

    Went through the Westpac Rewards link to Samsung (EPP pricing), i have a Westpac Choice (normal) debit account and a Low Rate Mastercard (basic Credit Card). I went via the Westpac app on my phone which sent me EPP side through the phone web browser (chrome).

    If your phone is linked to your Samsung account it makes the login part easier.

    Best to sort out your trade IDs first before doing your purchase, this locked my CC out of $460 worth of trade-in (for reference, S22U [365] and Note10+ [95]). I think getting stuck doing the Asurion stuff mid-purchase dropped the Westpac Offer link off the browser referral, causing me to restart the order.

    S25Ultra 512gb = $540.74

    some how they took my money but didn't create the order. Spent more than haft an hour with chat support, only to be told that it will be canceled in 7 days and I should make an other order. Then the chat box crashed and I had to contact support again. And start from the beginning again, for another 40 mins to get to the previous questions. And an other hour to get the questions answered. Now I have to wait for 1 day so the vouchers can (hopefully) be used again.

      Ok, I still wouldn't pay retail, but I'll put more value in other simpler deals that don't require voucher stacking

    tried support, they said they cancelled it yesterday, but nothing really changed. contacted today and they are pushing now that it's impossible.

    oh well, marketplace or return it will be then.

      Same. Ordered it from the EPP portal and errored out when I tried to cancel myself. Spoke to the support and they said you cant since the voucher has been applied. So either is a full cancellation or not.

        the bastards. there's probably some bug preventing ppl from cancelling in certain situations. oh well I think I could even keep them, will check the reviews. after all, if I don't send the trade in watch, and sell my current phone, I'll get back more than I paid anyway.

    Im trying to use myunidays 20% discount but i cant get the additional 5% from 1st purchase because i cant access the app with the discount….

    Once i click to shop now, it takes me to samsung webpage and not the app…

    Any work around this?

      There would be an option in the App menu to change the store to education store. Try that and App will then load education store.

          Unfortunately, you need an edu email account to use the education store in the Samsung shop app for the 5% off, even with myunidays, because it requires a 6 digit code sent to the edu email to log in the Education store in the Samsung Shop app.

      Both silver and white seem to be out of stock at the moment. Silver says "notify when back in stock", white doesn't but errors when you try.

      The preorder is for phones being sent out 6th Feb and they can only manufacture so many before the release date. They could add more stock if australia gets allocated more phones or they may change the ship date so it wont be here by official release.

      Update: ordered the S25 256GB Blueblack this morning, thanks to Samsung surprisingly holding it in my cart since yesterday!

    I tried Westpac and I am getting $1329.20 price for 512GB.
    Could someone please let me know what I am doing wrong, I can't bring down the price like other people have mentioned.
    It's showing $150 trade in bonus + $400 trade in voucher. But no other discount.

    GALAXY2025 is a separate voucher for accessories, that I am aware of. But how to bring down the cost from $1329.20?

      Add two accessories to the order totalling close to $200 - one cheap as possible, one expensive - add the voucher (voucher will apply to the handset cost itself) - place the order - cancel the expensive accessory from the order

    I am at checkout after adding a trade-in for a "Galaxy Watch 4 Classic Bluetooth" as it is one of the lowest value devices ($10) on the advice of others in this thread. I don't have one of these devices and obviously won't be sending it in but it is asking me to enter the watch serial number. Obviously I don't have this. Any ideas what to do?

      Put the phone you are currently using as the trade in and say it is damaged. It will change value to $1 and dont send it back and cop the $60 fee.

    I regretfully did not add the screen protector and case to my order yesterday so purchasing it now but there is a $20 difference between the app and the wesbite.

      I got my code (starting with CSP….) from within the "Samsung Members" app from the Android app store. When you open it there is a banner at the top. Scroll left/right until you see either the S25 or the S25 Ultra (depending which you want to buy) and click it and then ckicm "View Voucher". Copy/paste the voucher code.
