    Just got my replacement WW $10 bonus a short time ago BUT only has 3 months expiry not the ''No expiry'' in original offer. I am not going to complain as this has been a big mess for everyone and using $10 at Woolies is easy.
    Hope everyone else gets theirs soon. Seems like they are working their way through the backlog of however many customers were affected which would probably be thousands.

      I would recommend to still complain. While using the $10 at Woolies will be easy, it doesn't make what they did right. It seems like every time Prezzee do a promo, they mess it up

  • BigW card removed from Preezee Wallet and marked as cancelled in the Rewards App. Still no replacement bonus giftcard received.

  • Anyone else had their $10 gift card suddenly removed without using it?

    • I don't know whether you purchased a WW egift card and are talking about the wrong $10 bonus gift card that was issued (BIG W?) or the replacement (WW). You should read the 4 pages of comments above about the error that happened to us all and what is being done about it.

      • Nah, I got my $10 woolies one for the $100 woolies gift card purchase. Then a day later it was gone.

          It says woolies GC in prezzee but was actually big w GC when added to everyday rewards wallet.

          This was a mistake by prezzee - so they removed all the affected $10 bonus GC and reissued correct $10 woolies GC. The new one will have in-store number starting with 83.

  • Still waiting on the replacement card… interestingly I got a "We care about what YOU think" email from Prezzee this morning… I'm not sure they really do want that feedback
