        I'm also only getting the option to cancel the whole order as soon I click on cancel order.

    • i think you have to follow the correct sequence.

      Phone + first accessory = cannot cancel
      the other accessories 2nd, 3rd etc… I managed to cancel

      Usually the 2nd accessory is the expensive one like earbuds
      the first accessory which you cannot cancel, its usually cheap or something you want.

  • Can I get this delivered to my local post office? Ive never got anything sent to the posties but my local areas not that safe for home deliveries, especially since I'm going to be at work. I know that on the Samsung website it says:

    "Samsung is not able to delivery to a PO Box, however we are able to deliver small items to Australia Post Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect Locations across Australia."

    Does this mean they'll be able to deliver to my local post office? Thanks.

    • I think they say if it can't be signed for it will be taken to your local PO anyways so all g

    • Samsung order previously left it at the post office if no one at home, in addition to emails and text notifying of shipping progress. That was star track from memory but I got texts and emails from Samsung

    • Pretty sure you need to sign for it and they dont leave it if nobody is home so will end up at post office. They used startrack previously.

      • I'm keeping my S23 Ultra. Have been very happy with it.
        I thought he favours S25 U but says only upgrade if you can afford it. Even if you can afford it, I feel it's a bit nuts to upgrade an excellent and perfectly working phone.
        Have bought 2 but it's for my kids to upgrade their phones.

      For me $977

      if you minus the cancel of earbuds $977-$170=$807

      if you add the Asurion late/admin fees for not sending the phone (idk some ppl say $60, others dispute the amount, i will put $60 as an example), $20 evoucher cost, $1 deposit = $807+60+20+1

      =$888

      If you intend to claim back GST, I "think" its $91.. excluding the earbuds, since that portion was returned.

      =$888 - $91

      = $797 S25 Ultra 512G

        • you mean $977 ? Is it not very low, I think its pretty standard. And my trade in value was only $1. Others would who are trading in a higher value phone could get it even lower…

      • Your calculation seems incorrect. I ordered from EPP store where I also got the same discounts as you mentioned below.

        Your phone although is $977 but the earbuds are separate, so total cost of your invoice would be higher. So when you refund it, it will refund the earbuds part.

        For example:

        Galaxy S25 Ultra Anti-reflecting Film $18.53
        Clear Magnet Case for Galaxy S25 Ultra $26.13
        Galaxy S25 Ultra 512GB $976.79
        Trade-In -$1.00
        Galaxy Buds $170.42
        Total $1,191.87

        So if you remove the galaxy buds, that does not decrease the price of your phone any more from $976.79. GST refund you can still do via TRS

  • Does anyone have a working way to get around IMEI's for the trade ins. I'm trying to use "PimpButters" method of buying two at once but cant pass the IMEI's. Have tried finding random IMEI's and generators (althougth they seem to be fake) online for Galaxy S8, Galaxy Watch 4 and Apple Ipad 4th gen WIFI

    Mr cart reads $2048 with buds pro 3 and 2x $18.52 cases

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  • been 24 hours after i put my order but still haven't gotten any confirmation email about it. but it shows in 'my oders' tab in my account. is this normal?

    • Doesn't seem normal to me. I purchased mine last night. I received the confirmation email in a few minutes.

      Edit: May be Get in touch with them. They're quite helpful.

      • I bought today and its been 3 hours and did not get the email. I have spoken to customer care and they advised sometime it takes 24 hours to accept the order due to payment check.

    • Have you checked your spam folder maybe? I received my confirmation not long after my order was submitted yesterday around 5.30pm, and so was my friend this afternoon.

      • Yes checked the spam. My friend placed order yesterday and he got the email on the same time hence, I just ordered today amd did not get yet.

      • I have spoken to bank they said money relases, Samsung said they did not get the money.
        Samsung advised me that I should request my bank to cancel my order in which I will loose the benefits which I used.

    Just a wild thought, if you do not return your trade in device, apart from the deducting the amount on hold and the admin fee, samsung would not go ahead and charge back for the discounts?

    • They charge like $30 or $60 if I remember correctly.

