  • Hmm where does it say on all categories? Seems most categories are back to 0% standard cashback, which means the bonus wouldn't be eligible either?

    • Yeah it's weird. Usually they say 0% categories excluded. This time they don't say it. Waiting for a confirmation from someone.

Edit: seems like all items are valid

      • Thanks for the update OP! :)

    • Most categories are now 0.5%!

      • Placed my order shortly before midnight, @gotyourback can you please confirm whether that counts? Otherwise I can cancel and replace my order. Thanks!

  • Can we use Amazon gift card balance to pay and still be eligible?

    • Westpac card offer

    • +2

Only if you still charge a portion to your westpac card.

      • +1

does cashback only work on portion paid by the westpac card? Or the whole transaction like ebay does?

  • Will new subscribe and save items count?

    • Yes, first S&S (or new)

      • What about s&s before but unsubscribed few weeks ago and s&s again?

        • That's fine to cancel and resubscribe as it is considered first/new again.

          • +1

@trixieb: Thanks really considering this Westpac stake with $3 bonus

            • @Poor Ass: Not sure if this is accurate from GYB as it's the first time I've seen of any cashback sites not paying with first S&S.

              From GYB:

              • Cashback doesn't apply to the Subscribe & Save discount (including recurring or first-time) this time around.

              • Looks like Subscribe & Save (Recurring or First Order) orders falls in those non-cashback categories and won't be eligible for Cashback.

@trixieb: well (profanity) Shopback piece of shit

                • @Poor Ass: I'm willing to bet the new rep is wrong.

                  Edit: and they were

                  • @CVonC: @Poor Ass There have been several inconsistencies and confusion with the new GYB's replies since the original GYB left. There is more than one person operating GYB's account. There is a chance first S&S would be paid as they had been in the past (same with CR and TCB).

GYB is a store account that is shared by multiple individuals, sometimes at the same time.

Edit: Rep was mistaken. First S&S qualifies for cashback.

                  • @CVonC: The new guy sucks

                    • @Poor Ass: Don't be rude thanks. It's a work in progress.

                      • @Repstar: Hard to see any improvement

                        • @Poor Ass: You sure about that? There has been remarkable improvement over the last few months. As I said, its a work in progress….

                  • @trixieb: Well just now I had one non-subscription item track but the other first S&S item in the same transaction did not.. sigh

                    • @CVonC: I would probably give it a few more days as they don't all track at the same time. I know what you mean.
I shopped at TopCashback for my Amazon order and haven't used ShopBack or Cashrewards. Still thinking if I should.

                      • @trixieb: The annoying thing is that only the bank bonus tracked for that non-subscription item. So that makes me think even more that I won't meet the $30 criteria 🙄 There's an Amazon entry stuck at calculating though.
TCB has always been good for me, even before TA joined. SB has gotten progressively worse with tracking in all honesty.

                        • @CVonC: Doesn't sound good. Hopefully GYB will be able to fix later if it doesn't meet the $30 criteria. You will have to DM GYB. I find other support staff useless. I haven't shopped at Amazon with a bank bonus before so not sure how it usually tracks.

                          • @trixieb: It all tracked today include the challenge yay.

      • How do these work where the delivery is next Friday 26 July?

Westpac cards don't get debited yet until near dispatch date. Unlike gift cards (did one yest but cancelled it so I could pay by Westpac today)?

  • So just a basic Westpac Debit card will do? or will it need to be a CC?

    • +2

Westpac Choice debit card is eligible.

Which Westpac debit and credit cards can I add to my ShopBack account to be eligible for the Westpac bonus Cashback?

      Altitude Black Mastercard
      Altitude Black Qantas Mastercard
      Altitude Black Velocity Mastercard
      Altitude Platinum Mastercard

Do you have to get it from Amazon AU - does that mean international orders from Amazon UK/US/DE doesn't count towards the bonus cashback?

    • Just put in an order for shoes sold by Amazon US. Will try and update

    • +1

Can’t comment re ShopBack, but my transaction (sold by Amazon US) from yesterday via TopCashback has tracked along with the $5 bonus

      • No updates re: tracking but Amazon tends to take over a day

  • +1

Can i use the 20prime code and get cash back?

    • +1

No, that's a coupon not listed.

  • If I pay for part of my order with Westpac and the remainder with GC's, will I get 10% cashback on the entire order, or only what was paid using the Westpac card?

