Support said even if it gets activated that you can reset the plan provided it is unused at a later date. They didn’t provide a max time limit though.

Also anyone noticing any major eye strain? just used this for 30 mins and eyes are getting strained and headache brewing. I think this thing flickers like crazy at lower brightness might have to go back to my old phone. Such a bummer.

Already have them, it's not that eyes are healthy. have multiple devices and only issue is the iPhone 12 mini almost instantly have searched and multiple posts come up so it seems I'm not alone. I think I'm just sensitive to these flickering screens sucks but oh well. It's clear people negging don't understand how pwm works or causes headaches. Guess some will figure it out the hard way over time.

parcel box has no damage, but the box is rather big compare to the phone box and there is no filler in it, so god knows how many times the content has tumbled itself.
but everything seems like all mint condition, the seal is factory.
the phone is dead on opening, plug it in and it came back to life, i am trying to not use any fast charging, ik it is modern battery, but nothing likes the heat.

Nothing for me still. 128GB green 1pm Sydney. Spoke to chat and she simply said waiting to be fulfilled, no estimate on how long. Asked about what is the sequence of fulfillment, not sure. Asked about committment of turnaround, she said normally orders are fulfilled in 3-5 days but it is not a commitment as backorder is possible in some cases. Asked about cancellation and refund, she said will take about 4 weeks. As I used debit card, it is cash already taken from the account. So she suggested to wait till next week.

I'll never understand why these companies use zero packaging inside the box, do they trust apples pre-packaging that much?
I had it in padded envelope, plus the original packaging. More than adequate in my books. I am sure it would survive 2m drop without any issues.
whoever packed my phone raised the two inner flaps of the box ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) at an angle and wedged the phone in between ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). it worked surprisingly well….the only things rattling about were the papers

Can the sim be used in Apple Watch ?
Anyone having issue with activating the esim? I followed the email instructions today, the service was activated, but gave me a strange number with +612 starting. Then contacted their support team, back and forward almost an hour, asked me to wait 2 hrs to re activate the esim. of course, the app now says fail to activate the sim, please contact support team.

Nah no issues, I just did it in the app first and worked straight away. Hope support can fix it for you asap. Atleast you can use physical Sim hopefully in interim

Mine arrived yesterday. Opened and the battery was flat straight out of the box. Are we sure they aren't refurbs? IIRC iphones usually come at least semi charged.
Production date of mine was December 2020. So I'm assuming it was enough time for the battery to discharge.

Been playing around with mine today, it's a bit of a struggle the change over coming from a pixel 7.
Obviously it's going to be annoying having to repurchase any apps that I had on android/play pass, but other than that I definitely miss the back gesture. I had no idea iOS doesn't have a back gesture, seems to old school having to click top left corner or wherever the app has placed the back button rather than just a quick swipe on either side like android.
I'll persevere for a while but I wouldn't be surprised if I end up selling it on, that was kind of the point of me buying this deal though, give iOS a shot and see if I like it as obviously so many people love it.
iOS does have a back gesture but you have to do it very deliberately. You swipe in from the left edge of the screen.
I prefer Android gestures.
Ahh so it does! I'm used to swiping in from the right hand side on my pixel as I usually hold the phone with the right and and my thumb sits there more naturally.
