          Lets take a look at that then.
          Adult - "fully developed and mature." So we keep developing well into our 20s, are we an adult only once we turn 30? maybe it is as soon we hit puberty? Jews ender adulthood at 12/13 right? Perhaps it is the legal age? is that 18? In some cases you cant drink until you are 21, you aren't mature enough to rent a sport car until 25?
          This definition seems very open to cultural and personal interpretation.

          Female - the definition say "the sex that typically has capacity to bear young" what determines this exactly? There are a few factors covered by sex and it is wide bimodal distribution, see this chart: https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/beyond-xx-and-xy-…
          so where is the cutoff for "typically"? does any non-conforming expressions exclude someone from being female? That would be impossible to know in almost any scenario without deep per-individual analysis. Perhaps you are talking about how sex is assigned at birth? Rarely do people get a DNA test as a baby but they are assigned regardless, so I guess it isn't dictated by gametes in that case but instead by genitals? This would mean someone who undergoes bottom surgery could become female at least.

          Person - Human/ Homo-sapien right? Wouldn't this mean that fictional characters like space babes and fantasy elves etc don't count? Might sound a bit odd but often we would refer to someone human-like as men/women so maybe there is some lee-way in these definitions.

          It all seems like even the dictionary can't give a definition of this without using words like "typically" , "relating to" etc

          Language is social and so definitions are just a tool to help us understand some of these concepts and will always be interpreted contextual to someone's understanding of them. Of course if you are even giving the question merit and refering to it as the crux of the documentary, you have been distracted from the actual topic: transphobia. I'm sure that you have heard of the term propaganda, but do you understand how directing you toward the carrot that is the dictionary, the documentary may have very well manipulated you into this position without your realising it?

          Let me try another definition:
          Woman - someone with a distaste for objectification on the basis of their age and sex characteristics.

        OK, so Matt is a conservative Christian, likes guns, resented wearing a mask, etc.
        But I think he stuck with genuine concerns in the movie (medical/surgical intervention, sports), was not anti-gay or telling other people how to live their lives.
        He showed a lot more tolerance for other views than the trans-activists he interviewed. Unless that was from unfair editing.

        He could have mentioned that many trans/nonbinary young people do not have surgery or hormones.
