      • Thank you, however I haven't been asked any questions!

        • keep checking out!
          u can't miss it

        • It doesn't ask at the beginning when you pick your phone, it's during the checkout where you provide ID and IMEI information.

        • Just continue and proceed. It wont allow you buy the phone without finalizing your Trade in value. It will refresh your Invoice with the new trade in value after it asked you questions, paid a deposit of the trade-in value to Asurion, photo id, address, phone number, received SMS and email from Asurion, IMEI, etc…

there is a whole bunch of stuff they will ask from you before allowing you to check out and pay for the phone.

    • check dm

The message shows $150 trade-in applied but I cannot see it applied in the cart. Do we see -$150 similar to -$200 in the cart?
    Am I missing something ?

  • +1

If anyone finds a way to cancel buds, without being prompted to cancel the entire order please.

    • Did you cancel just now, i have 3 accessories, however cant cancel. I placed an order in last 45 minutes.

      • I don't believe that the item can be cancelled individually anymore. Check my comment below.

      • can show screenshots whats the issue?

        • My comment below:
"I have just checked my order. When I clicked the "Cancel Order" button, I can no longer to see an individual item option. Instead it's a whole order. I also couldn't cancel my buds previously before Samsung changed it's system."

I believe that you can even click "Cancel Order" in your order and you will know my meaning. Please note that it's safe to check as you still need to confirm the cancellation by selecting a reason.

            https://imgur.com/a/bbmUgsI

I managed to cancel the earbuds.

            • @Sydney11: You cancelled before but not now.

              • @HappyBargainer: Literally 5 minutes ago, I couldn't cancel the order at all (the button caused an error) however the 'cancel order' button was available on my mobile device (the status had also updated to 'Order Accepted').

I tested it out and it cancelled my entire order. I was not presented with an option to cancel individual items.

                • @dubo1981: Yeah. This is I was referring to in my comments.

                  • @HappyBargainer: I seem to remember this issue last year with the S24's. The cancel option for individual items was only available at a certain stage of the order - however I can't remember if it was order received, order accepted, or awaiting dispatch.

                    • @dubo1981: Yes. I remember it as well. Anyway, I wasn't able to cancel any item since the order was placed yesterday.

                      • @HappyBargainer: They changed the system a bit. U need to leave min 1 accessory now. So if u order only buds3 pro, u can’t cancel. If u order 2 accessories (or more), then u can cancel 1 (or more), but still need to leave 1 accessory at the end

      • I think I cancelled about 23 hours ago. Maybe they patched it since then?

        • You must jave more than 1 accessry in your order…!!!! Thats why you were able to cancel. I only have a phone and buds 3 pro, and when I select buds 3 pro it automatically selects the phone as well.

      • oh yes this is the 256 GB, sorry.

    • Hey mate
Can I ask how your getting 824.79 for the phone?
I'd doing a $1 trade in and staked all the codes and not getting close to that.
Using both edu and the westpac portal
      Thanks

    • did you apply the $400 trade in bonus ?

      • Do you mean the code from the Samsung Members app?

        • +1

yes. ah i see its $300 in your situation. because S25 not ultra.

      • Its $300 for S25, $400 for Ultra.

    • Isn't there a $150 trade in bonus as well?

Also how did you get the $300 trade in bonus?

      • +1

I think I did get the extra $150 off going through the Education Store yeah

Download Samsung Members app and go to 'Benefits' and download your voucher code

        • Was planning to do the same order through the edu store. So you didn't need to contact live chat to get a code for the trade in bonus?

          • +1

@rlytoasti: Nah didn't talk to anyone on live chat, just that code on the Members app

  • +1

I have just checked my order. When I clicked the "Cancel Order" button, I can no longer to see an individual item option. Instead it's a whole order. I also couldn't cancel my buds previously before Samsung changed it's system.

    • Same here hahaha. Long time no see

      • Mate!!! We are here again. It's time to utilise your expertise.

    • +2

Same. called them as well and they said this was done on purpose to recticy a glitch in their system i "wonder" why

      • +1

:). Please rectify this system issue.

