        @JAZZP: Some people want just the phone and not the Buds 2, if you read terms seems Samsung made a mistake and they honoured orders that were able to cancel thru system. I'm sure they have found a way to patch it up now so I advise against it.

        They also said the usual schtick around 3 weeks for an online exclusive colour but I know that's not the reality.

Was too late to cancel my 2x buds 2 so will be selling them on eBay instead.
The Asurion non return fee for trade in used to be $30 for trade in value < $10 (ie .earbuds etc), not $60 however I couldn't find the $30 Vs $60 non return fees anywhere now. Any idea fellow ozbargainers?

  It'll be in the TradeUp app. The maximum non-return fee for devices where trade-in value <$60 is $30 + trade-in device value, in this case earbuds is $1 so max would be $31

Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Price after using app, trade in, 10%, $100 off and $50 newsletter voucher comes to $1344 for Z fold 5 256GB Cream colour. No idea how ppl are getting it for less than $1000.
Adding 2 buds2 makes the total price to $1887 with buds price $492 for 2 and Z fold price to $1394.
Any help will be appreciated.

  Think youre missing the youmake promo. Maybe try clearing the redemption codes and cart. If it doesnt work, try adding buds after adding the fold and checking if the youmake promo activated. Then do the rest.

      Dont have codes to test but if different phone colours and different memory sizes combined with different bundle items in different colours dont work, then most likely all gone. Only seems to be the buds 2 pro left in stock to bundle with anyway.
      Graphite S23U 256gb with 64gb type c was working this morning but wasnt working with 128gb type c which was working before.

The cheapest I could get the 1TB Fold 5 was $1182.22, with 2x 64GB Type-Cs it comes out to $1206.88.
With 128GB Type-Cs, total cart is $1220.88. Negligible difference!

512GB Fold5 with the SECRET10 deal + stack would've been awesome. Alas! We make do with what opportunities we have in front of us.

Will be keeping my eyes peeled in the future. Once in a blue moon, or perhaps this time next year?

    DO NOT contact customer support as you will ruin the chances of cancelling the buds for yourself as well as others. Just keep looking for the Cancel button that will appear when the order status changes to Processing.
    
    Do your homework by reading all the comments here on this post about cancellation.

  If customers can be bothered jumping these hoops to carry out what in most cases is a discretionary spend, then Samsung would likely see this as a win. For me, I wasnt going to buy a Sammie and my current phone is going well, but I still bought one along with Buds I definitely don't need.
