@420SaveIt: I eventually called the help line. The wait was about 20 minutes yesterday. They emailed me a link where I could directly exchange the card for gift vouchers of a particular retailer.
Each link only supports one retailer and one type of card as I understand it, so if you have multiple types of cards and multiple retailers to redeem for then ask for those too.