          There's no precedent of them ever doing that if it helps. This method has existed for years.

  • Did any of you managed to cancel buds 3 pro from your order? I reached out through chat support and here is what they said

    "I do understand that. As much as we love to cancel the earbuds we are afraid to do so since there is an ongoing promotion cancellations are disabled for now so that it won't affect you discounts"

    • If you only ordered 1 accessory, you cant cancel it.

      • I ordered a case as first option and buds 3 pro as second and still couldn't cancel. Got the contact support error. I only tried on the APP since the browser only has the option to cancel entire order.

    I got my S25 Ultra at the official Samsung online store at 1,566.55. Here's a breakdown of how I achieved this price point. ( NON TRADE-IN Option)

    1. Use Samsung app to purchase- Additional 5% discount (auto applied)
    2. Purchase $20 Evoucher valued at $100 if used for Pre-Order Devices.
    3. Use GALAXY2025 Code (Worth 200$)- For this to work, it's required to purchase an ecosystem device valued more than 200$
    4. I Spoke to the chat agent because I didn't receive my Evoucher code. He sorted out the issue and gave me another $200 code.

    Total: 2149-100-200-200-5%= $1566.55

      I think you paid about $500 more than you should have.
      I got my Ultra 512 for circa $1250

  • Help me guyz. 2 question. 1) what if i select trade in when i buy and not send my phone for trade 2) how to get the benefit with galaxy2025 code worth of 200$.

    • 1) You get charged a non-return fee of $60 and also lose your trade-in phone value (so probably pick the cheapest phone).
      2) You need to add accessories totalling $200 or more. If you want to cancel like others, other say a case/screen protector and earbuds, then later cancel them. Check comments, there have been many posts.

    • For the GALAXY2025 code, you need to add some accessories valued at $200 or more. Charger, Case, Earbuds etc..

      Some people try to cancel one of their accessory (usually the more expensive one) to get a refund. But you need to do it in the right sequence.

      Phone + 1st Accessory (together this is a bundle). Accessory 1 is either a cheap one or something you want

      • 2nd Accessory, this is usually the expensive one or the one you want to cancel to get refund. Like an Earbud etc… you just need it to get over $200 to be able to use the code GALAXY2025.

      Several people have written and shared their experience about cancelling part of the accessories.

        • What is the value of this discount code ? This seems to be an agent specific code…generated by the agent. Usually the agent will let you know or email you telling you what you can use it for, how to use it, terms and conditions.

          You can contact any agent again when you get a chance, they will be able to advise you. They can figure out which agent generate that code…wat it can be used for… here is an example:

  • i'm trading in my flip4. It has air bubbles under the screen protector in the crease area. Would that be reason for trade-in rejection even though there is no problem with the screen. Anybody had any issues with similar trade in?

  • Conflicting reports in this thread, can someone confirm, can you cancel the accessories after placing the order anymore? Doesn't seem like you can and just have to wait for it to be delivered?

    • i ordered about an hour ago, got the confirm email, but all i get is the order cancelled by end user option i did the phone first with a case, then the cover, then the buds last, but yeah doesnt give me any other option maybe when it changes to awaiting dispatch? but yeah ill return the buds once i get them if i cant cancel

        I managed to cancel the earbuds. I also get an email confirming the cancellation of the earbuds.

        from my recollection, i didnt wait… I think i did it right after I received the Order/Invoice via email, confirming my order, and within 5 minutes I cancelled the Earbuds.

        • Try to use a PC browser to see if there is any difference.

          • @Jeeyang: I think the website got smarter but not smart enough for ozbargainers.

            It will link 1 of the accessories to the phone. So if your order only has 2 items e.g. 1 buds + 1 phone then the cancellation tick box is linked.

            Where as if you choose multiple accessories with your phone, you can cancel some of them but there will always be 1 accessory linked which you cant cancel without cancelling the phone.

  • How do you specify the quality of the trade in device? It defaults to 'good quality' and I can't see a way to change this

    • I believe it depends on the answers you pick for the various questions regarding the phone.
