The physical SIM itself doesn't expire for an year or longer.

I ordered it via eSim, my current plan doesn't expire until the 2nd of June. Can I hold off until the 1st before activating it or does it need to be done immediately? Haven't ordered an eSim before.

Lots of 504 errors on website just checking transfer status. Even ipad app coukd not connect. Finally, chat worked and this guy Elvin ported my sim in minutes. He also confirmed that sim can be activated upto 90 days after purchase
Finally got to add the 180GB plan to my cart, but the promo hasn't applied and the price still says $200.

Contacted customer service, they first dont worry what the screen says, I will only get charged the 50% off.
But when i got charged the the full amount off they are saying its a system issue.
choices are to have them cancel the order I placed and then have them place one at 50% off. Or they can give me a partial refund in 8-10 days.

I just bought one using the Google chrome incognito tab, log in to shopback then to amaysim store and $100 plan showed up! It's always $200 through shopback app or amaysim website since last night. Somehow the incognito tab fixed the problem
Price didn't discount if you used the website, Just worked using mobile though with cashrewards.

Shopback hasn’t tracked since I bought this on 22nd May. I had to file now missing cashback and had to attach invoice . I had no order I’d on invoice just I attached invoice and invoice number that says outstanding balance on it .
Is the activation deadline 15th June for transferring numbers (porting) as well as new numbers? I would like to port the number in July if that's allowed.

I had a chat with customer support and they mentioned the same. If you are transferring the number, you have 90 days (not sure from when but I assume from the order date).
For anyone who purchased via Shopback/Cashrewards and wants to receive their cashback, SIM card must be activated within 30 days of purchase otherwise cashback will not be awarded.

Looks like the deal is over for the 150GB and 180GB plans. I clicked through and was about to make the purchase. Then opened another browser window a couple of minutes later and went back to the Amaysim website to find that the discount for these 2 plans had been removed. Lucky I was able to recover the other browser window and make the purchase through there.
Edit: Just noticed that you can enter the promo code manually to still get the deal for these 2 plans.

Don't think that's it. I first tried at about 10.55am this morning. Deal was active. Then tried again at 11am and would not work so I think they pulled the deal early, at 11am, as they had reached the limit on sign ups. They have done this in the past.

Cashrewards didn't track for a friend's order. Seem like hit and miss…
So i got my new Amaysim service up an running and am genuinely shocked with how awful the reception/signal is and how slow the upload and download speeds are. I am in the gold coast and had previously tested all three networks on burner sims (telstra, vodafone, optus) and all had reasonable performance, i just dont understand how its this bad.
It often reverts to 2 bars of a 3G signal as it cant seem to maintain the 1-2 bars of 4G. Download speeds are between 0.5 > 3 mbps, upload is 0.5 to 2mbps accross about a dozen speed tests.
Did you use your invoice number? Did it work with shopback?
