      I ordered at 11.05 and had my bonus card at 11.09 and the receipt for the main transaction at 11.10 so check your spam then contact them.

      Just as a reminder to everyone (when they've fixed the issues), the $100 card goes into your wallet automatically if you bought it for yourself, but you must add the bonus by opening the email and putting it in your wallet. Probably a lot of people forget and end up loosing the bonus.

  • I have 2 prezzee accounts - and my main one has $100 WW, and 2 bonus Big W $10 GC.

    Hopefully that doesn't cause any issues when they fix up the gift cards…

      though I wont touch it until getting the replaced $10 wws GC

      • Nah you don't. I didn't and the $10 bonus Big W has been removed from my account. So they are updating it for everyone who purchased $100 woolies GC.

            @trixieb: the $10 BIG W is moved to Used & Expired tab. i\In the transaction history it said Gift Card Deactivate.

    Those who have received an incorrect Gift Card will automatically receive the replacement of the correct eGift Card.

    Incorrectly received Big W card has now been removed from both my Prezzee wallet & Everyday Rewards app.

  • I purchased these as a visitor and in the past could open the cards without logging in. I cannot do this this time without logging in or creating an account for the $100 card. It used to ask to log in but I could close this and go to the card but this time this cannot be closed. Is anyone else finding this and a workaround?

  • It is concerning when they can remove gc from Rewards app without asking permission from us. Can't they add into our account when they have the correct gc ?

      Yeah we thought our gift cards would be ‘safe’ if we added them to the Rewards wallet, even if Preezee goes bust. But now I’m not so sure any more.

      • Thanks, I’m aware of that. Still I still wonder if Preezee can ‘deactivate’ similar cards that we have bought and swapped to vendors cards in the future if they go bust, like they have just done to this $10 BigW card.

    My $10 Big W has disappeared from Prezzee and into the expired/used section of my EDR app. Clicked transacrion history and it shows "Tues 25 June Gift Card Deactivate"

    Every1 chill about Prezzee going bust lol. It'll happen when it does if it does - just don't keep a gazillion cards in your account.

    BigW isn't getting much love lol. Might get a switch game on special or pre order. Last thing I want is BigW biting the dust. Kmarts already 1/2 there with Target 😢 need to keep some retail outlets alive!

    Whilst it's deleted from my Prezzee wallet, luckily I screenshot and printed them out…
    as the $10 balance is still showing as available in the Woolworths GC Check Balance page.

      People who added it to rewards wallet can also access it from used/expired tab. Pretty sure prezzee would have expired all errorous bonus.

          Everyday rewards app -> Wallet -> My Gift Cards -> Used & Expired

          It is only if you added it to rewards app before it got removed.

    • Its showing as $0 balance now in "Used & Expired" section in the Rewards app, so safe to say Prezzee has deactivated the incorrectly issued bonus gift card.

    • @Snoop Prezzee/WW is supposed to cancel the $10 Big W gift card as per email. You are lucky if you do end up with a valid Big W gift card.

        • This is fixed. Reissue completed and added. Theoretically can return to being chill…although, in reality, I'm never chill. 😁

  • Received the replacement WW card. Surprisingly it added to my Prezzee wallet without using the 4 digit code.

    • Likewise, and the 4 digit code is the same as the PIN for the gift card itself.

        I checked my last Prezzee bonus purchase (Big W) and they used different code/PIN to open.

    I'm impressed with how quickly they fixed that up. Always interesting to see how companies respond when things go wrong.

    • I'm not even slightly impressed. A) they screwed up bigtime, B) they 'fixed' it by providing a $10 woolworths GC with 3 month expiry, which is NOT what we signed up for.

      Do you mean the email didn't have a link to the gift card? I only received one email and it was the link to the gift card. I didn't get the apology email yesterday that some got.

    Original T & C's said bonus $10 had no expiry either so it would seem from what others are saying above that they are now being issued with a correct replacement WW card but still only has 3 month expiry.

    hopefully mine and any others still waiting will come through today.

    "We are aware of this issue & this is to confirm that a replacement Woolworths promotion gift card will be issued within 24 hours, we do apologize for any inconvenience & appreciate your patience & understanding."

    So, hopefully should turn up today.
