5400 points for a $39 Sim Card Starter Kit which can be activated for 40GB on a 28 day plan, or 6 months on a casual plan if you have a number you wanted to hold. For comparison a $10 woolworths gift card costs 6500 points.

Our $39 Pre-Paid SIM Starter Kit gives you 40GB on first three recharges, 15GB from fourth with 28 days expiry when you activate on a Pre-Paid Mobile Plan. Activate by 10 March 2025.

You can still activate it after 10 March 2025, but you may get less than 40GB data.

If you don't want to pay by points, you can pay $13, via Telstra website click on the 28 day plan tab or the casual plan for the 6 month plan.

    anyone able to confirm if can choose e-sim when redeeming points? having issues getting points to work (probably my own account issue)

      You'll be sent a physical sim kit if you purchase with points, no option for e-sim as far as I know.

      You can convert it to esim after receiving the physical Sim and activating the service. The physical Sim will need to be inserted once to receive the SMS confirmation but can be discarded once converted to esim

      Just before the Sim Card expiry. Mine expires Dec 2026 if it helps. The plan/included data may differ at the time of activation.

    Damn, i missed this.

    I just noticed the plus store has the $49 sim for 7000 points. Anyone know what plan options are available if you buy that one? I'm keen on the pre-paid casual plans as it's for a minimal usage second sim.
