Basic only which includes ads. Getting in before the next season of White Lotus. You don't need to pay for the whole year to get it for this price each month so I guess can cancel anytime.

Not sure as I came accross it randomly on Facebook. Worth trying I guess. Just have to click on the link with /blackfriday at the end.
are the ads during program material or between?
On-demand content is ad-free in Standard and Premium
Yes
During, from memory if im watching a ~40 min episode I would get 2-3 minutes of ads, this was earlier this year so Im not sure how much it would have changed since then
It varies GREATLY.
90 Day Fiance, a show as stupid as it sounds, is something the missus chucks on in the background here and there. Doesn't get any ads.
Curb Your Enthusiasm, which I've slowly been working my way through for a while, gets a minute and a half (4/5 ads) on startup, and then every commercial break if I'm lucky that, if not, 2 full minutes. I can recite the bald sports bet guys script entirely at this point. Per 40 ish minute ep, I'll have no less than 6 minutes ads as a bare minimum.
Your milage will vary
Cheers, sounds like a no for me….
Not worth it w/ the ads IMO…had the same deal a few months back through commbank yello but it was for the standard version 3 months

Was on the fence doing this, tempted to keep accepting their 2 dollar a month rejoin emails they keep sending and or go back to trial after trial. Knowing I can bail whenever, I might do this, cheers OP
Unlike netflix, there are lots of ads
HBO Max is expected to be launching in Australia by mid 2025, so shows like The White Lotus might not be on Foxtel/Binge for much longer.
Will be targeted imo
