                  Whereas for SD cards, the cost is small and most don't cancel. Stocks that come back are limited.

                  @GeneralKeen: Also the USB valued 50$ RRP isn't enough to reach the minimum for the 10% loyalty code to be valid (it worked for the 512gb though). Although I only was able to add one USB drive.

      • Yes i read that and I found this forum after I put the order with phone trade in. So for those who made same mistake (like me), are you going to send back your device?

        It turns out Asurion is A**urion.

        • You have to or they charge you a non return fee of $60 and they dont refund your trade in value that they already have a security charge on. At least if you send it back, they night refund your trade value but thatcalso depends how much damage there is to it.

          • @8azinga: I don't mind to send it as I believe my device is in good working order. The assessment part is actually worrying me. As we don't know how do they assess and review our device.

            I read tons in the online forum (including here) that Asurion classified the device as in not good working order and lots of customers have to fight tooth and nail just to prove it.

  • Just got a blue fold 5 1tb for $1350, not the best price but at least i can get my mind off this deal after trying for days.

    I added buds2 first, then phone, trade in, all codes.

      • Clear all items in your cart, then clear cache, or uninstall then reinstall Samsung Shop app.

        It worked for me in the following order:
        1. Add buds2 (I couldn't add 2x buds2 as it cancelled all codes, that explains why I did not get the best price for the phone)
        2. Add phone (10% first purchase with Samsung Shop app applied automatically)
        3. Trade in
        4. 10% loyalty code
        5. $100 voucher from live chat
        6. $50 newsletter voucher (I have 2x $50 newsletter voucher but the 2nd one did not affect the total so I removed it)

        If this doesn't work, try adding buds2 last, it works for some people. Lots of trials and errors, adding items and codes in a certain order works for some but doesn't work for others. For my account, I couldn't add buds2 last as it removed all codes.

        Pro tip: Wake up at 7am. They replenished buds2 at 7.06am this morning.

        • If you intend to cancel buds2, do it as soon as you receive order confirmation in your email, copy the order ID in the email. On your desktop, log in to your account, go to "my page", "my orders", paste order ID, then click on cancel order button, and select the item that you wish to cancel.

          I did this because I couldn't find the order in "my orders" page and I had to manually search for the order to cancel. My order was immediately updated to "awaiting dispatch" as soon as it appears on "my order" page. So I would advise you to manually search for the order as you may miss the window to cancel the buds2.

  • Do you cancel the buds once you placed an order or just wait for order to get approved so that only phone gets dispatched not the buds. Currently I cant see cancel button, maybe order needs to get approved first.

  • Phone is delivered Z Fold 5 256Gb for $877 (after Buds 2 cancellation) this morning. Now to see if refund will be given for the cancelled Buds. If Samsung honours that then respect to them, they have capitalised on people testing their systems and introduced it as a 'secret' sale. Good looking for Samsung

    • How many days it took to receive your phone. I placed my order yesterday and it shows shipped to me after cancellation of watches

      • Placed order Tuesday and received this morning Thursday, so 2 days. It said Shipped Awaiting Dispatched by the end of Tuesday and I got the Goods on the way last night. The eta date on the order was 19/10/2023. If you ordered yesterday it could be Friday or Monday. :)

    • OP got it for $618 and some others around 1000~ with the buds included. The Ozbargainer in me wouldn't get it anymore unless it's near or less than $1000~. EPP and EDU deals had it for $1300~ not too longer ago as well.

        • You don’t need to go via #youmake even on desktop. As long as u add the correct products. Youmake just give a clue on what we can add, and not everything listed there work, so start with common items ppl already tried here. Try the simple one like Fold + 1 buds or watch. If u can see Youmake discount at the bottom on ur cart, then u can start adding more

  • Bite the bullet with S23Ultra 512GB Blue with Buds 2 Pro then cancel the Buds = $866. Should add another Buds 2, but didn't think clearly. (Lost $100).
    But, paid with Zip, another 4% extra, thus reduced the lost to $66.

    • You need to login to samsung account using that email under phone settings if you are using samsung phone.

    • 'Shipped' is highlighted in blue because it means it is in the next stage but not shipped yet (will turn black when shipped), hence 'Awaiting dispatch' is the main update

  • Suppose if item has already been shipped, you could still opt to return the buds / watch under their change of mind policy which is technically free within 14 days and get the refund?

      Go to chat and ask them raise a case ID as you don't need the buds anymore. If you have ordered 2 buds tell them you added by mistake 2 buds and need to cancel 1 of them.

      They will say 1 cancel is not possible so both buds need to be canceled. Show a sorry figure that you are missing out on such a good deal.. Blah blah…

      Eventually they will create a case ID for your return label of the buds.

    • It seems all codes don't work anymore for me.

    • Try removing the bundle items, then put the voucher on just the phone and add them back.
      If nothing is working then either try different coloured buds or try the buds 2 when they come back in stock, also some people have had success with changing to a different coloured phone
