    I suspect failures are random. I initially bought 1 x $100 (using CBA) without issue. I tried again and failed (for 2 x $50) at the Verification process. I also test using different card (Ubank) and different emails multiple times. All failed. I did also retry another $100 card to no avail.
    I then tried checkout again on the 2 x $50 as still had webpage open and it went through….no rhyme or reason that I could think of. Weird.

    Tried on phone wifi and mobile data - nab card, failed. Called bank they said they aren’t blocking any transactions. Used iPad and hotspot from mobile data- used Firefox, used a different email address and Amex card. It finally worked. Gluck to those still trying. Vouchers also delivered within few mins of tax invoice.

      Thank God for interns. I just got couple of gift cards at 12.30am AEDT via OZB app on my phone. Paid with ColesMC. Received the codes within a couple of minutes and loaded it to Amazon without any issues. Might get more if it's still around tomorrow.

    Anyone receive this - Transaction failed, please contact customer service.

    • Use your mobile data instead of wifi
    • For iPhone users if you have private relay turned on, turn it off
    • Close the current tab and place the order again in a new tab

    this should fix any card issues.

    seeing so many posts saying it doesn't work for their cc, i just did $2,500 (for $2,250) just for the laughs and it went through on my Amex Velocity first time, without a hitch lol.

    This is just on my laptop/PC with Chrome.

    i buy heaps of stuff of amazon all the time (i have 8 grocery items on subscribe and save), so no issues spending 2.5k in the next 2-3 months i reckon.

    FYI if you’re with BankWest they’ll decline this and temporarily block your card 😄 You’ll need to call them to unblock it and have this merchant whitelisted, and confirm you aren’t being gift card scammed.

      With CBA, I got an instant SMS asking if it was me making the purchase (as had already made a few). I only had to reply "YES" and block instantly removed. Good to see they check and no need to call them. Must be a automated thing.

          I buy 95% of my online purchases from Amazon. For the things I normally buy they are cheaper and they undercut the competition. Laptops would always be cheaper through a brick-and-mortar store from my experience. Same as bulky stuff like TVs. There is a reason Amazon is the largest ecommerce site in the world.
