I bought this the other week through Amazon for $39. Mr Black is great, the martini glass feels pretty cheap, but it does the job.

If you are purchasing US shares, you should look at Interactive Brokers, significantly cheaper for fx costs.
that's exactly what I've been trying to do and it hasn't worked and they can't explain why.. it's an ongoing investigation.