    • I couldn't cancel the order at all (the button caused an error) however the 'cancel order' button was available on my mobile device (the status had also updated to 'Order Accepted').

I tested it out and it cancelled my entire order. I was not presented with an option to cancel individual items.

      • so ir order is cancelled?

        • Yep. Probably not the smartest thing in the world to do. Have to see what happens from here.

          • @dubo1981: Will be interested to know if it's any different when the order status is at "awaiting dispatch".

  • Using the education store in the app, and the S25 shows at $1279 until I apply a trade in, at which point it suddenly shows a base price of $1599, weird…

    • +1

      Yes its confusion I know.

The $1,599 is the RRP. $1,599 is the same RRP for Samsung store.
The $1,279 is the Education Store price after 20% discount. $1,599-$1,279 = $320 which is equivalent to the 20% Education discount.

The invoice reverts back to the $1,599 RRP (as the starting base), it will reduce to a new lower amount

There will be also be an entry called "Additional Savings" …this will continue to increase. The $320 is here. The additional savings can increase to over $1500++ for Ultra.

when you net it $1,599 - additional savings = it will give you the true price after discounts/ vouchers/ promo etc…

  • -1

    Looking for$20 voucher code
Please let me know if anyone have

  • -6

My partner is wondering if she can use GALAXY2025 and also buy the $20 eVoucher if she hadn't done anything until now?

    • +1

Regarding the GALAXY2025, yes its still available

It's important to note it can be use for accessories. You need to bundle it with other items. When you apply the code, if it cant apply, it should prompt an error with some explanations on how to apply it.

Here is some of the write up of the pre-order for GALAXY2025. $200 value quoted is based on a $100 eVoucher via generic voucher code that will double in value to $200 from 23rd January 2025 5:00AM AEDT until 26th January 2025 4:59AM AEDT. From 26th January 2025 5:00AM AEDT, the value of the eVoucher will revert to its original value of $100 and will be valid until 13th February 2025 11:59PM AEDT. eVoucher must be redeemed in the same transaction as the purchase of a smartphone device from the Galaxy smartphone series unveiled at the 2025 Samsung Australia Unpacked event (23rd January 2025 5:00AM AEDT) and only on the Samsung Online Store. Any remaining portion of the eVouchers will be forfeited. Offer subject to Terms & Conditions of Sale.

You're right, it worked, thanks heaps

  • +3

The cancel seems to be unavailable. Checked phone and browser and have 3 items

edit: seems the site is now completely fked, can't even cancel entire order. An exclamation mark appears with no words.

    • I can confirm I had the same issue as you on the desktop browser, but the 'cancel order' button was available on my mobile device (the status had also updated to 'Order Accepted').

I tested it out and it cancelled my entire order. I was not presented with an option to cancel individual items.

      • I've tried on multiple browsers on mobile but still get the error.

      • Why would you cancel?

        • -2

Honestly I'm 50/50 whether to buy anyways. I like the S24U and I'm going away over the Asurion return period, so it's a bit of a hassle to deal with the trade in.

If I could have cancelled the Buds, the offer was too good for me to resist considering the value for trading in again in 12 months time.

  • Looking to buy the $100 eVoucher, will transfer $20, please let me know if you have a code :)

  • +1

    I snagged S25 256GB for $59.20 from the EPP store + 2-year SamsungCare+ for $124.50.

Here are the discounts/codes that applied:
    $100 Galaxy eVoucher+
    $100 Trade-In bonus
    $300 Trade-In/Loyalty bonus
    $560 Trade-in for s23 Ultra 256GB

I admit that Samsung's discounts work in mysterious ways.

    • +1

      wow why did u downgrade?

      • With 2 years of use, I found Ultra to be overkill for my needs.

I was sold on the S24's form factor and compactness but decided to wait as it only came with the Exynos variant here.

S25's move to Snapdragon and that price ($59.20) was enough to sway me over.

        • -1

If you bought yesterday, i think the trade value was higher.

        • S25 line up would be all fine, but if you use your camera a lot the Ultra would be better option. I was on the same situation like you where I got S22 Ultra but the form factor is just too big for me, so I downgrade to regular S23. I noticed back then my S22 Ultra camera is just better despite S23 being newer generation.

