Odd, tried using it on a few different items and wouldn't work for me, wonder if they have pulled it again.

All base and bonus tracked correctly. Base cash back tracked for each item, while bonus was lump sum for each order.

I think they split them, that's what happened to my first order. Only normal has tracked atm though.