  • +1

Would Subscribed and Save be included in this?

What if an item is temporarily out of stock?

  • My cash back from yesterday hasn't tracked yet. Who can I contact? Thanks.

    • +3

      No one. Wait.

  • Does anyone know if this https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/856483 is eligible for Cashback or not?
I bought this yesterday during the 15% Cashback but so far I have received 0.15 and 0.39.
    Thank you

Can we stack this with a discount on purchasing DoorDash gift cards?

  • +1

    Cheers OP! 🍻

  • Does this work for book preorders?

  • +2

Is this for 1 transaction for 1 Westpac card or eligible for multiple transactions? It looks like it works for multiple transactions but cannot find a confirmation.

  • I purchased yesterday at 12am as soon as prime day started, Shopback hasn't tracked yet. Spoken to a few friends and it's the same with them.
TopCashback as tracked for all though

    • Same, but I'm not worried yet, Amazon tracking has always been slow on SB. I used to think it's Amazon being slow, but TopCashback makes me think it's actually SB that's been slow.

  • Does anyone know how shopback works with these offers and items shipping say next week via subscribe and save?

I've purchased some nappies. Paid with Westpac card but they don't deduct the cost usually until the day of or before delivery i.e. next week.

Do these 10% upsizes track still and how about the $3 for spending $30 currently on offer for Amazon via shopback? Do they link the tracked date back to today? Or you will miss out on limited offers this way?

    • I'm also wondering about this. My purchase (not s&s) has an estimated delivery next week.

      • +1

Yes, you will still be eligible. The cashback will track once it’s shipped.

  • Is anyone having issue adding the card to Amazon? I’m getting

    There was a problem.
Please ensure that your card details are correct.

  • So, to be clear, you just add your Westpac-issued card in the Shopback app under payment methods, and then use that same card to pay for your order in Amazon.com.au to get the 10 per cent upsized CB (including 0% categories)?

EDIT: Above is confirmed via bank app.

    • Yes. There should be somewhere allow you to link it, and when you click on Westpac, it will say your card is linked. Then just make sure pay with the correct bank card

      • When you say 'when you click on Westpac' do you mean in the Westpac app/site or in Shopback?

        • +1

Inside shopback app, under home, there are few buttons underneath the banner carousel, one of them is Westpac. Click and check, it should say successfully linked

          • @c9: Legend! Looking good. Thanks.

  • Can you do multuliple purcahse or $20 max per account?

    • raised the same question 5hr ago still no confirmation .. :(

      • +3

If you check the app, it says per perchase. Also align with previous deals

        • Thank you. I guess I am just being on the cautious side and wanting to see certain positive confirmation like "multiple transactions allowed."

    • +2

You can do multiple purchases. I do it all the time. Look in the app, it says capped at $20 per purchase!

      @jus0212

  • Anyone know if this is applicable to Amazon US purchases through Amazon AU? otherwise I'm planning to use a voucher

  • Has anyone had the Westpac bonus track successfully yet?

The upsized cashback has tracked on my Shopback account, but no sign of the Westpac bonus - what's the expected lag in this showing up?

    Thanks for any insight.

  • No tracking at all for me yet :(

  • Not for me yet.

  • Purchase did not track for me

    • Same

    • Earn More -> Reward Pending -> Amazon Australia(Westpac Bonus Cashback) -> You missed out %10 bonus -> Your order details -> tracked $0.00

  • Same. Multiple orders — no tracking of standard or bonus cashback.

    • I'd give it a few more days. My Amazon purchases form the 17th July have just come through 5 days later (today - 22nd)

      • Unfortunately, mine from the same day haven't tracked though cashback was 'calculating' over the past few days. We'll see.

  • Didn't track.

  • +1

Didn't track for me either, and missed out on the $3 bonus too

    • Standard cashback tracked. No email received however. $3 bonus in app is now pending.

Westpac bonus still not tracked. Most likely because the order was shipped almost a week later and payment taken.

      • Nah, because my Westpac purchases shipped the next day, and still didn’t track.

  • +2

@gotyourback these Wesptac bonuses have not tracked. Can you please investigate? Thanks

    • +1

Alright, I’ll look into that missing Westpac bonus, @Repstar

Hey@InfamousCalf and @mustkill, shoot me a DM with the details and I’ll check it out.

  • Support have credited me the missing Westpac bonus.

Still waiting on my missing AliExpress bonus though.
