          When it is in 'Processing' you are able to view your order via the App or desktop website and select Cancel Order > choose the buds, and when picking a reason there is one for 'change of mind/not interested'.

          The second you get an e-mail of 'Order confirmation' from Samsung, hop on it

      Update.

      Just received the PayPal acknowledgement of refund and further Samsung confirmation that the refund has now been processed. Total of 3 business days post cancellation.

          Samsung orders have a period of 'waiting for approval' before the order is confirmed. It makes sense if that codes are not used up until confirmed? That could be how people are using the same code for multiple orders.

      I had a similar situation, where i used the Trade in ID and cancelled the order. I re-ordered a few days after with the same ID and my order got cancelled by system. No comms regarding it and order disappeared from history. Only found out when i reached out to chat who initially told me to wait 7-10 days. (still no word)

    Just wondering if anyone else has done this. I added a beats headphone for trade in purpose to make use of the trade in bonus. Actual value of headphone is only $1.
    Now got an email to send the product to them via post. I don't have the item… any pointers what to do? Else they charge $60 late fees + Admin etc??/

      You'll be charged a maximum of $30+trade in value, so $31. I asked Asurion about this and yeah upon assessment they'll mark it as fail, even if you bring another pair of earbuds that also has a trade in value of $1. Because it's not Beats, unfortunately.

          Yep, thanks for the suggestion but location-wise a vent mount unfortunately won't work for my car. The 23U is larger than my previous phone, so just on the hunt for a quality sturdy mount.

              @georgev: I'm using this. It's very good. Works as intended - can't even feel the difference and fits with every case.
              The video via the QR code was helpful - the first 'push' with the 120 degree I was confused but once I started using the squeegee it went out easy peasy.
              With the plastic tab it makes it really easy to line up :)

              Not using the lens protectors that come with it, but surprised it came included for $7 when Spigen is charging an arm and a leg for the same thing.

              @georgev: I just installed it on my S23 Ultra, it worked perfectly.

              The alignment is dead set with the guide and video is great to show each step and angle of the pull.

              Highly recommend Milomdoi for TPU screen protector. I haven't tried glass but since the edge of the screen is curved, pretty sure it will result in less screen usage.

              3 pack of TPU screen protector + 3 pack of camera protector for $6.99.

      I'd recommend this one. But its a uv install Tempered-Glass one. The install wasn't to bad if you watch the video a couple of times. And the glass is smooth which is perfect for s-pen use. Additionally fingerprint works without the need of a cutout