    • Not sure if be doing that trade. S23 Ultra is a way better phone.

  • My order has a status Awaiting dispatch, but I am unable to see the cancel button, does anyone know how I can cancel my order? I forgot to get this s25 512Gb from the epp store hence wants to cancel and reorder.. Thanks..
    My order has a $1 trade in s25 512gb and a bud3 Pro.

    • Won't you lose your $400 code if you cancel though?

      • previously, the code became active again after you cancel. Cant remember how long it takes though

      • +1

you can get another new code, but needs a Samsung sales agent over the phone or live chat to generate it. That will not be an issue. Just say you want to re-order and need a new $400 CSP code.

    • Once you figure it out, can you let us know if you get the option to cancel individual items or if it cancels the entire order. Cheers.

    • +1

If you would to like to cancel the whole order, you can chat or call Samsung as well. Just ask them the $400 trade in voucher code. Other codes should all work after the cancellation. Some users have done it before.

    Anti-reflecting film: $18.52

    Total: 1,171.44

    • is that from the epp store?

    • When did you cancel it? I don't have cancel button, I submitted my order 15 mins ago. It is now in order accepted stage. But I was refreshing it from order received stage and no cancel option

      • Looks like yesterday unless they put in another order

        • Thanks mate

    • +1

Yep, could you confirm date/time when you cancelled buds? Plus confirm at what stage of the order it was (order received, order accepted, awaiting dispatch).

      • I cancelled my earbuds about 3pm AEST 24/01. After I received the order email, about 5 minutes I cancelled it. I dont remember which stage.

      • I canceled the buds3 pro this morning after 8:00, the order was awaiting dispatch.

        • You must have more than 1 accessry in your order. Ghats why you were able to cancel.

          • @OZBsince2018: I ordered a screen protector and Buds 3 Pro yesterday afternoon, just like in my first order. Now that they've fixed the loophole, I'm unable to cancel individual items from the order.

            • @jimojr: All good mate. We can always return the accessries once the order is delivered

            • @jimojr: most likely you could sell the buds 3 pro for $250 on the market anyway. So apart from the hassle, you might be better off just not cancel it.

              • @fadingcolor: they fixed and we can't cancel one item anymore. can only cancel the whole order :(

  • +2

FYI for what it's worth (before I cancelled order) I was trading in an S24U 256gb and had two options for the cart:

    S25U 256GB
    2x Screen Protectors
    1x Buds 3
Price: $348 (was hoping to cancel the buds to reduce to $168)

    S25U 512GB
    2x Screen Protectors
    1x Buds 3
Price: $508 (was hoping to cancel the buds to reduce to $328)

    Configuration was:
    Edu Store via Shop App
    GALAXY2025 Code
    $20 to $100 Voucher
    $400 Voucher

    • why did you need two buds? I saw someone else being able to apply GALAXY2025 twice (same, like you two phones) but only had to get >$200 accessories instead of $400. Effectively the second GALAXY2025 of $200 went direct as discount to the phones. You can read more on Page 24.

he was also able to use $400 trade in bonus vouchers twice. 5% for the first purchase via Shop app for the whole invoice. And Edu store 20% for everything. Like you he had only one $100 evoucher code which he bought for $20.

      • This wasn't two separate orders.

These were the two configurations I was looking at purchasing. I pulled the trigger on the 512GB one - but cancelled 5 minutes later.

      • Sounds about right:

  • Any way to add $100 discount for the s25 purchase?
I had two email so got the 300 coupon for it but didn't buy the 100 for 20 code.
Is there any other coupon to get a $100 discount?

    • +1

No. Nobody seems to have gotten $100 loyalty voucher this time.

      • You can only stack 3x discount codes this year, so you'd need one that's better than the 'worst' one currently - which is the $20 for $100 voucher.

    • Which $100 discount? you mean this Bonus Trade-in $100? if yes, this is automatically applied. It should be in the additional savings.

      https://imgur.com/a/D634AFp

      • I mean the extra one.
My wife also wants to get a phone but I have already bought S25 ultra.
Tried to use the code again for s25 only but the voucher don't work ..
