        • How much is pending refund? The buds2 RRP amount or the amount on your invoice (discounted amount)?

  • Anyone order 2 days ago and still haven't received any confirmation email? I contacted them and they said it is being verified. The money has left my account. Will be sad if they cancel the order.

    Couldn't add the codes on the App. Msg: Please check you have entered the voucher code correctly. Used the browser on Windows instead. No 10% first shoppers code.

    This was my first samsung buy through ozb and FINALLY……..after having multiple issues with the app!!!!!!! Kept giving “uh oh, looks like theres error” message for 2days… found way around and bought s23U 512GB for $757.52

  • screwed it. I waited and waited for the best deal so I missed the 512GB fold + 2x Samsung Galaxy Buds2 $945.38 ( was waiting for the the code from Samsung and missed the SECRET10 because Samsung fixed the multiple Voucher)
    Decided to pull the trigger for 256GB + 2x Buds2 pro for $1,383.38 ( cancel the 2 buds so the phone itself is $915.47)
    Not the best deal but at least a good deal.

        This is what i did:

        Order on the app: 10% discount
        Trade in for: $601 discount
        loyalty code: 10% (got this from email [email protected])
        $100 discount from chatting with Samsung staff ( can be on the app or on desktop)
        add 2 of Galaxy Buds 2 pro for 20% #youmake ( i have to do this last, if I do this first, i can't add any voucher in, whereas yesterday I had to do this first LOL)
        So the total price was: $915.47 for the phone and $467.91 for the 2 buds pro ( which i canceled on desktop after I received the email confirmation)

        Note: I can't use the $50 newsletter code ( no idea why, It was okay for me 3 days ago, but i was waiting for the Loyalty code which cost me a lot now, I could get the 512GB for the same price)

      go online, search for your order and click on cancel order. It may look like you are going to cancel the whole order but dont worry, they let you pick which one you want to cancel. Just choose the buds, cancel it, sit back, and pray.

    I placed an order for the 23 ultra 256gb and need to cancel the two buds. Order stuck on waiting for approval. Anyone know how long this takes to approve?

        I switched the buds with cards last moment as I did not want to get into the hassle of cancelling etc etc

What's interesting is the value of the headphones that I cancelled is valued at the original price of$698 based on the email I received. Interesting to see if they actually refund this amount or the amount I actually paid $452?

      • It depends on what additional items you stacked in the bundle. I got two bud pro2 earphones which reduced the cost of the phone.

      The $698 displayed in the cancellation email is the price before discount.

  • If anyone has a spare 10% loyalty code sitting around I'd love to try further edge-case testing with 1TB variants of all the colours across the Fold5 / S23 ultra range. I won't be using it - just while I wait for another e-mail response from Samsung's Connect team. I wonder what the difference is, if 512GB S23 Ultra + 2 64GB USBs can be sought for $757.. what's the price for the 1TB.. thinking just a tad below $1000 if it all works?

          It definitely still applies the discount for the 64GB USB Type-Cs. I checked my order out yesterday - presuming Samsung's made an error on that front. Don't let them know though :P

          @8azinga it was more so to test again the application of the 10% loyalty voucher with the #youmake 20% off .
          Last I tried, it didn't work on the 1TB variant of the S23 Ultra in Graphite and only the 512GB. I am just going to add any accessory in the youmake list. I want to try the whole list of colours, and also jot down exactly which steps I take!
          Also, additionally - cheers for convincing me to hold off on the refunding the buds. Saved me headache/stress!

          • @snvl: For some reason when the codes are stacked the discounts reduce the price by more than what you have as your final total (think its around $920 for ZFold 5 256GB if all are applied at the moment)

            • @prodnus: 1tb doesn't go to $920 for me. 256gb goes just under $700

          • @snvl: It will be less than $1200 for 1tb, 2 isb's with all discounts. You are missing the 10% loyalty and the cost of the the USB's, although that is only a small amount but the 10% makes a big difference.

  • I've spent 3-4 hours trying to get this to work :( Trying to buy the S23U 512gb and x2 Buds2 (tried lavendar and white)
    * Applied 20% #youmake discount
    * Applied $1 trade-in
    Applied codes in this order:
    * 10% loyalty
    * $100
    * $50 newsletter
    All this works fine on PC browser, but when I try the same on the shop app to get the 10% app discount, the 10% loyalty voucher doesn't work.
    Other people seem to be stacking both. I also successfully stacked both this morning (but had to cancel the order due to an error).
    What am I doing wrong?

    • I've been trying to make it work on Z Fold 5 256gb blue and 10% loyalty is not working (maybe because it can only be used in product - as said in the email?)
      I've been trying all morning to get it to work but can't get it to $915 as others :(

      • Yep it does. As soon as I add the x2 Buds2 (or Buds2 Pro) the 10% loyalty voucher disappears and won't reapply.

    • After having 2 buds pro, it add 20% off but it doesn't apply it in SU23

    • The 10% loyalty voucher and app discount both apply when I remove the trade-in. Re-adding the trade-in removes the loyalty voucher. Grrr!
      Did everyone do the whole process (adding items, applying coupons, checking out etc.) on the phone app?

      • As some previous oz bargainers have said in this and the other post, its the colors that are messing your thing up. The phone I got for myself, blue 256gb did not work with the 10% loyalty. It worked with the 512gb. Today for the phone I was buying for family, none of the phones worked with all the coupons except the red 512gb one.

        • No youmake promo with the red colour though?

          • @prodnus: It is part of the promotion, online exclusive colors. Also, if it doesn't trigger the youmake, maybe its the buds color as sometimes they don;t apply it but you can try mixing.
